Poor service. Didn’t receive both entrees at same time, had to tell server one was missing. Server never came back to ask if we wanted another round of drinks or additional food so we left. Food was fair. Would not go back
Worst service I’ve ever had are waitress never really paid attention to us and when we tried to get her attention she wouldn’t respond to us until she felt like come over to us I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone if you want bad service

3rd visit, enjoy the food that I've tried. I thought the Jambalaya was over seasoned for my taste but still good. Servers have been very attentive and friendly. Absolutely love their own crafted sodas. A large variety of beers to choose from a well. Will definitely come back.

It was good but my steak wasn’t well done. I asked to cook it more but when it came back, the steak was still red. Manager came offered to cook more but i said no. Ended up Bringing it home and reheat it.
Enjoyable evening. Calamari was fabulous. Service was outstanding.
This is an excellent restaurant but a little pricey. Worth the money. Service and food were excellent
Bj's is adhering to all Covid-19 related cleaning and social distancing guidelines. There are partitions between all booths. Patrons are spread out so they are not right next to each other. The food was good (we ordered basic lunch fare), our service was great. We were able to speak to and hear each other at the table with no noise issues.
Bring your hunger!! And thirst.
Huge, diverse menu with massive beer list.

At the end we asked for dessert to go we never got it, we had to asked someone else to get it for us.

Our waiter was excellent, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The food was yummy, beer selection was very good. I would go back there again, and recommend it.
Unfortunately they did not seat us were we requested on our reservation. Although once I brought it to their attention the hostess said she would move us. I said no since we were already seated in the bar area for our daughters 18th birthday we would just stay there. Terrific. She said it was their error and she would let the manager know and would comp dessert. No manager ever came over and they did nothing for her birthday. Extremely disappointed.

Waitress did not check on us , never refilled our drinks, forgot about us completely until it was time to pay.

Food took 45-50 minutes to come out and it was just appetizers. The place was about 1/3 full.
For a Monday night -- when it wasn't all that busy -- our food was served lukewarm. Not sure why, but we all were a bit disappointed.
Usually, there are no problems with BJs but they were a bit off their game.

This was my first visit. Great food. Great wait staff, Rene. I had never had a pizza cookie before. OMG!!! Can’t wait to have another.
Waiter, Connor, did not do a good job at all. He assumed we were finished without checking and prematurely brought our check. When he brought it the first time and we questioned it, he said "It's just so you can see where you are" and he circled the tip section... rude. He barely checked on us, we had to call him over when we needed something. When we finally were ready to go he took forever and a day to come to the table and collect payment. We had cash and a card on the table (and he walked by the table about 3 times) and he yelled from behind the bar "Do you need me to swipe?"
There were instances where he did not face our table when we asked for something. I asked for something that he NEVER brought and although he took it off the price of the order, he never checked in with me to see if I still wanted it. Connor was very standoffish and rude, whether he realized it or not.
My friends and I have been to BJ's 3 or 4 times and had great experience, but this experience honestly makes me not want to come back... at all.
the waitress was obviously very new. Had to help her find beers on her tablet, didn’t ask how I want my steak. I got my steak and it was EXTREMELY raw. Still bleeding and I do not eat my meat that way also my mashed potatos were cold. I didn’t complain because I felt uncomfortable. The bartender did lovely though.
Quality food with nice ambience. Wide selection of beers. Great service.
