The waiter was rude and sarcastic. Full of himself and I think it was unnecessary.
High prices, poor quality of food.
Never coming back.
They ruined my birthday dinner...

I wouldn’t recommend unless you want drinks. But the service is really bad. Staff are rude and sarcastic. They also forget to bring orders and tell you there’s nothing they can do now because the kitchen is closed. It’s happened every time I’ve gone there.

Great place for dinning out with the family. Staff very accommodating and attentive without being excessive. Good trendy atmosphere. Love the food too.

We met with my in laws for xmas as I knew we wouldn't be seeing them after the new restrictions.. So we had our table of 6 and opening presents and staff was really accepting and it felt lovely to be out before another lockdown. Food was very good.

Service was intermittent, getting served for drinks too ages and then it appeared our order wasn’t processed. Food was fine. Would question general cleanliness the floor was dirty. Was sat by windows and they were filthy too

The staff were all very friendly particularly our lovely Italian waitress. Very convivial atmosphere. Really liked our table.

The bill was £150 for two adults and one child which for a chain we felt is steep. There was no service, we had to chase up food and drinks. We used to go to Bills every Thursday before the pandemic, as it was reasonable food at a reasonable price and service. I feel this was our last visit sadly

Sat outside, no gas available so patio heaters dod not work so ot was cold. Soup tasty but staff we were there & our main course took nearly an hour to arrive. It was dissppointing, turkey curry was bland, no flavour, mint tea was warm. Staff apologised for the delay but no service recovery. Overall a poor experience.

Dinner was great, the food was scrummy, service a little slow and the social distancing was done well

Thank you Bills and the staff in Windsor ! Lovely evening with my family - great service and atmosphere. Many of the food choices were good but not exceptional. There was a discount on our bill; but over £100 for a family of 4 is not something we can really afford to do in the present economic climate- it was a bit of a “ one -off”

Waitress was great. Listened to requests and was cheerful and even offered to save us money by putting starter option with main.

It was disappointing that no attempt had been made to provide some sort of heating. Metal chairs, no cushions, no heating, no gas, was a shame. Food was good and service varied from good to indifferent

I have already emailed to express my disappointment. We spent over £100 and the we wanted was unavailable, sea bass arrived cold and dry. And there was no lemonade at all
When ordering a pink gin and lemonade. Shame because we love Bill’s certainly wont go to this one again.

The food and service was amazing but it took an awful long time to receive our food! It took us over an hr to get our mains and with two kids it seemed much longer.

Slightly slow service eg drinks top up etc but staff doing their best in the circumstances. Nice choice starters. Quality mains ok. Desserts fab. It’s difficult as not all diners were adhering to masks etc when moving around the restaurant but maybe staff could quietly mention something?

Great food, great value. Perfect venue for a family meal.

Had a good value festive meal. Vegan choice was very tasty and would recommend. Went with friends - all had different things and really enjoyed it.

Excellent service and value for money. Staff super friendly and efficient. We celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday, staff were very accommodating and made it extra special for her.

we visited Bills on Sunday 2pm, the staff/service/food were all perfect. we were made to feel very welcome & we felt comfortable/safe as everyone was following the rules

Great atmosphere and ambience. Friendly, efficient service. The food was delicious. Altogether a happy experience.

It was very very cold and there was only one working heater. Even with hat & coat we were still shivering.

It was very draughty and I was too cold. Felt like aircon. The music was too energetic for eating. It’s a bit expensive for what it is. Don’t like the service charge being pre-added. Think that is rude.

Very good experience our waitress Hannah was lovely, the doughnuts with caramel sauce were to die for.

Nice and clean surroundings. Felt protected from COVID and staff taking it seriously.

I requested an outside table by a heater when I booked. I then checked in person that that message was received. When we arrived to eat we were by a heater that didn’t work, no other table made available, no blankets, no apology, no discount. Poor customer service and a so had to make it a rushed meal. Disappointing as the food is good.

This was a pleasant experience sitting outside the restaurant window in Windsor under cover and with a heater. The service was efficient friendly and professional.
We were 3 friends meeting up for the first time this year so we wanted somewhere dry and warm. I did take a blanket as it gets cold on the legs but not the restaurant’s fault! The brunch menu is varied and the staff could not help enough. Well done Bills!

I really enjoyed the food. However, I felt a bit uncomfortable as I did not think it was vey COVID secure. We were sat next to the toilets and had people constantly coming and going past us and we also felt that there was not much space between tables. Due to this we won’t be coming back as long as the pandemic continues.

Great breakfast, lovely and freshly prepared. Bills always delivers. The staff were really friendly and pleasant - good service without being rushed xx

Excellent service and good customer service. Will definitely go again. We had breakfast there thr following morning, again no complaints.

Great menu and there was also a festive menu available which had a great choice.

Very helpful and polite staff even accommodating my daughter's dogs under the table!
