Great. Haven't been for years, but it was a marvellous breakfast. Both enjoyed our choices. Service was outstanding, and I stayed on for half an hour with another coffee to work. Will definitely be back.

Watch your bill at check-out. They charged us for our kids meal (even though Kids eat free all day, every day). And they also charged us for two cocktails (even though they had a special for a free cocktail with each main purchase).

Rather overpriced for the type of restaurant butthe service was good, wine options were good, reccomend the Chablis it was wonderful. Generally a nice time.

We knew it was expensive but felt a lot of pressure to buy more, the ambience wasn’t it. I asked for the bill and the waitress rolled her eyes at me. Kind of awkward and not worth it. Everything was ok and for the price that’s not really good enough.

This was a pre-theatre lunch for the family including daughter and granddaughter. We ordered burgers that were expensive and no better than you could get on the high street. We have been there several times in the past and really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. On this occasion it was very disappointing.

This was pretty poor. They had a reduced menu due to staff shortages. Whilst the service was solid, the food was really average. Chicken chimmichuri and the fish and chips where over cooked. The fish still had thick skin on which is really weird for battered fish. The steak was over cooked. The butter curry though was good and so where the wings. Overall, for a £45 steak and £23 fish and chips it was pretty disappointing - these aren’t hard dishes to do well. Gordon needs to get into his own kitchen and sort this one out! Very unhappy 12 & 15 yr old who wet having there first posh dinner at a Gordon Ramsey establishment. Never mind. Will treat them somewhere else next time in london

Very overpriced: you pay the premium for the location and Ramsays name but not the food. Surprisingly slow service even though it was almost empty when we went in.

It’s a nice venue but is let down by the fact the air filtration system clearly doesn’t work as it always smells like being in a kitchen which also leaves your clothes smelly afterwards too.

Visiting London for just two nights. Looked for a nice restaurant near Millennium Bridge that we could walk to. We got so excited about this find. The Beef Wellington was a real treat. Everything we had tasted to good. Just delicious. Great atmosphere and warm hospitality.

“So booking was exceptionally painful online via the direct website, doesn’t indicate which slots are fully booked, so you constantly have to select a time, see if it is available, try another time. Sometimes we got “server 505 error”. Table of 7 (4 kids and 3 adults). Overall the restaurant was spacious, comfortable and very well presented. We had ordered the cod, 2 roast chicken, 1 roast pork, curry, mac and cheese and bangers and mash. The presentation of the food was great. The quality of a lot of components were exceptional for that price range. Only complaint was the gravy with the roast chicken/pork really lack in taste, presences and was really more an odd tasting water, which was extremely disappointing. There was also a lovely Miss Ballooniverse and kids under 8 eat free (although some activity sheets and pencils would have been event better/ like at pizza express) I perhaps would have gone with around 3-4 stars if it has not been for the exceptional service we received from Rafael, who not only made us feel welcomed, was exceptionally proactive and from my perspective has revived the long lost art form host and serving customers in restaurants. One of the over and above elements of our experience that I have not even seen at Michelin star restaurants. Thus we will be more thank happy to return to restaurant and give 5 stars!! Thank you Rafael.“

When we arrived the restaurant was virtually empty alarm bells started to ring. There were three vegetarians in our party; the options they were offered was very poor with no thought given to the choices given. The veggie options were likened to poor quality 'ready meals'. At the end of the meal we asked if taxi's could be arranged and we informed that this was not possible. All in all not impressed.

The food did not live up to the expectations of Gordon Ramsey, in fact it was poorer than any average steakhouse. Overall not a great experience. I would not recommend.

An outstanding lunch for 11 of us. the Beef Wellington was absolutely fantastic and the wines a delight, great to see some high end wines. and to top it all off Gordon Ramsey came in and said hello, he also contributed free deserts to our whole table, a lovely gesture, thank you. Highly recommended, we will return.
