It is so nice to have Bravo back here in Toledo. The ambiance is classic and low-key, the service is excellent and the food delicious.

Horrible! I will NOT go back! 6:45 reservation. Got seated at 8:30! Terrible waiter. Did not get bread when seated as everyone else did. Had to finally ask a passing employee. The pasta dished were sorely lacking in sauce....the alfredo?" and the chicken parm were VERY dry. I asked for extra sauce and received a 2 TBSP. cup. Never got the salt and pepper till after half my meal was gone. The whole meal was not really very hot. Our waited defintely needs to be trained! The restaurant was operating at half capacity and should not have had issues like these!! A total waste of my hard earned dollars!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THAT BRAVOS HAS REOPENED!! I HAVE BEEN THERE TWICE FOR HAPPY HOUR AND AM SO HAPPY THE SAME MENU HAS BEEN SAVED!! IT'S MY TWICE A MONTH GO TO!! BEFORE PANDEMIC MY FAMILY WAS THER ON MARCH 8. SO GLAD WE HAD A LAST SUPER, OR SO WE THOUGHT!!

Bravo is trying to reopen dining during a pandemic. I get it. But trying to run an operation with new hires and a bare bones staff is not working. Front house staff seemed clueless. Our poor waitress was also trying to run the bar. I don’t mind an easy paced dinner experience, but over 2 hours for a salad and pasta plate drags. The food was good but we will not return.

We had a good meal with good service. I mn fact, service was a little to fast as we were way early for a show we had planned after.

We came for the Sunday brunch and it was good as usual. Only thing I didn't like was the host was going to seat us in a section with only tables, and I like boothes, AND there were 2-3 boothes open, so I asked if we could have a booth. Well, he did seat us where we wanted, but first he sort acted as if he didn't want to. I don't like that sort of attitude. I worked banquets when I was younger, and you NEVER act like a diner's requests are a bother. In this case 1) we had reservations in which I requested a booth, and 2) it wasn't that busy---there was no wait.

We reserved a table for 9 for a birthday, and the service was on point. Food was perfect and the environment was quiet.

First time that I have ever been there and had excellent service!

We had not had dinner at Bravo in a couple of years and were very happy with our meal. Good atmosphere, good service, good food and drink.

It was our New Year's Eve dinner preparty and we had made reservations at Bravo. Upon our arrival, we were enthusiastically welcomed by the host who had us wait to be seated. We had arrived at about 15 minutes prior to our designated reservation time but only had to wait about 5 minutes to be seated.
We were then graciously greeted by our server who was a delight all evening long. She brought our drinks and food order in a timely fashion, with each course served at the proper time, with no rush to enjoy our dinner and our friends.
The food was simply outstanding, the ambiance delightful and the overall service outstanding. I suggest the Chicken Parmesan with a Ceasar Salad as a great meal choice.

Took 20 minutes for our waitress you take our drink order. Another ten to get drinks and place food order. And then another half hour to get our food. Ordered an appetizer that never came. Overall disappointed. Especially since I had reservations for my wife’s birthday.

They changed their tomato soups 💔 and it’s horrible now 😔

It was perfect. A busy night for all but everything was on time and tasted great!

Baily took great care of us. Service was good and we had a wonderful Christmas Eve lunch with family.

I couldn’t believe how good there pork chop was for an Italian restaurant.

Understaffed. Slow service. Inattentive. Out of bread. Empty drinks. Unapologetic. Meh. I bet Olive Garden was packed while there were open tables everywhere here. Telling.

Good was decent.

Bread plates had food residue. Taken away and not replaced with clean plates AND we never received ANY bread.

We have enjoyed Bravo Cucina Italiana for over twenty years and have never been let down. Our last visit - for lunch - was typically first rate. The food was great and the service impeccable. The restaurant is ideally situated in Franklin Park to provide respite from shopping, this last time on Black Friday. Always a very nice experience!

We stopped there for lunch. Our server was very friendly and our food good. My spaghettini and meatballs was delicious. My mom loved her fettuccine alfredo but said she probably wouldn't order the chicken in the dish again because it was tough. The rose wine was awesome and overall it was a great experience.

BRAVO just became a new favorite for us. The restaurant was very quiet early in the evening. The service was quick and professional, giving us the distance we needed to enjoy our conversation, but also keeping our drinks and bread basket filled.

The lobster bisque is delicious, and very rich. There was just the right amount of chunks of meat. We both got a bowl - next time we would go for the cup instead, as it is very filling. The Caesar salad was like a dessert. Very rich dressing and lots of cheese. If you're wanting a light salad, this is not the one for you. We also split the warm chocolate cake for dessert. Extremely rich. I can't imagine not sharing this one. We look forward to returning in the near future, hopefully to try some lighter dishes.

We showed up and were seated but the restaurant reported to Open Table that we didn’t come at all. Need yo fix their reservation system and have the hostess be more accurate in her reservation data .

Food does not disappoint. Our group was very pleased with the variety and the quality of the food.

The server was so so - she added two items to our friends bill that they did not order. Good thing they checked. She took it off of course but two??

Dessert were delish but too expensive

The asparagus was very anemic , they shouldnt of been serving it at all.

It's bad form to be out of Chianti in an Italian restaurant. ( that was the only misstep. ) Otherwise a lovely evening.

It was a great place to have my 22nd birthday with my boss and coworkers. We had a great time. I dont remember who our server was but she was great. Everything came out in a timely manner and the food was incredible.

Good food. Waitress was constantly coming back for our order. We wanted to talk and enjoy our appetizer first

Went for buy one take one lasagna. Food was delicious as always. Our server, Madison, was very friendly and very attentive. Our drinks were kept filled and she checked back often enough but not too much. We also shared the house salad which was delicious. It’s nice to have a salad that tastes great and you don’t have to cut up because everything is chopped so you can eat it with a fork. Keep up the good work!

To start, our waiter was very personable & attentive. I ordered a chocolate martini, it was delicious. Two of us had the mushroom soup, which I have had in the past and believe it’s the best of any restaurant. My friends were very happy with their meals. I love the eggplant parmigiana. The portion size is good, in fact I just had my left overs for lunch.I always enjoy dining at Bravos. I only have one negative comment and that is I’m disappointed that the price of the salads has increased.

Did you know the rigatoni children’s serving is larger that the adult Bolognese serving ? Ridiculous looking if nothing else, seeing that huge serving in front of a size 6, five year old girl.
Chicken marsala with no marsala sauce? By the time they brought it the food was cold.
Yes we had appetizer and salad but we were there 45 min before any food hit the table.
The waitress seemed flustered that she had to wait on our table (in a separate room) on top of her other tables, what?
I personally only wanted the grass fed meatballs (yes! That part’s great). But they came on spaghetti which I didn’t realize. My bad.

Always enjoy Bravo. Mostly at lunch time, but have been there several times for dinner. Food was excellent, waiter was very nice, however, the service was slow. Took over 15 minutes to get our bar drinks. I don't mind waiting for food, but the bar service needs to be efficient and timely.

The food we had was not very good .the chicken was tough and dry .and your salads were not good and for the price you charge i was disappointed. I would rather go to olive garden never a disappointment.

Great food and service. Not very busy...it was a Monday night.

So glad the chop salad has returned. I had the chicken meatballs with polenta. Fantastic.
