   Simply great overall experience. Food was of good quality . Pasta was al dente as expected served on time at good temperature. Meatballs were flavorful, and sauce was made well. Atmosphere was elegant, busy but subdued. Our sever, Johnathan, was kind, attentive, and responsive . We will ask for him again if we return to Knoxville. All in all, an outstanding dining experience.

   Excellent service, even on Mother's Day. Despite it being one of the holidays where there were big tables/crowds dining out, our server was attentive, got drinks quickly, and was super cordial/friendly, which was impressive!

   I love this restaurant! Today however, my meal was a little dry (I got the Pasta Woozie) and have had it several times here. The server was great however and brought me an extra fish of Alfredo sauce to add to it. The Tiramisu and Crème Brûlée are great also!! Overall, this is a great Italian restaurant in the area!

   The only reason that I did not rate it higher is that it felt like our table was crammed in the section where it was located. I was pushed up against one of the columns and my husband was pressed against the table behind him.

   The service was excellent!! We had the ravioli appetizer and it was great. Our main entrees were shrimp fettuccini Alfredo and Fra Diviolo shrimp which was awesome. I loved the spice. We had tea because they didn’t have any local craft beer which was disappointing and their wine by the glass was $10-14.

   The food was mediocre at best. Some items, like the calamari, were just cooked improperly. There were 4 of us for dinner and the $200 bill would have been fine if the food had been good. The server, however, was attentive and did a great job. I understand why the restaurant will be closing. It is a shame as I was hoping to book a wedding rehearsal dinner there.

    Our server Lydia P. was on top of everything! She was extremely responsive to our requests, very accommodating, friendly and professional. The food was great, especially the lobster bisque and chicken Marsala!

    Bravo Italian Kitchen is a fantastic restaurant. Food and wine were both wonderful. No rush on a Friday night. We were able to take our time and enjoy drinks before ordering. Looks like they have some great Happy Hour specials. We will be back to try them.

    Horrible linguini .stuck together...had to cut it like a tough steak...should have sent it back...they should not be serving the tomato and mozzarella salad... tomatoes sucked...half green and mozz was old and dry

    The food is always good. We wish they would put more new options on the menu, though. The hostess was friendly. Daniel is one of the reasons we eat there. He knows how to make you feel special and make the meal an event.Christian was in training with Daniel and is a quick learner. We love it when they play music that fits the setting…Italian music or crooners like Sinatra, Dean Martin or Perry Como, for example. It is an enjoyable place to go.

    We keep returning to Bravo! weekly to try different entrees. Every dish has been delicious, especially for me, the lobster bisque and Sicilian pizza, which are my favorites so far. My wife loves the chicken parmesan and all of the salad choices. We are looking forward to trying everything on the menu! Our favorite waitress is a younger lady at lunch. She is very welcoming, polite and helpful. She has made our dining experience perfect every visit!

    Everything was just bad, hostess was awesome and then it went downhill from there. It took 30 minutes to get an old fashion from the bar and it was horrible he had no clue how to make one, we had appetizers they were good however we were completely finished with them before our sever took our dinner order. My salad was completely watered down my husband wedding soup had clumps of orzo really bad and cold. Mind you we have been here for an hour it is now 830 and our dinner comes out I had the spicy pasta with lobster butter and chicken well the pasta was over cooked and the sauce tasted like tomato water so bad, my husband had shrimp scampi and it was an Alfredo sauce with rubbery shrimp we didn’t eat anything. Got there at 730 left at 915 and had doughnuts for dinner and it was my birthday 🥲

    The food & wine were delicious. There was even a beautiful view of the mountains! Our server was great and super sweet. However, I had a reservation and the hosts could not seat me right away even though there were plenty of open tables. This could have been due to other customers petty attitudes and preferences. Other than that, no complaints. Would definitely go again!

    This is the best place I have every eaten at; Paulie our waiter was amazing and greeted us as anyone should’ve been greeted. Paulie showed so much love compassion and gratitude. We were In town for a funeral and we felt we were apart of a family at the restaurant. Of course we tipped him good . The atmosphere was very romantic. The lighting made it even better.. music??     This was our first visit. The ambiance was fine, but not as “warm” in color as I usually like. My husband loved his lasagna, even his leftovers the following day! My spaghetti pomodoro was ok. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly.

    First time and probably won’t be back. Our server checked on us like every 5min and it became annoying as she kept interrupting our conversation. Then she disappeared for a half hour, and she double charged us for a corkage fee - we brought two bottles but only opened one of them. She had already charged my CC but she disappeared as soon as I signed the slip. I didn’t have time to find wherever she was hiding so the “value” and “service” were subpar.

    Four of us ordered dinner and only 3 meals were served. It took forever for the 4 person to get his meal. No compensation or apology was offered for the delay. Dinner took over 2 hours as a result.

    I have dined at Bravo in North Carolina many times and had a great experience. The food at this location was delayed and cold. The only redeeming factor was a wonderful young man who waited on us. Would not return. It was my son’s 30th birthday.

    Good food. The bar service and food seems very slow in coming. I don’t know if the restaurant is having trouble hiring people, or what’s the issue. We’ll keep trying. Hopefully they come back up to par.

    The food was well prepared, as usual. Some of the background music was fitting with the setting and very pleasant, but some songs were rather loud and somewhat irritating. Our server Daniel did his usual great job, despite how busy he was. He always makes dining at Bravo a memorable experience.

    The restaurant is one big room with dressy decor. The service is excellent and the food is delicious. All our meals were delicious but none exceptional. The environment is warm and welcoming and despite the openness of the restaurant, the noise level was low.

    We went on Christmas day, and we couldn't ask for more. We were happy to find a place open on Christmas. We hope they compensated their staff for working on a holiday. The server was pleasant even though we knew she didn't want to be there. The food was good as always.

    I have been coming to Bravo for years but this last visit was the worst experience. Our server clearly did not want to be there... very curt and was not paying attention. Completely forgot to bring us our appetizer then didn't take down my wife's order correctly so it had to be prepared all over while everyone else ate... and it was her birthday. He never followed up to see if there was anything else we needed. when I was able to flag him down for two more drinks, he forgot to bring those. Then had to have someone find him to take my credit card after waiting 15 minutes. On the positive side, the food was good but after this experience... won't be going back any time soon.

    We went for our 47th wedding anniversary. Had been to Bravo in Columbus many times while we lived there. The Knoxville one was very disappointing. Wait staff average. Not very attentive. Food was good but the overall experience was less than average. No one even mentioned our anniversary. Lakeside Tavern is one of our favorites and we thought we'd try Bravo; however no comparison. Lakeside far better in all respects. Would not recommend the Knoxville location.
