Great place, food and drinks very good

We love to go at bjs , i can say we do go once a week or once in two weeks. Food is good and the service sometimes good sometimes very bad. I can say one thing for sure they are under staffed. Our waitress was doing everything by her self and was very nervous . We werent happy with her.( wedensday night , waitress splanish lady dark red hairs) we have been so many times there and never asked us for ID when we ordered drinks, this time she asked us, my wife didnt have it on her and she ended having a pepsi instead a glass of wine she liked. They said its the policy, if it is why they never asked us before. Anyways we gonna go back again and try it one more time. They need to get more profesional staff( manager, waiter, waitress) i manage a fine dining steak house my self and i can tell

even though I had a reservation, they make us wait for more than 40 minutes, not very happy with it

I loved the petit steak, it was delicious. The value was good, the asparagus were tasty. I couldn’t taste the cheese in the cheesy mashed potatoes. Tamar was a good server. I would recommend BJ’s to my friends.

Food came out cold, besides that great first time.

I like this place, but last time i wanted to have a cheeseburger and asked the waiter if the chef can make the beef just a little bit more thin, just get it pounded a little and the waiter came back and told me the chef said no cant do it, i mean how hard it is just to pound the meat a little and make it thiner, takes 5 seconds.

Second visit to this franchise. I was impressed the first time around (2 weeks ago) and decided to bring new diners. Service and food are the primary reasons for such a low score. Service was slow and inattentive. Food temperature was disproportionate. For example, meat was as expected but hot sides were served cold.

Went with my friends and tried calling to make a reservation only to get yelled at by the woman answering the phones. Later showed up to have forgotten to put down my name and had to wait 20 minutes. Once we got our food they forgot drinks and napkins we asked for twice. Very poor service!

My family and I went to BJ's for my birthday. I had a coupon for $5 off and also for a Pizookie for my birthday. We had reserved in advance and had no problem being seated. Both my sons and my husband told our waitress Amber that it was my birthday and that we had $5 off in the system. But she totally forgot and did not take off the $5 either. We also had to ask her twice to bring us silverware and napkins. The food was great, but we were not too pleased with the service.

First time eating at BJ’s that I was disappointed. One dish (mine) out of 4 came out cold - steak, mash and asparagus. Not only cold but they forgot to add the blue cheese topping. It was too cold to be enjoyed and I immediately sent it back. When it came out for the second time they still forgot the blue cheese. They took it back but by the time it came out my family had pretty much eaten. They didn’t charge me the $1.50 for the blue cheese - not sure if it was intended if it they just forgot.

Glass for beer was very dirty..it was replaced..then segment from beer was flooding in glass.
Finally mgr. came and explained the beer that was ordered needed to be poured a certain way.
We were not told this in the beginning..they should educate patrons when it is ordered.

Food was delicious and our server was amazing! She was friendly, energetic, and courteous!

This is a fun place to hang out with friends or celebrate birthdays. Extensive beer menu. Lots of great food menu items. We had a great time!

The food is amazing

Not a bad place but the food is like TGI Friday's just with a better beer list and a little better service. I was very impressed with the beer list and the BJ's beers. However the food was just ok. My starter salad barely had any dressing and my french fries were filled with broken pieces and just tips mixed in. The ribs were decent and I liked the rub and sauce. Overall I would say it is a good place for beer and apps rather than dinner.

Nice place. Decent food. Floors are extremely slippery- almost wiped out. Won’t go back as a result.

Very lively and popular sports bar. Hard to get into the restaurant without using Open Table. Good Beer selection and broccoli cheese soup is great
