BRAVO Cucina Italiana - Rochester Hills
breaded eggplant, marinara, fresh mozzarella, capellini pomodoro
crispy lightly-breaded veal, marinara, fresh mozzarella, capellini pomodoro
crispy wild-caught calamari, fresh arrabiatta, lemon aioli
Great filet and a relaxed atmosphere. We will be back.
Incredibly average but overpriced food. Too many other better options for Italian.
Food was great as usual
very good service and food. would definitely recommend
Always happy to dine there. Consistent quality and service.
Bravo was absolutely wonderful and we will definitely return. They were kind enough to offer a table to accommodate my broken foot, however every time the back door opened we were doused with a cold breeze. So next time we will sit in a different spot. Alex, our server, was excellent.
Great service and great food.
Bland, tasteless food. Worst lobster bisque and spaghetti sauces I have tasted. Assumed all canned. Clearly this restaurant is about quantity, not quality. Disappointing at best.
We enjoy Bravo's, regularly. The fare is exceptional and delivered to your table very promptly.
Our last server, Nena [Yes, Nena with an e], followed up on every request and exceeded our expectations, which are always demanding.
Waitress was very nice. Nice minestrone soup and pizza. Cold draft from side door opening. Lava cake was served cold ...had to reorder.
Food was good as usual but seating by the window was so cold we all kept our coats on during the meal. In the winter, do not take a seat adjacent to the windows!
Food, service and ambiance was great. Would definitely go back!!!
Bravo in The Village is exceptional. We have our favorite servers but every visit brings new experiences. On this visit, Taylor was cordial and informed. She was able to address questions about Bonus Cards, Gift Cards, and Frequent Diner rewards, without having to find a manager. Taylor listened and executed every request perfectly.
BTW: The manager, Rachelle Hester, should share in the accolades for selecting and training such talented workers.
For a short time, someone in corporate thought it a good idea to drop flatbreads from the menu. Wiser heads prevailed, and they are back and as good as the finest in Italy. Try one!
Food at Bravo is always excellent. Excellent seasoning, not over done, just right. Service very good. Much, much better than their sister restaurant, Brio!!!
It's Bravo - food is fairly good overall, ambiance is good, service is good. It's a go to Italian place that delivers solid quality. Not really special, but good.
Very crowded but good service and good food.
We really enjoy Bravo's because the greeting is warm, the service is clearly superior to most other restaurants and the food selections are varied, delicious and promptly brought to the table. The manager, Rachelle Hester, is exceptional and makes sure to stop by and check in.
We truly enjoyed out meal and our service. We both ordered full meals and we were very happy with our choices.
Excellent food and service
Having dinner on New Years Eve. Food was really good.
It's OK Italian, but for the price it should be a LOT better. Caesar Salads had too much dressing, but the melted cheese appetizer was very good. The Chicken Marsala dish was oddly absent the marsala sauce and the side of mashed potatoes did not look appetizing, but the chicken itself was quite good. The chicken is flame grilled and very garlicky -- again, not typical for chicken marsala, though. The pasta in my wife's Spaghetti Pomodoro with Grilled Chicken was cold and undercooked. The server replaced it but there was no adjustment to the bill -- not even a free glass of wine for my wife while she had to wait.
We went to Bravo xmas eve. It was super busy which was good. Everyone was helpful and nice until we sat down. Our waitress clearly did not want to be there. Everything was a hassle and we felt like we were burden to her. After us placing our order and her throwing bread on the table with a huff, I finally asked for a manager. The managers were very attentive and must have said something to the waitress as she seemed to be super nice to other tables, but was removed from ours. I believe Jeff took over, who was super sweet and very helpful. We are pretty easy going people, but this waitress was just a bad image for bravo, especially on a holiday. If it wasnt for the manager and Jeff, I would have taken my kids and walked out. So kudos to them.
This place used to have good service. Now just average. Food is average. Hot tea only comes with one bag. Cheese dumped in house salad.
Running 1/2 hour behind on reservations. It took another ten minutes to be greeted after we finally sat down. Short on waitstaff, open tables. Meals were wrong. Very average food. Change the menu back. I used to love it. The service needs to improve too. My reviews are usually good for Bravo.
Birthday-really enjoyed it!
The flatbread appetizer was overdone and somewhat blackened on the edges. The filet was cooked to order but had excessive char on the outside. The Italian wedding soup and chopped salad was good but not outstanding. Service was excellent. Unlike most time that I have eaten at Bravo, the food was not to the usual standard.
The service and attention to our allergies was outstanding. Our sons were given free dessert coupons and they honored both to be used at the same time.
Service was very slow with no explanation or updates from waitstaff.
Went for dinner on a Saturday night. Upin arrival they were running behind on reservations, not a problem, we just said we would grab a drink at the bar, and our table was ready on time afterall. The front of the house and bar were under staffed and over worked but did the best they could. The food was very good! For a chain restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised. Would come back again for sure.
Great- all around!
Delicious caprese chicken and the holiday cranberry mule was delicious!
Good place for a casual meal. Good food and good value
We were not impressed with the food or the service. My chicken was dry and the sauce was not good. My son's pasta was way over cooked!
We have been here a number of times, actually the restaurant we go to when shopping in the area. We had reservations at 11:45, got there at 11:30 and we were seated and placed our order by 11:45, so the timing was perfect considering this was the day after Thanksgiving! The issue was I wanted Chicken Parmesan, my wife wanted Lasagna - guess what two things on the menu they were out of!?!?!?!? Well, I ended up with spaghetti and meatballs (which was very good) and my wife went for eggplant parmesan which was also tasty. The lobster bisque is outstanding!
The eggplant Parmesan was very oily. Definitely not as good as it used to be. I would not go back.
Service was awesome, food was delicious and all-in-all, we all had a wonderful experience - Bravo!
Food is good and met new friends on the way out
Always excellent food and service! We enjoy coming here for family dinners out!!
