One of our family traditions for celebrations and birthdays. Food is always amazing. Service was great and they did a great job with guidelines. Calamari and bruschetta for apps.

We’ve been going here over 12+ years it’s classic. The waiter was very nice. Social distancing was nicely organized. Only complaint is garlic slices are no longer on the garlic bread. Please put it back. I hate when gems change they’re taste. Other than that it was awesome to go and support during these difficult times for businesses.

Food was good. We enjoyed ourselves. We've been there before but this time was a surprise.
We had a $50 Gift Card and a $25 off Coupon.
2 small dinners shared by 4 people. 1 small salad. 4 ice teas/cokes. No alcohol.
Nothing special. No desserts.
With $75 off, we still had to pay $55 plus tip. It was a bit too pricey if you ask me for Spaghetti with two meatballs and Mostaccioli with shrimp.
Might have to think twice before returning to Buca di Beppo.

Felt very rushed through the meal, not sure what the rush was...we had an early Sunday dinner reservation. We were there for a birthday celebration, not sure why they ask when you are seated because they didn’t sing to our guest celebrating a birthday, but they did for another table by us. Had a birthday board when you walked in but our guest’s name wasn’t on there...could have asked for the name when they called to confirm the reservation. Food was very good.

We were there for lunch, fairly early, right at 1:00PM. Out server forgot every single thing we asked for and had to be reminded 2-3 times for the minor things we asked for. Our appetizer was not hot and when they brought the new one out, it was given to another table close by. We had asked for extra sauce when our food arrived which we never received. Then when we asked to have it to go, the server advised that she had been advised to charge for it. Entrees were good, but all else left much to be desired.

Our server had no knowledge of the menu. Asked about a few entree and the answer was “I dont know”. The food was good, the service wasn’t great.

First time dining and we plan on returning. Food was excellent and staff were great. Went on Valentine’s Day and they were trying there best to get the overbooked crowd seating as fast as they could.

Everything was ok except waiting 45 minutes past our reservation time to be seated in a crowded lobby.
Caveat: this was a Valentines dinner at 7pm. Reservation was made but they were running 30 min behind. We were able to sit at the bar and have some wine so no big deal, although there were empty tables in the restaurant. I suspect they were understaffed as was also evident on the 10min+ wait time to get a second glass of wine during the dinner service. The Chicken Parm was really good and came with 3 large pieces, enough for 3 hungry people. The mushroom risoto was really good too but could have fed 6. Needless to say we had leftovers! The canoli's were also really fresh and tasty!

Sitting in the many back rooms is much preferred over front bar.
A great appetizer Bruschetta well presented in an enormous martini glass.
Sunday dinner $12.00 a person great deal with garlic bread and salad.

There is nothing special about this place any longer. We will not be returning. Food is not as good as it was a few years ago. Very overpriced for mediocre food.

We came here with a group reservation for 6 with some of us returning for the Buca experience at around 6pm. It was incredibly loud and seemed like we were seated in the section with a ton of families with loud children. Granted, we were going to dinner at 6pm but the area was cramped and we had to shout across the table to each other to talk. We started off with delicious calamari and spinach artichoke dip and waited about 45 minutes until our entrees came out (way too long in our opinion). All the food was pretty good and the portions were huge, so we got 3 person dishes to split amongst the 5 of us. The chicken parm, stuffed shells, and salmon were okay but didn’t stand out to us out of all the other Italian cuisine we’ve had. It took another 30 minutes to flag our waiter down to receive our check. In total, we spend 2.5 hours to have dinner for 6 with 2 appetizers and 3 entrees. I may come back again with a smaller party next time but unfortunately, it won’t be at the top of my list.

Apple Gorgonzola salad was great, but salmon Sorrento tasted previously frozen. Service was great, overall, final bill seemed a bit high for what was served. 1 small salad, 1 small meal, 3 drinks = over $100! Ouch....

We always go to Bucca they have large pasta bowls and great meatballs. Sangria is also very good

The waitstaff here mostly have attitude and the manager has no personality whatsoever. Though the food has been good, it seems like they've been raising prices like crazy. And unfortunately, the serving size is becoming less as well.

When i made reservation they told me regular menu well it wasnt ... we ordered apps and didnt receive salad till we got out main entree and when entree’s arrived they looked like they’d been sitting in window awhile not real hot and coagulated ... Server never asked about drink refills had to hunt her down ... first time here not sure we’ll be back
