Understaffed. The menu was forgotten, the drinks took too long, dinner and check took too long. Not enough beers for a flight. There was a party in premises outside which is fine, but that is where the attention was. Tables were not sanitized between parties. Large group of young people at a table more interested in drinking than eating, definitely over 10 people. Tables were not 6 feet apart without partitions.

Service is quick, the new menu is great. Highly suggest the baked clams!

It was crowded and didn't feel (covid-19) safe. They had separated tables for couples and reduced spacing!

Had a great experience recently at BHB for my sisters birthday. We were seated outside in their back courtyard area. It was setup nicely with tables at a good distance apart, all the tables had umbrellas setup, very nice atmosphere. The service & the food were excellent. Most of us ordered burgers which were cooked perfectly, I had the Patch Hog burger which was delicious, others in our party ordered the Steak & Mozzarella Sandwich and the Short Rib & Cheddar panini which were also excellent. Overall great experience, we would definitely go back.

They did not honor our reservation. There were road closures in the surrounding neighborhood, so it took us longer than usual to find parking. I called the restaurant to let them know we may be late, but we were on the way. Whoever I spoke to on the phone said they had a private lot for us to park in, and there would be no problem in saving our table, in fact it was being "setup right now". We went to the private lot, and it did not look legitimate. We luckily found nearby street parking. We got to the restaurant, and I overheard the hostess tell her manager that our table was just given away to another party. I told her I literally just called, and was assured we had a table ready. She said we'd still have to wait. A half hour later, we were seated, but the table they had for us was indoors, when we specifically requested outdoors for safety concerns. We then had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to setup a table. Clearly there are communication issues with this staff. Another party was also waiting past their reservation time. I understand there is extra chaos with COVID rules, but maybe this place should eliminate reservations, it seems they cannot handle them.

Sat in the hops harden for an enjoyable al fresco meal with friends. Excellent service, really good casual food. Our waiter was attentive and accommodating. And.... Abraham is da bomb! Such a nice, friendly, attentive manager. Made for an excellent outing during these trying times . Thank you !

Great beer and good food

I was in the back dining room which was literally a big room with 6 tables in it, no ambiance and it was freezing so I was uncomfortable the whole time

It is my favorite place to go in Patchogue, and it was the first one I went to when I allowed to eat out . It never ever disappoints me

I had the short rib and cheddar panini and my husband had the shepherds pie both were delicious. The shepherds pie was huge. The waitress recommendations were spot on. If I didn't live so far away this would be a nice neighborhood staple.

The food was very good and priced great! I would recommend the steak and mozz sandwich. The new manager Is also very nice and friendly!

We sat outside at a corner table. The tables were spaced at least 8+ft apart from each other. We always enjoy the Brickhouse's food and never have any complaints.

Chose the outdoor seating option due to pandemic and they practiced proper social distancing and hygiene. Felt comfortable dining there.

Wednesday night Prime Rib is great.

Delicious food - charcuterie board is fantastic! Caprese salad is awesome - lots of heirloom tomatoes! Enjoyed the flight of beers

The garden here offers the best dining experience in Patchogue and the Coconut Salmon is delicious.

I'm have food allergies and always get nervous when I'm eating out. They had options for gf and vegan. Best part was I didn't get sick at all. I'll go back for sure 👍

Our waitress Megan was very pleasant and energetic. The food was good. I had the coconut salmon which was excellent. My hubby had the chix sandwich which he said was good, fries were ok. Dad had the fish and chips which he said was really good but again the fries were ok, he said not the best.

We celebrated a quiet birthday for my husband. They have a spacious outside seating area. The staff was very attentive. The food and beer was great.

Haven’t eaten at Brick House in a while, we usually just go for drinks. The menu has changed a bit, everything from the apps to the entrees we ordered were fantastic, can’t wait to go again.

Went for s quick bite and found the service to be very good the food was a good valve and would go again. We felt very safe eating in the dining room

Although Main Street is closed to cars this summer, the tables most of the restaurants placed on it are a bit exposed to the elements. Not so for the six or seven back-garden tables at this brewery, which are shaded, covered, and lovely to be sitting at on a nice day. The food is great, especially the shepherd's pie and Kobe meatballs, and be sure to get the summer fruit instead of fries.

Brought our dog , so sat outside, food good, beer good, service great. I'll be back

Everything was excellent. We had kids with us and we had a wonderful apps and a delicious meal. Would definitely return.

Ordered an appy that the inside was cold and not thoroughly cooked which is unusual for this place. Usually get better quality.
It was nice sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather.
Service was good, but when sitting outside they need to pay more attention to the tables. Sometimes we did not see a waitress for quite some time.

Great food, outside seating is dog friendly and tables are kept far apart meeting social distance requirements.

Even with a shorter menu, the Brickhouse is still a great place to get an excellent meal, Don't just go for the beer (which is excellent BTW). We ate in the garden in the back. The weather was great, the food was good, and we have absolutely no complaints.

As always, a meal with a friend at the BHB was a very pleasant experience. Sunshine, excellent service, wonderful food all provided in a clean and safe environment led to a great afternoon. Home again !
