Accepted our reservation, however, we stood in line at the door for over 30 min behind 4 other parties before a hostess appeared. She sat 2 parties and then disappeared again. 15 min later we walked deciding never to waste time at that location again. - MY

Terrible service. Waited about 5 min for someone to talk to us at the greeter stand. There were about 5 customers in the whole restaurant and every employee walked by and ignored us and two other parties. We figured if it is this bad already plus the terrible reviews and fact that it’s the only restaurant in the area not busy it’s time to leave.. I’d stay away - OT

This was a disaster. We showed up for our reservation only to be mocked by the hostess because “they don’t accept reservations and they don’t work with open table.” Will never go to that location again. Will not trust open table when making out of town reservations since clearly they did not have a partnership with this restaurant. - XN

When we arrived the hostess/manager said she had never heard of OpenTable and didn’t know why people kept coming in saying they had a reservation since they don’t take reservations / and to top it off they stopped seating guests and would not seat us at all. We had to scramble and try to find another restaurant - everything was booked with it being parent’s weekend. - VM

Despite having reservations prior to arriving for family weekend at Purdue, Buffalo Wild Wings was unable to accommodate us at our reservation time due to a shortage of employees. Maybe this was beyond their control, but the hostess and manager refused to put our name at the too if the wait list above the customers walking in. It did us no good to have a reservation with Open Table. We eventually were seated and our waitress was a sweetheart but the manager was rude and threatened to shut down the restaurant when talking down to us. Maybe get some ideas from Chik Fila, they seem to know how to run a business and treat customers. - LR

I made a reservation on Open Table and when I showed up at the restaurant there were people waiting to be seated even though half the tables in the restaurant were empty. Apparently the restaurant was so short staffed they had to turn people away. - SN

Reservation didn't work even though it said confirmation and had to wait. Host was gone for over 15 minutes. Food was very cold and took unusually long to get to our table. Terrible seating. Will likely not visit again. They do not know what they are doing. The server did a decent job however and that was the only highlight. - TR

Today I asked for the restaurant's best server and was very pleased with Jasmine. She put in the extra effort and was very speedy by BDub's standards these days. Unfortunately, they were out of cheese curds and ranch dressing, which pretty much ruined my Sunday (my family is pretty serious about both of those items). These things happen but combined with the other issues this location has been having, it would cause me concern if I were responsible for this store. Still, we keep coming back. So...? - JW

This location has been struggling for some time with employee retention and maintaining an adequate service level. Food is good, but it can take over an hour and typically requires a few trips to correct and fulfill an order. Perhaps cut the TV budget in half and invest in some more/better workers? Now vs 15 years ago: Prices have doubled, amount of sauce on wings has dropped >50%. Not a great value these days. Now being served on metal trays that we have to share around the table instead of paper boats--not very convenient. This location seems to be consistently understaffed during peak hours. - MC
