   Must’ve been shorthanded because the waitress never showed up again when we needed a coffee refill. I had to ask for a straw for the drink for my wife and we never got a second round of bread and we’ve been asked for that.  Left zero tip but the food was very good. We’ll go back let’s hope they fix the staffing problem.

   One of our favorite Italian restaurants! Love Bravo's yummy garlic bread and olive oil dip - this type of complimentary bread service is becoming very rare. Entrees are consistently delicious, with the Chicken Marsala being one of my husband's favorites. I opted for the house salad and the Chicken, Spinach and Bacon Flatbread appetizer as my entree, and everything was delicious. Our server, Camryn, was excellent in her attentiveness and friendliness. Only complaint - I wish I hadn't overheard the snide comment made by the bartender regarding my choice of beverage. Seemed very unprofessional... Otherwise, a wonderful Saturday afternoon lunch!

   All of the money was spent on the design of the restaurant, and that's where it ends. Bread looked like it was straight from a box, presentation was lackluster, food was mediocre at best. Should've just went to Olive Garden, at least we wouldn't have been so disappointed. Servers wearing button-up shirts with leggings, or shirts too short. Just unprofessional overall. Not impressed and won't be back.

   We had a 6:30 reservation and didn’t get our food until 8pm. They discounted our bill and offered a free desert but the desert wasn’t edible yet because it was still frozen. We just left. We will not be back.

   Took us 30 min to get seated with a reservation and many tables open. Once seated it took 20 min to get the water we had ordered right when we sat down as well as an extra 10 min to get the drinks we ordered (30 min in total) took an hour and a half to get our food and they even forgot something. Also didn’t get our bread until we asked for it when we ordered our food (an hour after we sat down) upon asking for bread our server gave us a look of displeasure. All around a horrible experience (except for the food which was good) probably never going to try to do another Mother’s Day at Bravo considering the bad experience.

   The wait during our meal was long. It took a long time for us to be able to order, get refills, etc. I do NOT blame the server, as she seemed very good. I assume more workers were needed.

    TERRIBLE service!! Waited 25 min. for drinks, served bread without napkins or silverware, food came an hour after we ordered, and then our salmon was over-cooked & had to be sent back……what a mess!!! We won’t be back for a LONG time!!

    Reservation made for 7:30 table was not ready until 8pm. Hostess said they overbook all the time with open table reservations.Ordered drinks bar took 20 minutes to make. Ordered food and 30 minutes later manager came out to say they were out of the scampi sauce so two of us had to select a different dish. We had to ask our waitress several times for items we were waiting on she kept forgetting to bring. Instead of checking on us or getting us refills she was wrapping silverware.

    Calamari was inedible but the waitress offered to switch it out for another appetizer. Lobster Bisque was great. Friends Meals - veal was very burnt Lasagna was good! Bathrooms were terrible - dirty- only one working toilet. Water on floor.

    Service was awful. The servers were rude and was getting ready to bus my own table. Not one plate or glass was ever removed from the table. There was no room for the desserts when they came and the server got angry when I requested that he re move the dirty dishes. The manager said he was sorry I felt the staff was rude. Won’t be back.

    We had a reservation for 6:00pm and had to wait a few minutes to be seated initially, the hostesses seemed very confused as to where to put us. After being seated at a table in the main dining room around 6:15, they asked us if we could move to a nearby booth. We said that would be ok, but the booth was in need of cleaning up. So why move us there? We were trying to catch a 7:15 movie next door so we opted to just move to the bar in hopes of swifter service. We ordered an appetizer and two entrées at 6:20. The dinners arrived at almost 7:00 and the appetizer came shortly after our main course food. Needless to say we boxed most of it and got out of there to catch our movie. It's a shame that this second rate service is what one can come to expect from big chain restaurants anymore, but it is what it is. Won't be going to Bravo for dinner before a movie again anytime soon!

    Everything went well, the food was great, the service was good. We just had a little bit messed up with the guest checks, but it's no big deal. We ordered the lasagna with a chopped salad, which was excellent. My father got the salmon salad and loved it. My uncle got the eggplant parmesan, and he said it was delicious as it always is. I like to sit out on the patio at the Westchester location versus sitting out on the patio at the Miamisburg location. It's probably time to get the umbrellas out. But overall, our experience was nice. We enjoyed ourselves, and it was nice to see that Jessica stayed busy with tables inside and outside. Keep up the good work.

    We had a reservation at 4:00 and got there a little early. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, which surprised us since it was Easter, and they didn't seem prepared for us. The hostess and the manager couldn't decide where to seat us, but finally made a decision. Our server was pleasant, but seemed a bit overwhelmed. They were out of the first wine that we ordered. The food was good, but not as good as we remembered from past visits. Unfortunately, when compared to Maggiano's, Bravo comes in a distant second.

    The restaurant was very crowded and I had made a reservation. My only complaint is that the reservation was accepted and then we still waited over 40 minutes. The reservation shouldn’t be accepted if there is still a wait of over 20 minutes. We had a toddler with us and a short window of time, we can’t wait 40 minutes for a table, hence the reservation for a specific time. Otherwise, once we were finally seated, the service and food were very god.

    We were seated 25 minutes after our online reservation time but the food and service was very good. Not sure why they were so late as there was 5 to 7 open tables the whole night (but the lobby was packed). Maybe the front desk people were not trained or just a shortage of staff (servers and cooks). We will assume it to be a one off experience so we will be back for the nice menu selection.

    Wow! This got more expensive very quickly recently. We have been coming to the West Chester Bravo for many years, all ocassions. However, the price of tonight's meal for the 3 of us... and we always get the same thing every time... has reached the point of no return in the future. Sorry...

    Bravos, Westchester many months ago used to have the best service and food. Yesterday, maybe the managment changed. All tables had table clothes except ours. We had a very sticky table. Ordered a salad without onions, cheese and dressing on side. It came with onions, cheese and loaded with dressing. We asked for a replacement and our server reminded us several times its coming but it never did. Service was rather poor, not like it used to be. Not sure if it was the servers fault, I blame management, but she was nice but clueless. This location is no longer one of our favorites.
