Brasserie T! Signé Toqué, the restaurant of Normand Laprise and Christine Lamarche, is ideally located in Brossard Quartier DIX30.     Salade repas commandée sans vinaigrette, reçue avec et j’ai dû insister pour reprendre la commande. Devait être avec cœurs d’artichauts, seulement deux quartiers et moins de cinq morceaux au total de legumes. À 29$ on s’attend à plus. Vraiment cher pour de la laitue et des oeufs, sans compter mon allergie au fruits de mer, j’avais dû déjà retirer le saumon au profit d’un oeuf en extra, ne pouvant substituer pour du poulet, la cuisine ayant refusé de le faire. Hamburger tiède et frites froides dans l’assiette commandée par mon amie. Le vin blanc signé Toqué était décent. Le café était tiède. Ambiance excellente mais très déçue de ma première expérience. Il n’y aura pas de deuxième visite. Je préfère de loin votre restaurant phare. Ancienne propriétaire de restaurant haute cuisine italienne, la réputation de votre resto satellite est surfaite. Un nom de suffit pas, faut-il encore livrer au client une expérience culinaire qui va avec le prix chargé. Les coûts d’opération ont monté en flèche dans la dernière année mais les clients seront encore plus exigeants car le coût de la vie suit aussi à la hausse.

    It was a quietSaturday afternoon, no crowd and very enjoyable and the service (by Charlotte was outstanding). Enjoyed the meal, the ambiance and the food as well.

    A smile would have been appreciated when we arrived. The beef tartare was ground beef versus cut and poorly spiced. My œuf mollet was over cooked.

    Les potages sont toujours délicieux ainsi que les burgers. Le dessert chou a la crème avec pistaches et petits fruits est délicieux. Les poissons sont aussi très bons, sauf le saumon avec salade de fenouil qui est décevant. Qualité/prix vraiment excellent.

    Always very good.. Getting addicted to the place. If your into blood pudding.. if it's available.. it's just like heaven! Coquille St Jacques is unreal! And.. the.. and the.. Well, you get my feeling for the place !

    Changing utensils between services would have been a nice touch. Letting us order main course after getting the entrees. The duck plate, beets were waayyyy undercooked, super hard. Would have been nice to provide sauce for french fries by default. Would have been nice to have another side with the confit salmon (not only the salad) For a similar price, McKiernan for example is def. A better choice.
