   This was our first time - took my very picky 17 year old who wanted to try something new. She was impressed (not easy to do) and wants to go back. I love it - everything from the ginger beer to the falafel and baklava. You can get $10 plates to try several things at once. We drove all the way from KY to check it out - totally worth it. Don't skip the baklava with the sip of tea they give you at the end - I'm still dreaming about it.

   Great experience from seating to payment. Big enough space to not seem cramped, but still small enough to feel intimate. Mother's day lunch was fantastic. Food and drinks served promptly, and wait staff remained attentive and helpful for a few first time diners. Can't say enough about the food quality, seasoning, and temperature. 10/10! This Hyde Park gem is highly recommend to all in Cincinnati

   Spent Mother’s Day here eating outside on the patio. Everything was amazing and the drinks were great with less sugar, feels great eating and knowing the food is healthy and well thought out in regards to portions plating etc. Kristen was an amazing server too. So attentive to our needs. Will be back very soon!

    Absolutely perfect, start to incredible finish. Wine service and selection is excellent and presentation is well practiced and skillful. Food selection covers all tastes and dietary needs.     Excellent neighborhood Middle Eastern restaurant. The food was delicious. We especially enjoyed the grape leaves. The lamb kebab and chicken kebab were both excellent. The humus was very creamy and delicious. Service was very good. And the price very reasonable. Not sure you can find a pour of Wellers' bourbon for $13 at any other restaurant in the city,

    We made our first visit to Cafe Mediterranean a year ago. And, it has become a favorite for our whole family. The food is delicious (we especially love the appetizers and the Swordfish kebabs). The owner, Fahri, goes out of his way to make you feel special every meal and is always willing to offer suggestions for what to eat and drink. We have now dined at Cafe Mediterrean a half dozens times, and we are constantly looking for the next excuse to make the trip across town.

    A lot of good with this place. The wine was very good, as was the service and the appetizers were also very good. I felt the entrees were "skimpy" and not the best value although they were tasty

    My wife and I went on Valentine's Day. The restaurant was packed. We ordered the calamari appetizer. The calamari came out hot and with an excellent crust. Unfortunately the aioli was completely lacking any flavor and was a complete disappointment. My wife had the shrimp saute and it was very good and piping hot upon arrival at the table. I ordered the lamb shish kabob. The lamb was cooked as requested to medium rare and was quite good. The vegetables on my plate arrived cool. Also the half of red pepper was not cored or deseeded. I found this odd. The desert of custard w/chocolate was excellent.

    The food is delicious. Our favorite dish is the lamb sauté. Their babaganoush is some of the best I’ve had. Great wine selections that pair well with the food. The owner is extremely accommodating and friendly. The service was a bit off to nigh due to the crowds because of the holiday, I think…Valentine’s Day. However that won’t keep us from keeping Cafe Mediterranean in regular rotation.
