   Brio was very average. The bread and pasta dish were fine, but the steaks were just okay. The side selections were very limited, only offering broccolini and asparagus, as were the pasta selections. The restaurant is looking tired and worn. The booth where we were seated was in bad shape, with huge cuts in the seat. It was relatively quiet for a Friday night at the beginning of a holiday weekend, so maybe others are having the same experiences.

   Had a great experience with the bartender, Jeff. He was friendly and definitely had a great product knowledge. Jeff recommended the best food and drink options. Really glad we sat at the bar instead of taking a table.

   I need to clarify that this review does not reflect on the servers / bar staff; I believe this was due to management not taking the time to plan correctly. We had a Mother’s Day reservation and when we arrived, the restaurant was chaos. We were told we would still have a 30- to 45- minute wait because we were a ‘large party’ (5 people!?!). We were told the restaurant had triple-booked. But they were not turning people away, the entrance was a mess, and clearly everyone working that night was overwhelmed. Maybe the experience is better for non-holiday weekends, but this was unacceptable. And I’m sure the food could have been better if the kitchen had the time to prepare properly. On a day when you want to celebrate someone special in your life, Brio’s mgt let a lot of people down. Our wait staff certainly tried to make the best of a difficult situation (the bar staff did a great job of keeping the atmosphere light), and I’m appreciative of that. I can’t really say I’d go back after that.

   They overbooked their reservations. We had to wait 40 mins beyond res. time. Many of the items we wanted were sold out. They got my order wrong. Only good part was our server, Anna. She was the epitome of grace under pressure. Disappointing Mother's Day meal.

   It's Mother's Day so it was quite busy. Kudos to the Hostess and the front crew navigating through the overly busy influx of people. Kudos to our server Anna, she worked her section like a pro giving great service. Our food was great and was delivered timely given how busy it was. Also, kudos to the kitchen crew that kept things moving. Another fine dining experience.

   We had a terrible Mother’s Day experience. They had clearly accepted too many reservations for the day, or were very understaffed. We waited almost an hour before receiving our salads, 1.5hrs for our food, which half the table said their meals were cold. Our server did the best she could. To top it off, tables sat an hour after us received their food right after us. Very disappointing all around.

   It was a very bad experience. It took over 20 minutes to get our drinks and another 20 minutes just to place our appetizer order. Our entrees were coming out the same time as our appetizers. We tried to get the pizzas that we ordered for our kids early bc they already had waited over an 1 1/2 hrs. and they were another 10 minutes after the adults food. We actually had to remove dirty dishes from the table. Will never return there.

   We booked a reservation on Mother’s Day and arrived on time. We had to wait 45 min for our table. The hostess said it was because their corporate overbooked them. The food was decent for the most part, but my pasta was cold. Had to track down the waiter for service. Definitely won’t go back there for a special occasion or holiday.

    It was Mother’s Day and they were clearly under staffed and struggling to keep up. Otherwise, Brio is one of our favorite restaurants. We’ll definitely be back.

    Our reservation was at 1:30pm. We were not sat until 2pm. It was Mother’s Day so that was too be expected. The food was good like I remembered. Only difference was the complementary bread is not as it used to be. It now just sour dough and butter.

    I think this place has been a victim of their own success. It was a very nice place to dine but has become more and more popular. It's super crowded and the wait staff really struggle to keep up. The food is good, but the experience has basically just become a more expensive version of Olive Garden. For the money, there are several much nicer Italian restaurants in the area. This is the same experience I've had the last couple times I've been there - probably won't be returning soon.

    A very mixed review. We had noon reservations on mothers day. When checked in was told they were over an hour behind. We were undecided if we were going to stay, since it was mother's day. Wasn't for sure what our options were. We sat down outside at there tables that weren't being used. The Manger came out and HE waited on us and few other tables to do his best to make it right. I believe reservation system screwed up, but he did do his best.

    The food was absolutely terrible (Mother's Day brunch menu). They triple-booked the reservations leaving many patrons gathered in the lobby waiting a long time for their table, many left before being seated. Our server was delightful though, so there is that.

    Service was terrible, took 45 min. for us to get a drink after we arrived. Apparently the server totally forgot about us. Food was not up to their usual standard as we LOVE Brio's and go there often.

    Had 6:45 reservations, got seated at 7:30. They were busy with a prom so I’ll give them that. Once seated 10 mins for waiter to approach. Ordered an old fashioned. It was definitely watered down with some carbonated beverage. Ordered an app that came out fine. When we ordered our entrees we both got a wedge salad first. 5mins later our entrees arrived and no salad. Salads came out and we were asked if we wanted our entrees under the light until we were ready. We have dined here before and have never had this experience.

    It was a nightmare from the time we began to the time we left. We started with an order of the French toast. The French toast was served totally cold, with very cold syrup, and burned bacon. Then we order the beef carpaccio, and our main meal was the Chicken limon. The server did not bring our big power patio, until she brought our main meal. Therefore we had to let our main meal sit there while we enjoyed our Beef carpaccio appetizer. We had asked for very light dusting on the chicken limon, because the last time it had a very heavy egg coating. This time was exactly the same, even though we had asked for a VERY light better. It tasted like we had chicken inside of scrambled eggs. It was absolutely horrible, at least they took it off the bill. The past couple times has not been so great, I think this was the straw that broke the camel's back. Do not think we will be going back again. There are too many really good places to go in other areas.

    Slow service. I ordered the shrimp and lobster fettuccine. Lobster was rubbery and the Alfredo/cream sauce was almost cold by the time it came out. I had to ask for Parmesan cheese 3 different times before I was able to add that to my plate My friend ordered salmon and the bones were left in. She pulled several out! And the mashed potatoes were very dry Wine was delicious!

    I love Brio. I hate this particular Brio. The last 3 times we've gone have been disappointing at best. Our dish arrived stone cold and incorrectly made. The bread which we had asked multiple servers for, finally arrived as I was signing the check. This visit takes the cake.

    I'll start by saying I'm vegetarian so I knew my choices would be limited. I got the chopped salad which I had been craving for a while. Wasn't bad, but not great. I used to eat meat so if you go, I'd recommend it for sure, but not vegetarian friendly.

    5 of us here for a convention. Food was good. Service was good. Some noisy kids in our room made it a little annoying, but that’s not the restaurants fault.

    We had not been in awhile. Food was pretty bad...almost inedible. Chicken Marsala was dry; Chicken Limone was soggy; spaghetti bolognese was gross. Service was slow and the restaurant was not very full.

    Our service was not good. Our server brought us a beverage with a hair in the glass. We also ordered a Peach Mimosa and received an Orange Juice Mimosa. I personally returned the drink to the bar and asked the bartender for the correct item. The bartender corrected the drink in a timely manner. Our server checked back 10 minutes later to see if we needed any refills. We informed her that we had a drink with a hair in the glass. She brought a new beverage but did not remove the one with the hair. Eventually we were able to place our food order. I had to ask the server several times for drink refills and additional bread. I inquired about our food order 30 minutes after she took the order. She responded that they were busy and orders were taking longer than normal. I understood and asked if she could bring out the soup and salads we had ordered while we were waiting for the entrees. She returned 15 minutes later with the soup and salads. After an additional 25 minutes she returned with the entrees, however, she did not remove any of the empty glasses or dirty plates. Our total time from order till the meal was delivered was one hour and 10 minutes. Our server did a very poor job of communicating our order to the kitchen. I am convinced she forgot to enter the order into the computer until I asked her for the soups and salads. We have had good experiences at this restaurant before, however, this was not enjoyable.

    Very good! Food was great and came out quickly. I ordered the Grilled Salmon Fresca. Would recommended substituting the sweet pities for fingerling potatoes.

    Superb, as always. Pasta prepared with subtle flavorings. My wife's steak prepared to perfection. Even the wedge salad was remarkable -- just right in every way.

    I made reservations for Sunday brunch for six of us. The hostess said since she was the only person there, she was the hostess, server, and bartender. She then handed us lunch menus. When I told her we had reservations for brunch at 11 o’clock, she said only one of the cooks showed up and they were not serving brunch. We then got up and left. We won’t be back.

    From the moment we walked in was not a great experience. Should have known them and walked out. Kids meals were given with no crayons, server took at least 5 min to greet us. After that she was so slow to do anything. We had to repeat our orders twice. Husband had the risotto and it was the worst thing ever. Risotto not cooked, scallops under and awful. I had the chicken malanese and it had no flavor to it at all. Only good food was the boys’ pizza. And for $100 you expect a lot more. Will never be back.
