Terrible hosting at the front. Long wait times and they don't consider the reservation order.
Lovely place, good food, great service. The food is customizable to one's needs as well. That provides vegetarians a lot of options too
They don’t honor reservations made on open table. Not sure why it’s an available option for this location at Garden State Plaza.

Everything was fantastic about our experience except that while they offer open table seating they DO NOT HONOR OPEN TABLE RESERVATIONS. You might as well use the call ahead feature they have instead.
Very upset they processed my cc for 20.00 more then the correct amount and I am awaiting my refund. We ou li d n ok t reccomend to any one at this point
Such a great idea to be able to add your name to a wait list before arriving, especially at such a busy place. It makes the evening go much smoother!
I've been eating at California Pizza Kitchen for years. I have never ever been disappointed.
The waiter we had on Tuesday was so kind and accomidating.
It's our favorite place! We celebrated our daughter's birthday and she pick it CPK because the food and service are awesome!
It was my daughters birthday and rainbow the waitress made her day with an awesome birthday song.
A simple mojito and margarita tasted horrible, we couldn’t even attempt to finish them. In addition we booked through opentable and yet we were put on the list like a regular walk up customer, didn’t see the point in making a reservation if they weren’t going to honor it.
Don’t know if I will be visiting again.

I love coming here! I usually come here on most Sundays, but I sometimes like to come here on weekdays too. The food there is delish! I love the pizza and the other foods they have too! Service was great! Didn't have a single problem! I'd totally recommend this place if you want pizza!
Lunch with soft drinks for 2 kids and 2 adults was over $70 before tip, but this is one of our favorite spots at a very large mall. The gluten-free food is prepared and handled safely and it's well worth eating here any time for us! The new cauliflower crust is better than any other I've tried & my 10 year old likes it, too!

Can’t say anything bad about the food it was great!.. but the service!!!! TERRIBLE. We booked a reservation for 8:15 got there at 8.. the hostess told me it would be another half hour. We wound up waiting for over an hour. When we finally said something she was beyond rude as well as her co worker telling us they don’t participate in open table and don’t know what we’re speaking about. Had to show her my phone to prove we had a reservation and goes I don’t know what to tell u..totally understand you have to wait sometimes but the quality of service was terrible at the front. We had 2 little kids with us under 3 years of age crying for hunger.. finally the manager came to assist and she was sweet. Rushed us in to try and make our dining more pleasant but unfortunately we will not be back. And for anyone booking a reservation on open table for California pizza kitchen it’s a waste of time because they say they are not apart of it.
