Lost reservation..left after 45 minutes. Understaffed no managers in site.

When we entered the hostess was very rude. When I said we had made reservations on open table and gave my name she stated “just because you made reservations doesn’t guarantee you seating, you’re still gonna have to wait 35-45minutes.” When we got seated and served we often had to hunt down our server because we were missing items when our food came out and because our drinks were empty. We asked our server for a specific type of beer that was on the menu he said we don’t have that beer but we have other beer. We have new beer and old beer but I’m not sure what we have. Overall not a great experience.

Food was good but fries were cold. I hate cold fries! Menu was ridiculously small type. Drinks were slow. Waiter had mask under nose and he was a bit frazzled.

We did not get seated til 30 min after my reservation. They were short staffed and we did not get all the food we ordered. Staff was confused on pricing of a bottle of wine. I would give them 1 more try, but my friends have told me this is normal for this location.

I used to eat here a lot. We arrived 19 min early with an 8:30 pm sunday reservation. We were sat at 8:35 and were able to order fairly quickly. We ordered soup which took 35 min to arrive and was cold. Our waiter was way to busy and I eventually was able to just ask for a bowl so I could take it home to reheat. Over hour after our reservation we were leaving without having eaten. It was disappointing and zero apologies were even made and by 9:30pm I didn’t feel like waiting for them to correct the issues, not that the option was even offered by our waiter.

food was average, awful baked potato ( how can you not cook a potato). had to completely return the dish, mashed potatoes where much better. Beer selection is great and maybe they should stick to that.

Was underwhelmed at this location. Service was spotty and food was greasy.

Great service. Staff was excellent and attentive. Enjoyed a nice, quiet dinner.

We had a booking on Veterans Day. With covid19 it has been difficult for businesses. Service has been slightly effected it took sometime once seated for food and utensils to arrive at the table. But food was absolutely beautiful and staff were excellent in their jobs. Love coming here. Keep striving through this pandemic.

it was pretty quick sit down, order and the food was quick to come out... the dessert trio is so good ❤️

I wasn’t satisfied with the service, or should I say lack there of. The silverware was dirty, I asked for takeout utensils instead. I was told take out didn’t have anymore, yet people were still receiving them with their take out orders. So I walked over to the area when I saw someone pull out a whole box, he walked off by the time I got there so I waited patiently. Two workers came out, neither of them acknowledged my presence, asked if I needed anything or asked if I’d been helped. So as they walked off, I took it upon myself to go into the box and get my own set of utensils. At that point, I just asked for to go boxes and the check. I did t even eat my food.

The service was quick. I had a reservation and the table was ready on time. The food came out very quickly. The drinks were delicious. The server was very nice.

Out waitress was everything!!! She made the night a success.... chicken wings lackluster! Bar wasn’t full like it looked no flavored vodka. However, the staff was extremely helpful and nice.

Good food and service was outstanding. Tchlinda was exceptional!

Our experience was very good because of the efficiency of the staff. Our waitress's knowledge of the menu made everything flow smoothly, because we were not familiar with the menu.

Birthday for my son-in-law. Our waitress, trelinda, was absolutely wonderful. The experience was positive and exactly what we needed and hoped for.

The food was absolutely amazing and cooked perfectly, and our service was awesome! Would definitely recommend going here!

They have adapted social distancing, online accessible menus, face masks while maintaining excellent food and service.

This was a rare meal out and it was everything we hoped for.

Our party of five was seated in a corner booth. It was 6pm on a Sunday night and the place was dead. Restaurants had just re-opened their dining rooms, and social distancing rules were in effect. When I sat down, I noticed that there was a beverage ring and something sticky on the table in front of me. I asked the waiter to wipe down the table. It took him 5 minutes of walking around the restaurant, looking for a rag and the for a spray bottle. He wiped the table down, except the beverage ring and sticky mess in front of me. It was difficult to reach, but he made no effort. I asked for the rag and wiped it down myself. When my burger and fries came out, I asked for ketchup and mayo. He then proceeded to another table to bus it. Another 5 minutes passed before someone else brought out what looked like at most one teaspoon of ketchup and mayo.

I'm not recommending this restaurant, because if they can't wipe the tables between parties, what else are they not keeping clean?

Great place but service was a little slow and there was only 2 other tables but overall food was awesome and drinks were on point :)

We always have an Awesome time when we are at BJ’s.

Won’t be going back until the full menu will be offered.

Seated promptly per reservation time. Server was excellent. Food arrived at table within reasonable time. Made to feel welcomed, no rush.

BJ’s is near us and I’m a points member. The menu is varied and the food is good. Service is prompt. Noise level can be high

We booked through open table, which turned out to be a great idea. Walked in and were seated within five minutes, despite there being at least five groups waiting for a table. Meal went down hill from there. Our waitress didn’t know she was our waitress and took about 10 minutes to come to our table, our drinks took about 15 minutes to get to our table, she did not come to get our order for at least 40 minutes. Food came out relatively quickly, but was lukewarm at best. We ordered the boneless wings, Nashville chicken sandwich, deep dish pizza, and some kind of wrap sandwich. If the food came out hot, it would’ve been so much better.The place is pretty expensive for what you get.

What a joke this place is. Foolish public. A nice looking place. We ordered drinks first... my wife. My water took a while to come. Ordered appetizers. My chicken wings were just okay... but we’re not what they looked like on the menu. My wife ordered avocado wraps but after 10-15 minutes were told they were out of them and they would take them off the bill.... 5 minutes later they delivered them. My wife’s pizza was good. I wanted a salad but the waitress came back and told us because of the romaine recall they were not serving salad . So I ordered the pork chop which was good. My wife gave me a piece of her pizza and I almost choked because there was a piece of plastic imbedded in it. The manager heard about all our problems with the food.... and by the way the waitress was terrible!, as and took all the food off the bill. Al were paid for was the wine. This place has potential but needs a lot of work. Keep that manager!!

First day waiter Darwin was friendly and reasonably skilled for his first day on the job. The wine list was small, so small in fact that France never made an appearance. Still, there were interesting wines to complement our dinners.The double pork chop was tasty but overcooked. The brussels sprouts were the highlight of the meal. My spouse’s chicken zucchini pasta was flavorful. The three hot brownies with ice cream dessert provided more than enough sugar for both of us! Solid dining experience.

The waiter was definitely not interested in being there. The food was fair and expensive for what it was.

I didn’t like the booth we sat in but everything was really good other than that. We enjoyed ourselves.
Asparagus wasn’t good.

The staff at BJ's was great! We made a last minute reservation for 10, and when we showed up at about 10 minutes until our reservation time, they were already setting up our tables. We had cupcakes and gifts for my daughter's birthday, and they let us use a table just next to ours to put everything on. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, even when my dad asked them to change a channel on one of the TVs! Would definitely eat here again.

Food was ok but pricey for what you get.

I am a frequent flyer at BJ's but was disappointed when I was told that they had removed the Enlightened Spinach salad from their menu. This is the best small salad that was offered and order it almost every time I go. Please do what you can to contact corporate and have them add it back!!!

First time at BJ's but will definitely come back again. We had the Thursday night special, 1/2 rack of ribs, with soup or salad and two extra sides for $13.95. Everything was excellent and the value unbeatable. Many beers to choose from as well as reasonably priced cocktails. Service was super, and the decor was very nice a very nice casual ambience.

We were greeted by our friendly server Jay who was attentive throughout; there were 4 in our group w/3 different meals. Everyone said their food was good - from steaks cooked to perfection, to bacon-wrapped burgers, to yummy meatballs and mushroom gravy. We were visiting w/friends we hadn't seen in awhile and didn't feel rushed.

Everything was great food wise. I would just say that our server visited a lot of tables around us multiple times but very rarely did we see her. We wanted to order dessert but because she took so long it was too late and we were ready to go.
