This was exactly want I needed to escape from reality and refresh for a couple hours with my girlfriends. As you walk in through the front curtains, you immediately feel transported to an English tea house far away from the loud, busy Brooklyn life. The spacious front room has the perfect ambiance and is impeccably decorated with antique furniture and silverware, as is the covered “outdoor” space in the back, warmed with the overhead heaters. Even the simple act of choosing from the mishmash of fine China placed at our table to go with your big pot of tea and delicious scone, sandwiches, and pastries served on the classic three tray stand had my friends and I giddy like little girls playing tea time with our dolls. I will definitely be going back again soon.

This was an amazing High Tea experience.

I have never seen a place quite like it. It is a Gem hidden in Brooklyn and worth every penny! The owner is super sweet . It is a family run, small business as the owner and her daughter both work to make your experience as rich as possible.

There is also a beautiful outdoor section that can be utilized all year round. The vibe is amazing and the vintage shop three doors down is also owned by the same woman. It is also one of the nicest vintage stores I have ever been inside of.

You can see the pieces used in the tea room as well as in the Vintage Shop are hand picked very carefully to foster the ambiance she so closely aspires to emulate.

Great selection of teas. Delicious sandwiches, purple coleslaw, and scones. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful afternoon here with a friend. We’ll do it again!

Honestly it’s the cutest little place. Perfect outdoor seating with heaters. The food was tiny and delicious but I felt very full afterwards. Would definitely go back.

Brooklyn High Low is, hands down, my favorite new spot in the neighborhood. From the moment you walk into the space and are greeted with the cozy vintage decor to the minute your afternoon tea snacks are placed on the table, the entire experience is one of relaxation and indulgence. I've been three times in the last 3 weeks, and it is my mission to bring as many friends as possible and spread the word about the magical time one can have here!

This place is so charming! The owner really went out of her way to make my daughter’s first afternoon tea a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back!
