   Was a great experience overall. When I go again I would skip the fries and do Onion rings instead. The burger I got was great but the fries weren't very warm and were kinda hard but I'm going to chop that up to me just not loving the style of them rather than any lowering of quality rating in my review. Tried a family members onion rings that came out at the same time and they were very large, hot and great taste Service was great even though they were really busy. Overall a great experience.    Service at bar was terrible. Bartender was nasty and slow and MIA most of the evening. Fries were all tiny pieces - the bottom of the bag that shouldn't have been served. Hub got sick from the cod sandwich he ordered. The burger I had was falling apart and almost inedible by the time it was delivered to me.

   The gluten free burger was great! The buns don't fall apart and the flavors were well matched. My friend's french fries were cold and his milkshake wasn't very good.

   Once again it was too cold to enjoy a dinner inside the restaurant. The air conditioner is turned too cold for enjoyment. Numerous guests sitting indoors were wearing a jackets and coats. We waited to a table outdoors since it was a warm enough day to sit outside. We ordered 2 salads and they came out wrong so we just asked for the missing items to be brought out to us. The salads were sparse with items and my grilled chicken was tough and luke warm. For some reason if you don’t ask for FRESH GRILLED chicken you get a piece of day old chicken that’s been warmed over. It was terrible. Since management is incapable of maintaining a comfortable indoor dining atmosphere we may be only going back for a burger out in the patio. Again, maybe! Last summer the air conditioning temperature was an issue as well. You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to see people are cold! Do better.

   Service was very good. I ordered the Burger Snack well done. The burger was not smashed and it was medium. The bottom part of the bun next to the burger was mushy… it seemed like they let a frozen precooked patty thaw out on the bun. Won’t go back.

    Grace our server was authentically exceptional, taking care of every need & seemingly arriving to our table right when we needed something.     Burgers were great and cooked to perfection. The ambience is appealing and welcoming. Prices were good for the portions and overall was a great experience. Service was the only thing that made the review a 4. The server was not engaged and literally looked inconvenienced so maybe was just a one off or simply not having a good day.

    Waitress was friendly, professional, served our food correctly. The food was great. We got the charcuterie board, chicken tenders and chicken sandwich. The onion rings and French fries were so good! Everything was hot. The portions were big. We all had to take some home. I would recommend this restaurant.

    My husband and I went there on a Saturday around 515 and it was surprisingly not that busy. I ordered the patty melt with slaw and a cocktail my husband had a black and bleu type burger. Everything was quite delicious and the service was great! Needless to say its now my favorite go to burger restaurant.

    My wife myself each had a sandwich. Her bison burger was delicious as well as my Bru burger. First time of eating there everything was delicious. Good fast service. Nice rest rooms. We will be back!

    Delicious food. We recommend the pulled pork nachos for appetizer. My husband loves the Mexicali burger. I enjoyed the snack burger. We shared an order of onion rings. Their homemade ketchup is THE BEST! Service was quick and our waitress Sidney was super friendly. We will be back soon!

    Food was great, exactly as we ordered. But this restaurant is TOO COLD for comfort! We always bring a sweatshirt even in the summer. It send a bad signal when the hostess greets you and she is wearing a parka in July! Great food but the dining experience is not comfortable.

    This is the third time I have reviewed Bru Burger. The first time was very good but the last time in June of this year was very poor due to service issues. My wife and I decided to give it another try last evening with a group of family including two that have never been there. The food was very good as it has always been. This time the service was also very good. The young lady was very prompt, polite and attentive but never over bearing. I am glad we gave it another try and we will definitely be back.

    Food was good. Service was not. Food did not arrive timely and eventually were told the waitress dropped it all. She offered us drinks which we accepted and the were charged for them. No manager came around. Then the bill showed two meals each and one comped for the meals dropped. We have been going there for years since it opened. This experience is the worst restaurant experience I can remember in my 40+ years of dining out. Apparently the mishap did not matter to anyone there.

    We are frequent customers and our service last night was the absolute worst we have ever experienced. 30 minutes for a salad is ridiculous. Our server just disappeared for 15-20 minutes at a time and when she returned she was very rude and just unfriendly. Hey everyone has a bad day but WOW she’s in the wrong business for her personality. It was so bad another couple sat down and it took them 20 minutes to get a beer. Then the server disappeared. They wanted to order food but walked out very angry. Just a bad experience.

    They were short staffed like most restaurants these days. I don’t fault them for that. Our waitress was nice when she was able to check on us. The salad with salmon and the fish sandwich were good, but the burgers were not very good. Surprising considering they are a burger restaurant. They tasted off… with a lot of condiments oozing off. We had the onion rings for an appetizer and they were very crunchy and overcooked.
