Service was poor, ordered garlic bread, but was served mozzarella bread. Waitress apologized that the incorrect item was made, but didn’t remove it from our bill nor did she make an effort to correct the item. You had to ask for refills on water and food was served room temperature.

We had a group of 31 that walked in along with another group of 30 as well as a group of 40. They handled themselves with grace and never once made us feel they were overwhelmed when any restaurant would have been. Our servers were great and had a wonderful attitude with our kids. The experience was wonderful for the group. We highly recommend this location for others.

The restaurant was old outdated. Numerous pictures on the walls that were just collecting dust and some of them were inappropriate. The restaurant look like it was not touched for at least 20 to 30 years. The food was served poorly and tasted mediocre. We ordered a pizza which had a terrible crust and tomato sauce was straight out of the can. I would not use this place for any celebrations but only if you are really hungry.

I love the restaurant it totally looks like a slice of Italy. The food was incredible with what may seem like high prices but when you see the serving size you’ll disagree. Great food for a great price. We will definitely return for our Italian food needs. Great job at the restaurant decoration and set up, it looked awesome.

The food was outstanding and our waiter Richard (Rick) was probably the best waiter I have ever encountered. He new the menu, explained how Buca family dinners work and made us feel like we were long lost friends. It was a great experience.

We are repeat customers because we love the food and service. We generally stick to ordering the same thing each time, because we love our choices. Our go-tos are the apple-gorgonzola salad, the lasagne, and the brownie sundae. Yummy! If you get triggered by photos of buxomy women in low cut blouses, I suggest you find somewhere else to dine.

Not too sure we are coming back - we have gone here for years, but the restaurant was very dirty; I had to go find our own plates to get clean ones (I requested replacements that never came). The floor was covered in bread crumbs and other food, and overall it just appeared that no one was focused on cleaning. I basically bussed our own table as well - we had to take our own used dishes to the bussing station and other trash to avoid the table being too cluttered. We also had to ask many times over for things like drink refills, etc. The food - not much to say - it seemed reheated from being cooked days before, overcooked and just disappointing overall. It's too bad - we have always likely Buca - this was not what we expected.

We had a reservation and got right in and our waitress was right there to take out order. All down hill after that, our main course came out in a descent amount of time, but the garlic bread came out almost at the end of our meal, our waitress really didn’t pay much attention to us and the our main dish was a noodle and sausage dish, but hardly any sausage. Pretty disappointed as my wife had been wanting to try it and it didn’t turn out well. We always take in account how busy they are and give them the benefit of the doubt, but they just weren’t very busy and there really wasn’t an excuse for the food or bad service

I ordered their standard go to dish, spaghetti and meatballs. The dish was so bland, dull, unappealing I decided to just talk with guest. The wine list subpar. Bottom line, you get what you pay for.

Very little food for the money menu says it will feed three but it was just 3 small pieces of chicken any sides or bread is an additional cost and the 3 pieces of chicken would have left us so very hungry

The food was just okay.However, the room we were assigned to was freezing and had cold air blowing out of the vents. The floor was dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Management needs to focus on the basics and provide a clean and comfortable environment. We won’t go there again.

It was a great small New Years Eve gathering to celebrate. Management did well checking in and our server was really great! Food was pretty good, not exactly worth the money knowing how much a plate of pasta cost to make, but the atmosphere and friends make it worth it!
