Our beautiful branch of Caffe Concerto is situated right in the heart of London's Piccadilly by Green Park Station. Offering breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner as well as patisserie and wedding and celebration cakes. We are also delighted to say that we cater for vegan, as well as vegetarian, Halal and gluten free diners. And should you be looking for Sunday brunch or lunch, we're happy to say we're open over the weekend.
Plates were cold, chicken burger was too dry for 1 of my guest and the truffle gnocchi was very strong and over powering. Better off just going for sweet food and not savoury

We were sat for a long time before they came to take our order and when they did, they brought the food and drinks in the wrong order. The scones arrived about 10 mins before the tea did.

I booked for my niece’s birthday. We really enjoyed our afternoon tea at cafe concerto, was very busy time so we had to ask a few times to get a bottle of water otherwise didn’t have any problem. We had plenty of lovely food and time. We had a lovely time there, will go back again.

Didn't seem to be expecting us but found a table. 20 minutes wait to be served had to ask. 45 minutes wait for a sandwich and omelette. Had to chase then food appeared. Only 1 chef apparently but they didn't say at the start. Food was good luckily.

This is a really busy place so helps to book. The food is good, if a bit on the pricy side, but they give good size portions. The meals are ready put together though, so it's not possible to have an item removed or replaced, which is unfortunate if you dislike or have an allergy. The cakes are gorgeous!
The staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. I definitely recommend it as its so central too.

A useful informal place to meet pre theatre or coffee and cake. Risotto and pasta dishes were good. Service was haphazard with one very nice young woman apologising for a forgotten drink. Some prices are very high - over £4 for a cup of tea! So not the place to stop for quick drink but good meeting place.

Our table wasn’t reserved even though I had made a reservation. We’re we’re given a table though but there were lots of midges flying around and it was very hard to relax. The manager noticed us all swatting and we were moved when another table became available. The toilets were dirty, smelly and the bins overflowing

I received a Buy a Gift voucher for afternoon tea so as we were attending an event in Haymarket I booked a table as an extra treat.
It was busy so I didn’t mind the fact that we had to wait a little while to be acknowledged and taken to a table. Once seated the server was very pleasant and I explained I had a voucher and he was very nice and explained the choices of teas/coffee we could choose.
The afternoon tea was very nice - no complaints.
Upon looking around from our table it was clear that this cafe needs a deep clean. Everything was noticeably grubby. The one thing that spoilt the experience was some kind of flying insects. They weren’t actual flies, I don’t know what they were but there were everywhere! All over the walls and flying into our food. It was disgusting and my Daughter spent the whole time waving her hands around to get them away from her. We didn’t stay for too long. Such a shame. I won’t be returning to this branch.

Tourist trap with terrible food.
We went to the Knightsbridge location two weeks ago and cannot fault it.
The bruschetta starter was anemic, tasteless and poor.
My son had the breaded chicken and it was sparsely coated with the breadcrumbs that it was dry and tough around the edges.
My carbonara was meant to be made with pancetta but it was bacon and a very small portion.

Arrived and they had no record of my booking. Seemed put out that they had to accommodate us. Table right in open doors with people sat smoking right in our face. Asked to move and told no.
Service was slow and sloppy.
Given all this and how much everything cost we will not be going there again.

This must be worst dining experience ever. The service was poor. Both slow and orders getting delivered wrong.
