They gave us raw meat which was awful.

I liked the place, we had a delicious breakfast we enjoyed our time

A lot of menu was not available

We visited The Bosporus in Dubai last year and were delighted to hear they now have a branch in London!
Food was amazing - as expected. However a little disappointed we were not offered the authentic Turkish hospitality.
No complimentary bread offered at the table upon arrival. Nor were we offered Turkish tea when we were about to leave. The prices are well above average so the absence of these small gestures is quite disappointing given an average Turkish restaurant can offer the same without the premium price.
Dinner for 2 and a child came to £91 WITH service charge.

The food was nice but the service was not worth the amount we paid for.

Amazing meal with my mum. Staff were really helpful in advising our choices (my mum had never eaten Turkish before).
The food was delicious. Only downside would be that we felt the portion sizes were a little too big and we ended up wasting a lot of food.
Can’t fault the place otherwise though! Lovely experience from start to finish.

Great location. Great decor. Reasonably priced menu. Great service. Good portions. Bit disappointed wasn't able to get the main choice of starter and main, as one was no longer available (but still on the menu) and the other item had run out. Overall, for my 1st visit, it was a good experience, and I shall be visiting again.

The service by far far was 5*.

The starters tasted amazing and were worth every penny.

The mains took a long time to come but they did apologise.

The mains were also a massive let down. Over priced and didn’t taste great. The food seemed cold but as we were waiting for so long we just wanted to eat and go.

Limited desert options on the night.

Personally we won’t be going there again.

Nice food but a bit on the pricey side. Restaurant is nicely laid out and presented, unfortunately we were by the door so a bit cold. Generally a nice experience.

The food was bland and cold. There was only one poor waitress serving everyone and the manager was really rude when we complained. Ruined my birthday!

This was our second time visiting and honestly this place cannot be faulted. The staff literally go above and beyond to accommodate your needs and wants. The food was amazing. They literally remembered us from our visit in October and called us by our names, such outgoing people. The food and drinks were just amazing. Cannot wait to go back again already!

Disappointed. The restaurant was closed on arrival. Like it even said on google its open. I was also allowed to make a booking. Poor service and management

The restaurant was closed even the bookings were open. I did make a booking and invited my guests. We have just realised when we arrived. Its a serious stupidity!!!

Waiting time to be seated was a bit long considering that I had already booked and it was not busy at all. The main course was very standard, nothing too special but served nicely. The dessert however was 10/10! I ordered a Nutella kunaffah and was very pleasantly surprised. Staff were friendly also.

Rushed us to order, food was appalling. If there was an option to not pay service charge I wouldn’t have. Never again

Majority of the food they did not have in stock. Ordered the virgin pina colada which they serve in a pineapple but they didnt have it. Food wasnt great tasting at all for a high end fine dining restaurant

The food was overpriced and not worth it, i had ordered my steak medium rare and it had come overcooked. The food was also cold and i was still hungry after the meal.

Excellent service. There was a slight issue with the dessert however they were really understanding and gave us a full refund. Very good service from them.

Great Halloween brunch for my friends birthday. Food was delicious and got so much food we was stuffed. Also unlimited Prosecco was also a bonus. Our waiter Massi was great. Friendly smiling service and always making sure everything was ok and topped up our glasses without having to ask. Will def go back after lockdown and enjoy some sheesha too. Also great location. All round we had a great time. Thanks Bosporus 👍🏻👍🏻 10/10 from us x

This was for my 25th and they gave us such a lovely welcome and consistently outstanding service throughout. We were given the private room which was amazing and it gave us the opportunity to have a bit more quiet. Everything was perfect about this place apart from the temperature. The private room was freezing and my boyfriend wore his coat throughout the meal, unfortunately I didn’t have one!! We had goosebumps the whole time. Other than that- loved it!

Wonderful, attentive and friendly fast. The food was absolutely amazing, the best Turkish food I have had by far!

Had the hummus to start off with, I think the best hummus I have ever had.

Ordered the lamb chops and chicken donner as main, chops were really good, the meat just came off the bone so easily.

The donnor was flavoursome, but a little dry.

For dessert got the kunafe with cream but was given the chocolate one. They accepted mistake and then gave us the one we ordered originally for takeaway. Both tasted amazing.

Definitely would go back.

This place is outstanding. The staff are so welcoming and polite, genuinely helpful and don’t try to sell extras or add ons. I will 100% be returning - food quality is incredible, service is punctual and the atmosphere is caring. Above all the portion sizes are massive! I can’t rate this place highly enough.
