We were all disappointed in the food. This was our 6 visit but the first one we were disappointed in and will probably never go back. 4 people at 6:30. Service was slow Our food was disappointing since we have had it before. Wings and Brussels sprouts were over cooked. Pasta was disappointing and small. Chilli was not hot and was tasting burnt. Thanks

Service, food and atmosphere were great. Derrick, our server, was terrific. He knew the menu well and he was very attentive. The pace of our dining experience was the right tempo. The food, especially the double cut pork chop was delicious along with house brewed root beer! BJ’s has never disappointed me. BJ’s is always a treat!

Food did not have flavor, server was ok but not great, she was not patient with the cust ... since we did not know the menu, manager came to my table to apologize for the food ...she was very nice but.... It was my first time and i did not like the service and the food

Went to BJ’s for a birthday celebration. Covid protocol was in place. Plenty of spacing between the tables. The food and service were outstanding. Glad to help support this restaurant during these difficult times.

First time I had been To BJ's - food and service was delicious. One thing that bothered me was that we saw at least three (3) servers with their masks below their noses. I did speak with a manager, but later saw a server walk by with the mask below the nose. I work in the service industry and have to wear a mask and do not like it, but I do it to protect others and myself. No one likes wearing these masks and I know it is extremely difficult when you have to wear them for at least eight hours straight.

BJ’s always has good food and great service, the issue is not matter which BJ I go to or when I go they are always freezing. If the wait staff who are in constant motion are wearing sweaters think about your patrons that are just sitting

BJ’s never disappoints! It is always a treat to go there. The pork dinner was great and the California chicken avocado flatbread was delicious. Our server was knowledgeable of menu and attentive to our needs. Definitely will return!

5 of us enjoyed our meal. Different tastes and different dishes. Loved the flights of beer, quite a selection. Wide menu from great salads, pizza, sandwiches, pasta. Something for everyone. Our server was the best. Friendly , attentive and gave us good suggestions.

The food was great… Our waitress was great. The only exception is that open table reservations don’t really work there. We still waited over an hour for a table even though I had done the reservation. There were two other groups with the same issue. A bit frustrating.

Very disappointed. We usually have good meals there but this time was very bad. The server was not very nice it was very slow and refilling drinks and cleaning the table. Our food took about 45 minutes to come out and when it did everything was lukewarm and some of it was cold and it also appears did it been sitting in the window for a long period of time. We had to get a couple orders warmed up and two of the steaks were cooked improperly so they said they would make new steaks in but it took another 30 minutes for us to get them. They did comp some of it and were very apologetic but we asked for a manager and it took 15 minutes to get one. Very disappointed and we won’t go back for a while.

Arrived 5 minutes before reservation time and was told it would be 20 minute wait. When I questioned the hostess as to why, she said rudely said they got busy and to go sit over there. 8 minutes later, a different hostess called us to be seated at a booth that had been empty since we had arrived. Server at least was very good.

The restaurant was pretty empty when we got there. Our server seemed to have forgotten about us and took about 40 minutes to actually order our entrees. This made us late for our appointment. The food was good, but the delay really put a damper on the night.

Was seated when we arrived no waiting. Server was really good was on his A game. I was the one who had the birthday and I enjoyed the free desert. Everyone in the party enjoyed their meal except me. I had the fish n chips with French fries. The breading covering the fish was somewhat burnt Iike it was fried in very used oil. The French fries were cold and had a hard bite to them. Overall it was okay and I would come again, will try something different though. Sincerely Bill

We have been here several times as a large group. On Sat. I attempted a call ahead, was told only for groups six or less. I asked about open table, the girl said “as far as I’m concerned they need to do away with that.” Glad I ignored her, we got the table on time. The server was polite but service seemed incredibly slow. I was the last to get my food out of 13, it was a bowl of soup and that was after the wrong was brought. My fathers order was wrong, my daughters was wrong, and my nieces order was wrong. Not sure who was at fault for the food, the kitchen or the server. We will be looking for a different venue the next time we are all together.

Our server Owen made our first experience there a great one. He did the right amount of suggesting without being pushy. He was kind and attentive. He’s definitely a rockstar. I wish I had 10 servers like him at the restaurants where I work.

The last couple of times we have been to BJs we have been disappointed. This visit we ordered the nachos as an appetizer and a pizza. The nachos had very little cheese, tomatoes or anything else on them, and the dish was lined with paper that stuck to the chips. The pizza toppings did not get within 3 inches of the edge. We had this issue with pizza at BJs before, but thought it was just a bad day. The flavors and appearance of the food has been less than pleasing on our last few visits. Even though we had excellent service, we will not be returning. There are many other good restaurants in the area.
