Meh. I’ve always enjoyed Buca but today was not nearly as good as usual. Service was so-so. Food was slightly better than so-so.

We had a pleasant mid-afternoon lunch, in an uncrowded environment. Eric was a great server, and the food was filling... the lunch menu items had plenty of food.

Nick was an exceptional server! Our food was delicious. Servings were large (even the small portion). The Pasta a la Vodka was amazing and the Gorgonzola salad was fresh and tasty.

Sunday evening meal was quiet as there were not many people dining out during this Covid season. Birthday celebration with a party of 4 immediate family. Very well attended to by our server. Almost too attentive, however rather that than the alternative. Meal prep was excellent and in abundance. Enjoyed a dining room to ourselves.

I assumed the portions were family size..........My girlfriend and I shared The following:
Small Chicken Limone. $34, 3 small chicken breast portions, not a full size breast in the serving, it wouldn’t feed two adults. Small Apple Gorgonzola Salad, $24, enough for four adults. A small side of Broccoli, $15, enough for four adults. A lunch portion of Linguini with Alfredo sauce, $11, enough for two. No drinks, just water.....the bill with tax $91.00. I was totally taken by surprise. It was NOT worth it.....many other great restaurants for about the same price.....MANY MORE

We came 10 mins early and we were sitter right away, the restaurant appears to be busy, due to social distancing there are tables that are empty. The serve took our order promptly after 10 mins. Food servings are huge (small are good for 2-3 people). Food was great. All in all I recommend this place especially if you are more than a party of 2. Highly recommend.

Buca was not busy, presumably due to the pandemic. Clinton was our server. He was very pleasant, attentive and professional. Clinton met and exceeded all of our expectations. We are regulars at Buca and food seemed better than usual. Unfortunately, they served grated cheese and crushed red pepper in little paper/foil packs, but I suppose that is safer.

It was too cold in the restaurant. We repeatedly asked for the temperature to be turned up, to no avail. We ultimately left because we couldn’t eat. Shivering while eating is not a good combination. Food was just meh. The alfredo had no flavor. We paid $200 including a tip for mediocre food and cold atmosphere.

We were celebrating Father’s Day. We all enjoyed dining at Buca. It was my husband’s first visit and he wants to return soon.

Our server was amazing, attentive without hovering. I liked knowing someone wasnt going to sit in the booth behind me and either have a kid jumping around or constantly slamming their back against the back rest (thereby knocking me too). It was mostly quiet so we could enjoy our conversation AND the music without having to yell. It was refreshing. I realize once Covid and social distancing is over it will be crazy again but I’ll enjoy quiet date nights until then

Our waiter was excellent. We had chicken parmigiana and fettuccini. The chicken parmigiana was excellent but the fettuccini was watery and tasteless. I am Italian from New York and thought the atmosphere and decor were awesome, very Italian :)
Food was great, as always. Limited menu, but still plenty of options including vegan and gluten free. Dawn our waitress was amazing and made sure everyone was happy, fixed an error in our order and was very friendly while adhering to the new guidelines.

As you can imagine, we were very eager to eat out. My wife was apprehensive but I couldn’t wait. They couldn’t have made the experience any better. The food and service was outstanding.

Service was disappointing considering we were a group in a restaurant that had hardly anyone in it. He could have done more to elevate the experience. Further, we waited a good bit before a server even acknowledged us. But he was quick to make sure we got that bill!
