BRAVO Cucina Italiana - Livonia
crispy succulent shrimp, green onions, charred tomato sauce
ravioli with lobster, sauted shrimp, creamy tomato sauce
crispy lightly-breaded veal, marinara, fresh mozzarella, capellini pomodoro
The fettuccini Alfredo did not have a lot of Alfredo sauce making it really dry.
We had very poor service. The food was okay but pricey. I would never go back.
Food not good waitress very good
We had a 6:30 reservation but did not get seated until 6:55. They seemed understaffed and server forgot silverware and normal refills of drinks. Probably won’t go back anytime soon... food average and overall we felt rushed in and out.
Better that what we expected. Was really good and berries cake was amazing
I've eaten at Bravo several times. The service continues to be fair-average. The food is very good. My party were all quite satisfied with the food. And I like that you do not get mega-portions, and it is priced accordingly. Bravo, BRAVO!! All of us ate our meals, were very satisfied, and did not need boxes! Cocktails are usually above average. Martini was very cold, as it should be (thank you!!), but would have appreciated a martini menu. Server was nice but didn't seem to have the rhythm of when to show up; not very personable.
It was another great experience, both food and service.
The food was good but the service was poor. The restaurant is clearly understaffed and the few staff there were struggling to stay caught up. The manager was expediting food instead of managing which was an issue. I hope they can stay in business.
The service was very slow and poor. Took forever to get drinks and bread. When food came, it was dry and had no flavor. Waiter said he’d be right back with Parmesan Cheese and never came back. Brought our 2nd drink when we were done eating (really didn’t want it at this point). Waiter never apologized. Acted like it was no big deal. We just won’t ever go back. Use to be a favorite restaurant of mine. Not anymore.
Food was great, we went on a Saturday afternoon it was very nice and quiet no wait to be seated and the waitress was really nice!
This was my first visit to Bravo and it was very enjoyable. Our party of 8 was well attended to and Shaun, our waiter wasn't flustered by any of our requests! I felt like the prices for the pasta dishes were a bit high as well as the grilled salmon salad that I ordered. The salad was substantial and deliciously fresh. I would recommend!
Waited 25 min even with a reservation. Food took 1 hr and 15 min to get, no bread for 45 min, my dads chicken was as tough as shoe leather (needed a chain saw to cut), horrible experience. Will never go there again. A total was of money
All around terrible. Reservations at 7:30 not seated until 8:20. Didn’t see a server for another 15 minutes. Food and service was awful. Not a good way to drop $100 on dinner for three. Won’t return.
Food was cold, with small portions. server could not bring bread out because it was still frozen. We also had reservations and had to wait almost an hour to sit down!
This was the worst dining experience. Waited 45 minutes when I had a reservation, they were out of everything, service was slow and the food was terrible. We left after our drink and appetizer. Will never visit again!
We actually walked out after ordering, something we have NEVER done. Waitress had a hard time even bringing us water. Brought one glass for two people. Said there was no bread ready, yet all the tables around us were getting fresh bread. Took so long to bring wine, we thought she forgot us. She did NOT know anything about the menu and could not answer questions. But, we ordered. 40 minutes goes by. No food. Waitress breezes by and said it was coming right up. 10 more minutes...nothing! Appeared to be NO Manager in the house, because the next thing the waitress does is bring over a front-door hostess to say she will check on our food. Neither ever came back. All around us diners were commenting to us how awful we were treated (they had a different waitress).
We found our waitress to pay for drinks because we decided to leave. She told us she would cover the bill so we could just leave.
We did. No food. No Manager. No apologies
We had heard from others that service had really gotten bad, but I guess we had to see for ourselves. Bravo is definitely in a steep decline.
We will never dine at Bravo again in this lifetime!!!
I would not recommend Bravo to friends because of this latest experience. I have dined at Bravo many times in the past and have very much enjoyed those dining experiences but this last experience was less than pleasant. First our reservation was for 5:15 and we were not seated until 5:50. Second the 2 servings of spaghetti and meatballs we ordered were just slightly warm and there was not near enough sauce on either serving. If we hadn't had an appointment very shortly after dinner I would have asked for hot servings but we hadn't the time to wait given how late we were seated. I complained to the server and nothing was done to make up for this let down. I wish I would have asked for her name. Bravo would have to do something pretty great for me to make up for this less than satisfactory experience to get me back again.
My husband and I had a Valentine’s Day Reservation for 9pm and didn’t get seated until 9:30pm.... the food and waitress Tiffany made up for it though! She was amazing and the food (pizza, chicken Ceasar salad, lasagna, and porkchops) was A-1!!! I wanted the chicken Marsala but they were out of sauce. I can’t wait to return!
Food was good, but a bit pricy for what it was. It was a nice night out and service was wonderful!
Food was awful. No taste. We went last year and it has changed majorly. Last year we both enjoyed our meals and the service was great. Service was bad, food was awful, and value is a joke. Will not be going back and will not recommend it to anyone!
Great service, good food, enough said!
Food was disappointing...service was very slow...20 minutes just to get drink, and so on. Food was perhaps sitting then reheated. Busy night for them but we won't return to this location.
Potion sizes are relatively small including the spaghetti and pizza and salads. Only the kids Mac n cheese was relatively big size.
Great place for business lunch. Reasonably priced and nice ambiance. Good selection for lunch menu.
Terrible serve and the portions were small for the price
Service and food are consistently good to excellent.
Nice birthday celebration for one of our sons. Food was good. Service ok.
We made a reservation for a nice date and were excited to try the food. We were seated promptly and our server took our drink and food order. It took a long time to receive our drinks and mine ended up being the wrong thing. When we received our entrees, one of them was disappointing. The pasta was visibly dry and had hardly any sauce on it, and the noodles were not cooked through enough. When we asked for a side of sauce, the server seemed annoyed and said something about charging us extra and asking his manager. He did bring us about a quarter cup of extra sauce “free of charge”. At that point we just ended up asking for our check. It was not an enjoyable experience and we won’t be going back.
It took more than 15 minutes to get service after the hostess sat us. Not sure what happened, but we finally had a waiter approach our table, apologize and explain that we were not in his section, but he was going to take care of us. Unfortunately, he also had a large party in a private room, so the service was not what would have expected.
Our server (who is also a trainer) was excellent! He attended to our every need. When a salad ordered came dressed and it was requested to be without dressing, he brought a new one. We had a carry out order and it was provided to us 'complimentary' for the mix up. He went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations! I will be back--many times over!
Service lagged at times. Our server had too many large parties at once. Food was very good.
We had a birthday dinner for my 8 year old niece. She likes the lasagne at Bravo Cucino restaurant. Perfect spot for a kids meal! Our waiter was attentive.
The food and service were good!
Dion did a good job of attending to our requests. He also is very pleasant and wants
to make sure the customer is satisfied.
Great service all around! Portion bigger than presented. I’ll definitely be back!
We had to wait over an hour for food in a dead restaurant. Eggplant parm came out burned as well as the chicken parm. Very disappointing.
We had 12 people, and we were put in private room, which was perfect. Service was good, food was good , enjoyed the evening
The Grilled Salmon was quite good, the Eggplant Parmigiana not so much. Our Server was excellent.
We had a reservation for 6:30 pm but did not get a table until 7:15 pm. However the hostess and then the manager ensured that they stayed in touch with us and offered us appetizers for our entire party of 11 on the house. It was a Friday evening and the previous family sat at the table for 30 more mins despite paying for the bill. So it was not the restaurants fault. Irrespective they took good care of us at the end. It is a great resultant and ambience. My kids love the food here and our guests enjoyed the place too. Thank you Bravo!
