I have never written a negative review, but here it is...
We almost and should have walked out. Not COVID compliant.
Waitstaff wearing mask with nose exposed. Vulgarity shouted by bartender/waitress shouting “last call”...”we’ll be out of here soon”.
Guests seated at bar loud and unmasked. 2 walked out unmasked.
We have visited B&M several times, always a good experience.
Management should improve situation.

First time back since Covid hit. Food service still great. Limited menu but totally understand why 😊

We ordered salads apps and drink the salads were fresh and good and the drinks were great I go back they do have a limited menu but that’s fine as a big menu can be overwhelming go place to go wished they had the fireplace on

Food was cold, service very slow , and they didn’t have any cream for after dinner coffee, really? Was their first night, but menu had changed for the worse.

We were pleasantly surprised. It’s a bar on one side but a quieter restaurant on the other side. The food and the service were both excellent.

We really enjoyed this place. The food was good as were the spirits! I’d definitely recommend it.

Nachos were very good to start. With a larger party it was plenty for all of us to pick at. The food came out within reason and the place was very busy the night we were there. We didn’t see our waitress much due to the rush. The tacos were a bit dry but plenty of meat to fill you up. Salad was a bit soggy but the rest of the food ordered was very good.

Overall, I would try it again but would likely pick another item on the menu for an entree.

In the past we had attended a private event there and that experience alone would bring us back.

The server was very pleasant and helpful. The food was also tasty. I would say just average quality. I found the value on par with most gastropub type restaurants.

Had a great meal at Biltmore and Main. Great local gathering place. Food and service was great and selection of beers was excellent. Great place for dinner or to sit at the bar.

Always go back for the home nade ginger beer. was awesome as always. mac and cheese bites and tater tots are always good. the banana pudding desert was awesome. a little disappointed in the menu. over the summer a new chef arrived and we were invited as regulars there to come try new items. none of those new items were on the menu this time. i liked the new items i tried. the menu was essentially the staples of comfort foods they always had

Overall very good. The Mac Fritters were excellent, and the burgers were good although they were a bit overcooked from what was asked. Wait staff was excellent, on top of everything and always checking to see if we needed anything.
Will definitely be returning.

Went here for valentine’s dinner. My girlfriend got the crispy salmon and she loved it. It must have taken longer than my burger to cook because my meal was cold. The cookie sundae was unbelievable and salvaged my night.

Outstanding dinner! Seated in time for our reservation. Great service. Appetizers were outstanding and dinner was timed perfectly. A little crowded seating, but overall, we'll be back.

A hidden gem in Reading, MA!
My boyfriend and I were pleasantly surprised by everything about this place- food, prices, service, drinks, decor/ambiance and even the parking! We ordered the mussels, hog wings, Biltmore burger and the Gobbler burger and all were delicious. The burgers are quite large and stacked with the toppings so makes them even more worth the amazing price they have one everything. Drinks and service were great as well! The food is almost so good it doesn't match the "gastropub" description online.

Great place for a quick meal or brunch, and comfortable if you wanted to linger. We had good salads, very tasty shrimp on it, and a burger, fried pickles (love). Service was polite, friendly and efficient. We've been twice and will go back again when we are in the area.

Food was all warm when served, Coors light was room temperature. Hostess and server were great!!!!

Food was great. I ordered the Biltmore burger - be prepared to make a mess eating it.

Lunch with a friend to celebrate the holiday. Service was awful from the time I was seated. Pizza was over cooked twice. First pizza was returned because it was burnt. Slow slow slow service.

My scallops and pasta were awesome. The cod was amazing too. It was the best meal we had there.

Horrible experience. We were seated at the bar high top table area. There was an event there the same night, no one told us. So loud, couldn’t hear each other talk. Too many people in one are, all drunk and in costumes. Guy spilled beer on me near by. Will never go back again. Manager couldn’t even handle crowds and wouldn’t get people out of the way of door. Couldn’t get out when time to leave. In there for less then 45 mins and it was miserable.

Great service, table was ready. Was able to watch both Thursday Night Football and the Bruins game without any issue. Food was very good and there was plenty of it. Beer selection was fine for our group.

A Patriots game was in progress when we arrived so it was a bit noisy. We retreated to a quiet area of the restaurant, and we were able to carry on a conversation easily. The food was delicious. My burger was cooked perfectly and very flavorful. My companion loved her pulled pork sandwich and said she would be back with her husband. Our server was delightful and efficient and everything one hopes for in a server.

Nacho's were good. Sheppard's Pie had way to much cheese on the top of the potatoes. Got Mediterranean salad with shrimp. Shrimp had no seasoning and were over cook.

Not a lot of healthy choices. Not sure if I would go back. Food was just OK, nothing exciting.

It is a great place to meet friends. Service and staff are great. The food is good. The atmosphere is pleasant. It’s a bit on the loud side when busy, but perfect on a Monday night!

This is a solid place to get above average food that's not super expensive. I'll definitely be going back again. Staff was super friendly and down to earth and the food was served timely and prepared well.

Requested regular table in reservation and was sat at high top. Area was cold, had to leave coat on. Many tables left un bussed. We will try this place again but not a great first impression.

Great food always. Unfortunately we had a large party next to us who where VERY LOUD. The bar was a lot quieter then the area we where sitting at. But I would go back

Food was pretty good, not outstanding - a couple friends got the steak and eggs, one medium and one medium rare, and both were overcooked. It was slow, only a couple other tables besides us. Server was very nice, but seemed a little frazzled. It smelled strange as soon as we walked in, kind of like stale beer, but not sure.

i love the fish tacos. mildly spicey. the tater tots were PERFECT. and the one reason i keep coming back here is the in house ginger beer. they make this there as the spice for a Russian Mule. but, though its not on the menu, i always order just the ginger beer. its spicey, and is my favorite drinkt here. i wish they bottled it
