Disappointed in restaurant, where we usually love our meals . They were out of Bolognese sauce…. Hard to believe. They were out of a few more items. Marsala sauce was thick and dark. Pasta was good. New chef??????

It was my parents 70th wedding anniversary. We were celebrating with my Mom since Dad passed last month. Since had to honor the day. The service was good and the food was delicious. One of our favorite places to dine.

Food was good, service was slow and flippant. No effort to respond timely. We would have drank and lingered, but no offer for more drinks or dessert. Not our usual experience

Of all the restaurants we could have chosen for our first luncheon in over a year, Bravo Italian Kitchen was a great choice.
All stations were clean; our server, Brad, was skilled and polished; and the food was as remembered!

Moms day great food

We were the only black family dining that night and received a stare and eye roll that was a little disheartening and uncomfortable.

Server was okay, could’ve been a little more attentive. The young ladies at the hosts desk were very nice.

The food was excellent.

Was a little uncomfortable with the lack of diversity...May try again one day! 🤷🏾‍♀️

The wait staff was great and the food was good as well but over all the place is very dirty and I feel so bad for saying that . The tables were filthy , the carpet very dirty and you could smell the odor on the booths where there’s cushion . I wanted to love the experience but I did not . Sorry

We like to support our local restaurants and have been using carry out for the last year. For this order, which I did online with their very easy to use system. I timed it to be ready at 3:00. When I walked in at 2:59 and asked if my dinners were ready, I was told they were prepared for pickup at 2:00.
The server was so kind and considerate. She told me to just wait a bit, and the chef would prepare our meals, again.
While waiting, I checked the confirmation email and realized I had placed it for 2:00. I made a dumb mistake but didn't feel embarrassed by staff.
Lesson: Read Confirmations!

Service was horrible. Took forever to place our order because we never even saw our waitress around to flag her down. Left dirty, empty appetizer dishes on the table when serving our entree, had to ask for them to be removed. Never checked on us during our dinner, took almost 20 min to flag her down once we were done eating to ask for the bill because she was standing with all of the other servers talking by the kitchen.

Didn’t have salmon. The rigatoni was almost hard and the sauce was dry. Chicken caprese was mediocre.

The hostess was very nice cocktails were good and bread and oil were good salads were good the entrée was good the waiter was inattentive (20 minutes elapsed after our drinks came before he ever even checked on us and this at 50% occupancy) and he seemed to have an attitude. I don’t know maybe it was because he was the only waiter in the restaurant that had two masks on and he was having trouble breathing maybe three or four masks some goggles and a shield would’ve made him feel better.

Excellent service, food, and drinks. Really enjoyed our time here and everything tasted awesome.

We have been great patrons of Bravo and have had many pleasant experiences, but this was the worse. This was during Covid but the hostess was rude and acted like there were no tables available which was not true. We were eventually able to get a table but the customer experience was horrible. The food was sub- par and the waitress acted as if she was doing us a favor by serving us.

The bathroom rooms were not clean; there were no paper towels and several toilets were not flushed. This made me question the sanitation in the entire restaurant. We expected to relax and have a wonderful customer experience but this definitely did not meet our expectations.

Simple Italian fare. Very pleasant server but like most places they are short-staffed and slow. Food was far from outstanding but good enough for a starving person.

It was a nice place for a Valentine’s Day lunch.

Our overall experience for Valentine's weekend was very enjoyable! Our server was awesome, food was delicious, drinks were refreshing, and everything moved at a steady pace. I will definitely come back here.

Food was great, service was great I just wasn't excited about the party of 30-40 people who were in the process of leaving and there was a lot of mingling, some with no masks, loud talking, etc.

As usual the food was good. The happy hour choices are nice and good price.

Unfortunately, in our table (I think the 74) near the private room (now a storage room), it smells very bad like a very humid room without ventilation. I think it was the curtains.

Please check this issue.

Great service and food

The food was simply outstanding. Excellently prepared, wonderful texture, not over or under cooked. Simply delicious. Just please turn the heat on. Was a little cold in the restaurant.

Service was great!

Our server was so nice. I cannot remember her name but she was the sweetest thing ever. She took great care of us and made sure the experience was amazing. I love this restaurant. We arrived early and they got us seated right away. The manager came up to our table to also make sure we were having a great time. Fabulous experience, everyone should go here.

Food was delish as it always is! Just love the lasagna and bread with dipping oil.
