BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - Centennial

I haven't been to BJ's in a long time because of a really bad experience. I went to lunch w/ my mom and a friend. The clam chowder was really good and my mom enjoyed her meal. I gave 4 stars on mine because the chicken tenders was frozen type and I don't like frozen chicken tenders. The service was excellent and Christy took her time to informed about a registration I
made in awhile and earned a free pizooke dessert. I will be back again because she made up the bad experience I had in the past. Thank you Christy!!!

I can’t remember our servers name, but he was excellent

Good food and great service. Challenging getting in for dinner unless you plan ahead but that is not the restaurant’s fault as the state placed tight restrictions on occupancy.

Very enjoyable. Too pricy to go regularly, but I will go back.

Made our reservation, got us right in. Service and food were great.

We go there about once a month. The food and service are always excellent. More important to me is that they are following the guidelines to keep us safe - wearing masks, keeping the tables far apart, requiring reservations. I felt very safe there.

I was very impressed with how BJS set up their system in the appliance with covid restrictions. from making a reservation to being seated to how they have everyone practicing social distancing. Very well!

They have take home meals for $6! Very affordable

Made a reservation for 5pm and didn’t get seated until at least 5:15pm. The seasonal beer they advertised was not available. My husband’s French fries were cold and little to no dressing on my salad. Was not impressed!

BJs has really struggled since the pandemic. Service is unfocused and slow. I still like the food though. I recommend you are very very clear about what you want/need when ordering and ask your server to repeat back to you.

The server was great. The food was great. The only problem my wife and I had was wondering why soup or salad wasnt included with our dinner? For the price, it shouldn't be extra to have it. Other than that, everything was great

Very friendly customer services. Food was good and wait service was outstanding.

Everything was good although the service was slow. It was an hour between the time we were seated and the time we received our food. I think this was because it was Veteran’s Day and they were very busy. I have dined there other times when the service was quicker.
