I had the challah French toast and it was delicious. My husband had fish tacos - outstanding. Service was good in the beginning and went downhill from there.

Absolutely love Birch's on the Lake! Gorgeous view of Long Lake. Prime rib and scallop sliders are amazing. Staff and the manager are super friendly and efficient. Delightful way to relax post-covid. Please try the hard cider they make themselves. Delicious!

We were there for Easter brunch. Had wonderful service and our server was on point!! Unfortunately, the buffet (which wasn’t stated when I made the reservation a month prior) was an utter disaster! Poorly orchestrated set up, with the lines being chaos. Also, it was $50!! I’ll gladly pay for wonderful food, but a $50 brunch wasn’t warranted.

The whole experience was amazing. We were 15 minutes early for our reservation and the seated us anyway. The view was incredible as they sat us at the window overlooking the lake. The service was beyond belief and the food was amazing. The most memorable experience I’ve had in a long time.

Table Service was upbeat and non-intrusive, timed perfectly- we never felt rushed, food was hot and delicious. Highly recommend their Hazy IPA.

We ate on the Brewhouse, as we have numerous times in the past before Covid. The service was good. I think they need a few more choices on their casual menu. I had a new item on their menu- brisket grilled cheese sandwich. The food came out hot and timely. The Turkey burger was pretty dry. The brisket sandwich was mostly bread with a bit of cheese and maybe 2 oz of brisket. For $16.00, definitely not a good value. I think in the future we will stick with upstairs dining in a nice atmosphere for special occasions when we don’t mind spending $100 for a nice meal. Advice to owner: people will pay high prices but at least try to give them what they pay for!

Birch's is quickly becoming our favorite restaurant. Lots of variety on the menu, something for everyone.

The food and service were fantastic! A very cozy atmosphere. We had a reservation and weren't seated for twenty minutes past the time.

Went here with husband on his birthday. Beautiful atmosphere. Great food—we had the short rib and the prime rib and apple bread pudding crem brûlée. Wonderful and accommodating waitress. We were a little disappointed in our table as we were sat near a window towards the back of the restaurant that overlooks the side patio and it was very drafty and cold. Our waitress tried to seat us elsewhere, but it was too busy of a night. Overall it was a good experience.

Birches never disappoints. On this day, two friends and I had been doing a drive around on a rainy afternoon and decided to stop in for an early dinner. We started our meal with the Mexican Street Corn Casserole appetizer and all three of us really liked it. I ended up choosing the The Birches Cheeseburger and fries which I had had before and remembered from a year ago. It was just as good as I remembered. One friend had the Supper Club Wedge Salad and the Meatballs off the appetizer menu and kept exclaiming over how good the meatballs were. My other friend had the Brisket Mac & Cheese. So rich and so much meat! We all shared the Almond Joy Tres Leches Cake which was light and just sweet enough.

All food quality met or exceeded our expectations. Portion sizes generous.
Professional waitstaff and appreciated the owner/manager visiting the table to check on us. Of course the view over Long Lake is a nice feature, especially with out of town guests if you can snag a table by the window.

Great place off the beaten path with a brewery downstairs that walks out to the deck for the summer months and a more formal experience upstairs in the main restaurant. Great food, good people.

Right on the Lake. Wonderful ambiance. Great food. Adequately sized portions. There’s a bar downstairs that we did not visit but they sometimes have live music there. Service was good. I believe the owner came by our table a few times to inquire as to how we were enjoying our meal. Definitely will go back. Call for reservations rather than relying on open table because open table is incorrect about availability. I find that a lot.

The menu has a range of items, and on the weekends they have breakfast into the early afternoon with great choices. You can also order crowlers or growlers of your favorite Birch beer right from your table. We will be going back

Very fun atmosphere. Beer in the basement pub house is phenomenal. Katie the bartender was a good time!

The walleye tacos were bland and a lite disappointing, the rest of our meal was great. The service was excellent and we'd go back based on the service alone, and the beautiful view of the lake.

Loved the atmosphere and views of the lake! The food was amazing. Great menu- it was hard to decide on one entree. Staff was very friendly all around- there were several we met and they were all very nice. I’d highly recommend.

The food is always subpar. My husband didn’t like the herb-crusted walleye at all. I had chili and a salad and the chili was bland. No spice at all. We’ve been to this restaurant many times and go for the ambiance. BUT I have to say I was most disappointed in the owner,Burt. He was talking on his cell phone sitting near the host stand, talking loud and using the F word. Low class. Horrible impression.
