The food is amazing and the staff is lovely. We always enjoy our time at BJ's and wish we had room for dessert.
Had a reservation for 6 pm; showed up early, still waited 20 min for our table. Service very slow- waited a long time for the check. Food was meh, and a little overpriced.
Our 1st time here and it was amazing! We had the Pot Stickers and the Salmon! We left very satisfied! Go here immediately!!!!
The food was cold and our waitress was not attentive. On the bright side the manager did his best to make it better.

Our waitress never offered us drink refills we sent back the alfredo because it was bland my prime rib had no flavor really and the chicken sandwich tasted like it had been fried in really old oil so disappointed because this was my son's 16th birthday dinner
We could not sit together for my birthday as a party of 6 with a baby. The prime rib was extremely spicy and the tuna was veiny. Our waiter was great.
Good food in good company in a good restaurant!
It would help if Open Table wouldn’t let you make a reservation for a restaurant that is not even open!

My favorite restaurant in a 30 mile radius. Food is seasoned so much better than other restaurants. Restart enjoy going there. Thanks for supporting us veterans!!!

In town for a lacrosse tournament, made a reservation on open table for 7, but unfortunately had to wait 20 minutes for the table to be ready. No waiting in the lobby so we had to wait outside. Thankfully it was a moderate weather evening. Once we sat we were greeted quickly and our server was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We enjoyed our meal very much. My only criticism was having to read the menu on our phones. I try to discourage phone use while out to dinner with my children. The hostess did say if we wanted a paper copy we could request one, but it was not readily offered. As stated not a complaint more a criticism based on my personal preference
Our server was very polite. She did speak incredibly fast. We didnt have any issues however I would imagine someone who would be older might. It wasn't crowded so the noise level was low. Dessert was amazing.
It’s always been a great place for our family to eat! I have never had any problems with food or service.

BJ's was overall very good with excellent service. I had a reservation but had to wait about 10 minutes past the time . I was encouraged the dining experience would be good because the restaurant was so busy even in these difficult times. The food was brewery fare and what I expected and served promptly and prepared as requested.

Great food, great service, as usual. However, I was disappointed to see they were not enforcing the mask wearing policy. Several parties walked to their seats without a mask on. It is very disturbing to have strangers walk past my food without coverage during the pandemic.
I love BJs but it is a little pricey! Will go back
I absolutely loved this place! I usually go to Chili’s because of my allergies but I tried here because they had food I wasn’t allergic to. You really get what you pay for. The service was also amazingly quick. Like it was amazing how good the food and the service was!

Large menu with a variety of choices that should satisfy most. Service is usually very good. Their craft beers are excellent.
Good food — except for the deep dish pizza, which tastes like it’s pre-cooked and microwaved at the last minute. (If they cant take the time to make it fresh, they really should throw it in a super hot oven for 10 minutes to reheat and crisp it up.) Burgers are fantastic, mediterranean chicken pita wrap was really really good. Nutty Brownette beer is my favorite and my husband likes the porter. Quickly becoming our favorite weeknight restaurant. Wait staff are friendly and attentive.
Great place for some good food and beer. Server Jeremy is the best!! Always takes care of us and has perfect substitutions if we want something different. Would highly recommend dining here!!

Was seated before reservation time. Quiet and more than enough space between other diners. Server was attentive and checked on us often. Drinks were good. Didn’t particularly enjoy the parm crusted chicken but the appetizers were tasty.
My wife’s chicken tender salad was watery and she was sick the rest of the day. My rib eye steak and potatoes were great. Ambience was poor because of sunlight coming through windows. I could only see my wife’s silhouette.

I was very disappointed. Our phones were unable to download the menu so they gave it to us on paper...the writing was so small we could barely see it. I was disappointed it was not your full menu as well. I didn't like the taste of what I ordered. Only ate half. I was just really disappointed....didn't feel it was wo6the price we paid.
Really good meal and service. Everything was clean and easy. Food - wings , brussels sprouts , chicken dishes were good. Easy phone app in restaurant menus. Entire family enjoyed!
My dinner was so boring and unappealing. No garnishments of any kind- just a blop of mashed potatoes on the left side of the plate and a dry chicken breast on the right.
My Brussels sprouts were obviously from the day before and reheated in the microwave.
I wanted to like my experience but I’ve had way better elsewhere.
The chicken potstickers are yummy. Jeremy, our server was great.
