   It is a lovely place in the Royal Wharf - the owners are really friendly and very welcoming. The staff is polite and smiling. The food was absolutely delicious and we had a wonderful time.

   Burns Night was great fun. Cyrus just loves to get people together. Great food as always and the whisky was flowing. A fantastic evening for an excellent price.

   First time at the new Cafe Spice Namaste since the move from E1. Only regret that it took me year to get there since opening. Cyrus Todiwala's food, with the support of his team, is better than ever. Small plates of variation and innovation from across the sub-continent. Perfect subtle spices, crisp and moist dosa, creamy aromatic makhani daal. Not a better chef of Indian food in London. Well worth the visit.

   We had a great time last night. The food was delicious with the different kinds of samosas!! Service was so attentive!! The music was lovely and we all had a sing along!

   Not your usual British Indian restaurant. Some tapas style plates, some ‘full meals’. Really high quality food and excellent service. Not cheap but really good value considering what you get

   This is not your normal Indian restaurant. The food is excellent and varied. Small plates that do satisfy. I am not a huge foodie but the flavours were delicious. We had dessert as well which is unusual for us. Very reasonable prices as well considering the quality of the food and service. We have booked again for the summer months as the outlook is worth seeing in daylight

    A superb restaurant, outstanding food, offering authentic dishes, and fusion across many of the worlds cuisines. We attended a special supper known as Khaadraas, held monthly, highly recommended. Chef Cyrus was in the kitchen, and together with his wife welcomed all the dinners across the evening. Chef Cyrus shared stories about the origin of each of the dishes served, giving some special hints and tips. Just a great evening. Already booked for our return.

    Food tapas style with each dish uniquely flavoured. Not your normal meat/veg in a tomato or other creamy sauce. Front of house very welcoming and makes you feel you are attending a private dinner party. No rush for the bill. We selected 2 small and 2 large plates, with a dessert, and was happy with quantity. Ambiance was quiet, but hopefully number of diners will pick up.

    Love it. We read previous reviews and believe the quality of the the food far out weighs portion size. My wife and I for her birthday came from Spain to celebrate, and we ordered the taster menu, WOW we just about got through them. Pervin was so attentive the mature staff were faultless and full of experience. Our only disappointment was after watching Cyrus so many times on TV we didn't get to meet him. We would of loved a photo for my wifes birthday as a memory 👍🏻

    Not exactly on the beaten track anymore, but that shouldn't put you off. Amazing food and hospitality. The tasting menu is a fusion of Indian spicing and world food (French, American, Chinese) if you want innovative Indian, then stick with the main menu. It is tapas style, so you can try a bit of everything. It is also outstanding value for money given the quality of the ingredients and the standard of cooking.

    We have wanted to visit Cafe Spice for a while and we were not disappointed. Lovely food and Cyrus, Previn and their team are very attentive and can’t do enough to make your evening go smoothly. Even lent me a pair is glasses to help read the menu. Can’t recommend enough. Lovely and hope to return soon. Thanks guys.

    Had a wonderful evening they had a live jazz band playing and we had table right beside them they were marvellous. Food was a set menu which was very nice but slightly small portions but still very enjoyable. Only criticism would be that it was cold in the restaurant more heating was needed but apart from that 5stars

    As always we were looked after beautifully by everyone at Cafe Spice and the quality of the dishes we chose were at their normal high standard ,nicely spiced and flavourful…the Masala Fish in particular. I cannot speak highly enough for the whole team .

    My son and I had been before and had a fabulous meal. My son chose it as the place for me to meet his new partner. It was as good as previously. We had the tasting menu. A menu of fantastic tastes and textures. The service is charming and efficient. We were surprised how long we stayed which is a sign how much we enjoyed ourselves. I think it’s pretty good value for the quality of the food and the experience. The restaurant is off the beaten track but very well worth the trip. We’ll be back.

    The food really seems to have gone downhill since the move to Docklands. And the portions have shrunk. the new venue also lacks the cosy ambience of the old one. Staff were super-friendly, but despite the half-empty restaurant service was glacial.

    I went with a party of 6 and had an amazing time. Everyone was so warm and friendly! And they even prepared a cake and sparkler for my grandmother’s birthday. Wonderful time.

    Delicious food that was different from the other Indian restaurants in the area. The small plates were very unusual and were appetising, We ate at lunch time when it was almost empty so the service was very good but there wasn't much atmosphere
