   Unfortunately we were left disappointed with the experience. The restaurant is outrageously overpriced for the quantities and quality of food offered. Service and attentiveness was average at best. We wouldn’t return nor recommend.

   This place a gem in Sherwood Park! Our server was excellent. The wine list was well chosen. Our food was presented and spiced perfectly. We had an excellent evening out and can’t wait to return!

    We went to bleu flame to celebrate my husbands birthday. Ethan was our server and he was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and so easy to chat with. We had a group of 5 and ordered 2 of the couples 4 course meals. We chose different cheeses, meats and desserts so we could try a bit of everything. From the drinks to the appetizers to every fondues -Everything was delicious! Good size portions and you can even get extra dippers. I’m still full today!

    Food and service was amazing. Would maybe suggest going as a group of 4 just so you can enjoy the entire menu options they have, but it was really enjoyable overall! Would go back again

    Our server Ethan made our belated valentine's day experience absolutely incredible! He told us he was a new server and seemed like he may have been nervous, but everything was executed perfectly. He checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed without hovering, the food was delicious, he accommodated allergies and offered alternatives, and the amount of food for the price was amazing. We will definitely be back. Give this man a raise!

    It was our first time at the restaurant tonight. We’ve been to other fondue restaurants before . So we were excited to try here. The food was good and we enjoyed it . The price seemed a little higher. When I called to the reservation, I asked if we could sub things out and get things from the main menu. Before we ordered we were told we couldn’t do that. And it had to be the special. We’re not sure if it was the main server or manager but he was getting heated with his staff in front of restaurant which doesn’t look good.

    Just don't... all my dinnerware was disgusting and dirty and when you pay 300 dollars, your dishes should be washed. I didn't want to ruin valentine's date night so I didn't leave but please know that's so gross

    We tried the 4-course fondue dinner. Everything tasted fantastic! 1st course was cheese fondue, followed by Caesar salad. We chose the vegetarian 3rd course and ended with the traditional chocolate fondue. All the ingredients were well-prepared. Cheese and chocolate fondues were our favorites. If anything, there was too much food LOL. Taryn guided us through each course with ease and grace. Service was top-notch!

    Front house staff was extremely unorganized and we over heard a waitress refuse to take us because another table was coming in. Waited up front for 15mins after our reservation time. Once we were sat in like a party / kid area bright lights and stuff was not something I wanted for a New Years Eve dinner at all. We were not told about there only being a specific menu for the night either we wanted some other things and then we were told “oh it’s only the NYE menu”. Which in my eyes is wrong you should have the option of the full menu. Overall the food was really good. Kitchen ran out of Caesar salad at 8pm so that was a change to my dinner as well Our waitress was waiting tables, seating people, and doing COVID scanning. She was running around trying to accommodate us best as possible. Coming from a hospitality background I feel bad for saying this but it was my first and last time there.

    The food was okay. Nothing special. Only good part was the cheese fondue. The dippers were sparse. We were over charged and when the manager came to our table all he said was next time you come in he would do something. Well sorry not an acceptable resolution for our bill that was wrong. We won't be back. And the room we sat in was so cold we had to wear our coats the whole time. Will never go back.

    The food was honestly not great. Almost all utensils and glassware was dirty… the waitress didn’t check on us once during the entire meal. This was our first time at the restaurant and she didn’t explain anything. The dipping selection is extremely limited and it was just very disappointing. For how expensive this place is it’s not worth it.

    Have had this in the past and this time it was subpar. Dipping plate was less full, especially when we paid $20 for liquor that wasn’t even ordered. They gave us the smallest table and it was very loud for being empty.

    Had a fantastic night at Bleu Flame with the family. The restaurant is tastefully appointed and the service was excellent (server Taryn W). The food of course was delicious. The complimentary sides for the kids is a great little extra.

    My issue is that we went for the anniversary special which clearly says a $210 value for $155. So while that’s more than I would normally pay it was our anniversary so we were ok with $155 all in. But when we get the bill it’s $175! I asked our waiter why and he said that there’s extra charges for some of the things we ordered. What’s the point of the package price then??? And why do they not have a little asterisk saying something like “some of the items below are extra”? Some things did clearly say “extra” and that says to me not included in the package. But not that every thing basically does. We went to Chop last year and at least they give you a card for your next visit. Just to me it’s not a great value for the amount you have to pay. I won’t be going back.

    We had a fantastic experience with our server Taryn while dining at Bleu Flames this past weekend. We have dined several times before in the past year and the experience has always been great. The ambiance and decor are very nice and private. The food is always top notch, specifically the meat is much better than most fondue places as far as how it is marinated really flavourfully. They have tons of choices on the menu that are regularly updated. 10/10 great time… we have dined at the Melting Pot many times before as well, but we now prefer Bleu Flames— definitely try it out!

    Our first visit here We were welcomed greeted politely and quickly found our reservation Introduced to waitress Taryn and offered us the drink special Taryn Directed us to the contactless menu Promptly brought our drinks and reviewed the menu Made some very helpful suggestions Taryn confirmed our order and explained the process Returned shortly with our first course Checked on us to make sure all was well and to our satisfaction Main course was excellent, desert was fabulous Food was fresh, flavours great, restaurant very clean, Atmosphere very modern and comfortable We certainly would return to Blue Flames and would recommend to friends and family Hopefully they’d be lucky enough to get Taryn as waitress Cheers!!
