Inspired by the abundance of Hawaii and the Mediterranean coast, our menu showcases fresh seafood, locally sourced vegetables, premium meats, and seasonal ingredients prepared with simplicity and flavor in mind. Celebrate Restaurant Week at Botanico Waikiki with a five-course dinner for two, available November 7–15 for $150 per couple, plus Hawaii tax. Each course is presented on a shared plate for two to enjoy together. THE MENU Scallop & Zucchini Carpaccio With green grapes. Sweet Corn & Crab Linguine With local sweet corn, uni, bottarga, and shiso. Local Catch Poêlé With Kona coffee sauce, roasted portobello, and macadamia nuts. American Wagyu Roast With Bordelaise sauce, celeriac purée, pearl onions, and mustard. Mascarpone Ice Cream & Lilikoi Sorbet With a white chocolate tuile and basil. Available for reservations from 5:00–9:00 PM. Quantities are limited, so advance reservations are recommended. $150 serves two guests. Hawaii tax is additional.

This experience is available during dinner service only. Reservations are required and subject to availability. Substitutions and major modifications are not available for this experience. 日本人向けの味でとて美味しい。パスタソースも本格的で、値段も安い。ピザは１枚頼んで数人でシェアした方がいい量でした！！

日本人の方が好む味だと感じました！他国の方にも好まれるイタリアンでワイキキにいつまでもあってほしいなと感じました！ハネムーンディナーで利用すると連絡をするとお祝いプレートも用意して下さりましたし、とても話しやすいスタッフの方ばかりで居心地が良かったです！ありがとうございました！またハワイに来た際は利用したいので新メニューも楽しみにしています！

ディナーで利用しましたが、思っていたほどフレッシュオイスターが新鮮ではなく、サイズも小さい物でした。生ホタテも日本のレストランのサイズで、海鮮を期待して行ったので残念でした。パスタは美味しかったです。

ハッピーアワーで食事しました。スタッフの方からお勧めされたピザを注文しました。ピザ生地が外はカリッとしていて中はふんわりでとても美味しかったです。野菜のディップも注文したところ手作りのディップがにんじんスティックや紫芋ととても相性が良く美味しく頂きました。またハワイに来た時は是非利用したいと思います。

ゼットンの日本人のマネージャーとオーナーが居て，最後に出口で挨拶してくれた。まだ出来たばかりなので宣伝してくださいと、写真を一緒に撮ってくれました。雰囲気は、薄暗くとても素敵な雰囲気になっていました。アペタイザーのお食事の量は日本人にも良い感じの量と、味付けでした、お野菜のピザは、長方形バージョンでお野菜たっぷり凄く美味しかった。

ムサカは鉄板！セカンドのシェアプレートは、量が多いので覚悟して臨むべきです！ピザの生地の香りと食感が非常に良かったです。モクテルは、地元の味で良かった！

4人でテラス席を利用。暑い日だったのでアペロールのパンチボールがコスパも良く美味しかった。日本語メニューもあり日本人スタッヅも居るので(そもそも店長が日本人)、安心。もちろん味の方も。

ストリートに面したテラス席を希望して案内された。希望通りではあったが植栽が少なくて歩道から丸見えで少し落ち着かなかった。料理はとても美味しくて満足する内容でした。お肉、ロブスター、サラダ、どれも美味しい勝ったです。アメリカサイズのボリュームでお腹いっぱいになりました
