Poached eggs were overcooked. Service was ok. Hostess was not friendly.
Wonderful experience. Food was delicious.
They just can’t get out of their own way!
Soup came out with the entree. Pasta sat so long it was separated by the time I got it!
Very disappointed in the attention to stated food allergies. Both in our reservation, and when we arrived and ordered at the restaurant, we explicitly stated my wife’s severe food allergies. We were assured that the chefs could prepare the dish requested. Unfortunately when the food came out (45 minutes later) it was loaded with items my wife is allergic to. Then when we said we couldn’t wait another 45 minutes for food; they thought it was acceptable to charge us for a side order of carrots (which was the only thing on my wife’s plate she could eat). We used to love this place, but the service, attention to detail, and food quality has really gone downhill in the past year.
Great food at reasonable prices. The service was fast and efficient.
Wine is over priced. They took good care of us.
Our waiter was very efficient and very pleasant. He came back to our table many times to see if we needed anything. The food was delicious and came out fairly quickly. I would definitely dine here again.
It was very crowded and noisy but we were seated quickly. Glad we had reservations! Service was slow and not very attentive. Food was good but expensive for typical food. Lemon cheesecake was outstanding though. Left waiting a ling time before we got the check.
We had been at that restaurant several times before, and made the reservation for Valentines Day. Usually the food and service was very good. What a disappointment, that day we had ordered a Valentines special dinner which was a steak and lobster. It was horrible I could not even finish my dinner and sent it back.
Awful experience and wouldn’t suggest going to this restaurant. We waited 36 minutes for our food to come out on Valentine’s Day with a 5:45 reservation. I know, it was Valentine’s Day which would be a GREAT excuse if it was busy. It wasn’t busy at this time, plenty of open tables around. I was a server for 6 years, I know how Valentine’s day can be, especially falling on a Friday. We watched tables around us who were sat after us receive (and complete) their meals before we had even gotten ours. The server didn’t mention the salad didn’t come with the entree and come to find out a quite small (which should be considered a side salad if it isn’t already) salad ended up costing $8! That’s absurd for the size. Overall bad experience!
Delicious as always
We had a very small baby shower brunch for 5 people. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful. They allowed us to decorate the table and bring in our own cake. The food was fantastic and reasonably priced. Impressed and I will definitely be back!
Fair food nice waitress
Great food and atmosphere. Service was outstanding.
Excellent service. We were there for an early dinner on Saturday. Our server Kim was very helpful and our meal was simply perfect. We'll be back, wonderful dining experience. $$-$$$
We don’t have this all the time, but today everything came out too fast. I really felt rushed.
We overall enjoyed our experience , our food took a while to come out but our waitress did apologize that the kitchen was behind. Three people in our party got the same dish and all three portions were different and kinda small for pasta dish as a main course
Brio is a nice place to eat. Unfortunately, it is always something with this place. Have been on multiple "special" occasions and it is just disappointing every time. Our last dinner on Saturday was a overall good, waitress was pleasant and always kept everything refilled. The food was sub par and cold after waiting over an hour and the restaurant didn't seem too busy (for a Saturday). $8 bucks for a side salad? Wow! Paid $40 bucks for a cold meal and small wilted salad only to get sick all day Sunday. For what you get I don't personally think Brio is worth it. Won't be back any time soon.
Love the food and atmosphere! Amazing menu. We will be back!!! Thank you!!!
A bit pricey overall, but we had a very nice bottle of wine that was priced well. I had the trout special and it was very good. Our server was fantastic, a very nice young man. I also had a Brio old fashion and it was terrific. This is our go to place when seeing a movie at Partridge Creek Mall.
The meal we had, and the Service, were outstanding this visit.
Thank you ever so much.
Service was little delayed to start but understandable since it was New Year's Eve night. Always feel Brio is a bit overpriced ($86.00 for two with tip - no alcohol).
New Year’s Eve
Normally the food here is exceptional but not today. Food was under cooked, soup bowl was only half full, etc. very disappointing.
Our waitress was exceptional! She was very friendly and knowledgeable she made recommendations we ordered the stuffed chicken parm. She informed us that that particular fish took a little longer to cook. When we hot our food neither me or my husband liked the spaghetti that accompanied our meal we told our waitress and she very promptly got us something else. She really made our evening very special
We’ve always liked/loved BRIO. Today, our food was terrible, 5 dinners and they were all bland but over powering with TONS of oregano/Italian seasoning. My dad ate all of his once it was covered in cheese. talked to the manager and he said “well looks like you ate it all” (1 out of 5 dishes) when we complained about the fettuccine Alfredo, the manager blamed it on “outsourcing” 5 adults, 5 glasses of wine plus 2 jack and cokes , 5 full priced dinners, 4 that we didn’t finish and nothing from manager. Very disappointing except “well looks like you ate it all” The food was so bad, I felt bad for the waiter. Sad.
Service was excellent. The food came fairly quickly and was delicious as usual. We will be returning in the future.
Had dinner there on Christmas Eve. Our waitress Shelby was excellent and very attentive. I had the salmon and my wife ordered the filet minion. Both were absolutely superb. Definitely would recommend the BRIO for any occasion. Actually before moving down south we had our daughter in law’s bridal shower there 5 years ago and they did a fantastic job for that too!
The $6 house salad was like something out of a plastic bag from Kroger. The $7 kids pasta literally had 20 pieces of rigatoni in it. That was it. I even asked if that was a full kids entree and they said it was. Adult entrees were decent.
The service and cleanliness of this BRIO seems to be on a steady decline. It used to be a really engaged bar staff; friendly, treated you as a guest, and were on top of clearing glasses and being attentive. Now, lots of dirty glasses laying around and the staff seems more interested in each other than the clients/guests. Food remains good.
The restaurant was very crowded which made the tables to close together to accommodate the extra patrons increasing the noise level.
Men ordered spaghetti and meatballs - very disappointed in quality and taste of meatballs. Didn’t like mozzarella in pasta
Drive 45 minutes from Canada to visit this restaurant. Awesome experience as always
Date with spouse
Our waiteress didn't check in on us the entire time we were seated. Our food entrees all came out at different times. The bill was incorrect once we did receive it. The manger spoke with us, but never offer to make anything right. We have been there several times and won't be back!
My friends as I chose Brio because we haven't seen one another for a year so didn't want a noisy restaurant. we were very pleased to not be rushed and we were able to have a decent conversation. Wait staff was very attentive and when my friend didn't like her drink, it was immediately addressed. My salmon salad was delicious and I even enjoyed it for lunch the next day. Everyone complimented on their meal.
Food was not fresh and it is extremely overpriced for what you get. Service was decent. I’d much rather enjoy Da Francesco or Maggiano’s
We always like the experience at Bravo/Brio. Feels more upscale than the prices suggest!
Has a very nice atmosphere. It used to be my favorite place to eat, but they have changed their menu and I really don't care for the selection. The food is still good, but the selection not so much.
The food was subpar for the price, I ordered shrimps and lobster fettuccine for $30, and it was like warm and the shrimp was way over cooked. The portions were small as well.
