Buffalo Wild Wings - North Haven
Although it took a while to be seated )the restaurant could not find our reservation) once we were seated our server was extremely pleasant and explained the specials and menu to us.
The beer selection and wing selection was quite good though I must say the sauces were better than the spice rubs were on the wings.
We tried the boneless wings this time since they were on special but would try the banana ones next time.
The restaurant was not very clean and the hosts didnt seem like they wanted to be there or be of assistance however our server, Paul, was amazing. He answered questions that we had on food options in detail and was very attentive during our meal.
Upon arrival the rude hostess said they don’t take reservations. Good thing the place wasn’t very busy. The bathrooms were disgusting and the floors in the entire place were slippery. Not wet slippery, but like a soap film. Our server was great! Very personable and gave us constant updates. Food was ok. Nothing special.
All in all, a poor experience.
Don’t bother making a reservation through open table. They won’t honor the reservation.
Really bad food, and I am generally not that picky.
Buffalo Wild Wings does not actual take reservations, even though I was able to make reservations via Open Table, and, on the door, there is a sticker saying they accept Open Table. The receptionist/host was rude about. She was unwilling to join two tables together even though there were easily 15 tables of four open. We squeezed into a booth which worked out fine. The food was good and server friendly and helpful.
