Delicious food and friendly service. Will return for sure

As usual we were well looked after. Lots of Covid procedures in evidence. Food was delicious and service was quick and friendly. It was quiet as it was Christmas Eve but a great way to start the holidays.

Really enjoyable Christmas eve supper. Staff were very good.

Really great atmosphere, quiet and lovely decor in the restaurant. Food was amazing and the service was excellent. Social distancing is observed, they do temperature checks on the door and have hand sanitiser on the table. I love it here and highly recommend.

Lovley restaurant, really good, professional and friendly staff. Great atmosphere, good wines and beers.
I usually have the most delicious meals here but for once was disappointed by a cauliflower/lentil soul bowl (raw cold cauli not pleasant) I'll stick to the usual salmon next time. My husband loved his ham/eggs/chips. Brownie for dessert was yummy.

amazing menu choices - the festive menu is fab! - and the cocktails were lovely. Staff very friendly and informative - all safety measures taken very seriously- always a great place to eat - recommend highly - we had a fab nite out

We had a family meal out to cheer ourselves up after a tough year. The good was great but the service was even better. Dan in particular was fantastic, our daughter is in a wheelchair and is non verbal an many people speak to us rather than her, but this was not the case here, it may have only been a small thing to the staff at Bill's Southampton but it was a big thing to us. Thank you.

Good lunch after a bit of Christmas shopping tables well spaced and sanitizer on each table. Only slight disappointment was the Caesar Salad not much dressing

The food was amazing! The nicest meal I've had in a long time. The service was really quick and it was great value for money.

All the vegan options were insanely good! Service super fast until we wanted the bill but other than that amazing.

Fabulous from the moment we stepped through the door. Front of house staff very welcoming. Lovely table in the far corner. Allocated a fabulous 'server' who catered for our every need. Wonderful fresh food - we had 3 courses!! We were not pushed to eat quickly to vacate the table. The restaurant was busy with one or two free tables. Couldn't fault anything and we will be definitely returning in the new year, if not before.

Food was delicious and staff were very helpful and friendly. Very covid safe. Temperature check on the door and hand gel on every table. As soon as a customer left the table was wiped down and sanitised.

Was not overly. Happy as the food was late and didn’t come in time was very cold for me and my friend and service was not that brilliant

Lovely. Food was great and the waitress was excellent. Only downside was that we were unable to order a drink after our desserts as the plates had been cleared. I didn't realise this at the time. Would have been nice to have been reminded.

Service was good but food arrived 3 mins after we ordered, was pretty cold, poached eggs were not cooked with raw whites and fried eggs were over cooked

As always the food was really good. Service good & friendly staff. The one thing that I don't like is the automatically added 12.5% service charge, as this seems high unless you get exceptional service, plus you don't know whether this actually goes to the staff or some just adds to the company profits.
However, this has never actually put us off going to Bill's, as we have been to quite a few of their restaurants.
