Still a great venue for families

Great service and lovely family atmosphere for Christmas.

Had a lovely family meal . But the noise was a bit 2 much with partys going on but to be expected at Christmas time . Not very dissiblty friendly. Food was great and the service was excellent. Tuck a bit long to take order and for food to come but I think because it is busy time of the year . Overall we where happy

The food was just terrible! My caesar salad had no caesar dressing like hello ?? the chicken and croutons were soaked in oil just inedible , my husbands mushroom burger came sat in a pool of gravy the bun was soaked it was just terrible , I didn't complain as my son was with me (his pizza was fine) and I didn't want to embarrass him and the server was actually a bit embarrassed too so I didnt want to make a fuss but seriously you need to get rid of your chef !

The only negative about our experience was that we signed up for the Kid's Club which offers you a free kid's meal on their birthday, but we never received the voucher. The reason for the trip to the restaurant was to celebrate our son's birthday. Thankfully we explained this to the host when we arrived and she gave us the meal for free.
Otherwise everything was great, the food was served in a timely manner and service was excellent, very attentive.

We come here all of the time but we haven’t been since January due to the lockdown, and it certainly filled a void! Food was beautiful and all of the staff just seemed in such good spirits! The only thing I will mention is that the raspberry coolie that accompanies the mozzarella sticks has changed, which is a pitty, as it was very sour and was the same coolie that accompanied my cheesecake. Suited the dessert but not the starter. But other than that, we cannot wait to come back again soon over Xmas!

Great service and the best Chicken burger. We couldn't get a table else where and we were pleasantly surprised.

Very efficient, friendly staff and the food came out quickly and was decent.

Kids burger was undercooked and I was told that even if my child had eaten it that it would be ok as it was very high grade meat. Not a dining experience I would repeat.

Overall food was good and service was outstanding. Childs portions are a bit too big, having too much food on a plate can be off-putting for a small child and also a waste of food. They should consider doing smaller portions for todlers.

Toilets were a bit dirty and there was no soap which is problematic in normal situations but even worse during the current pandemic.

Lovely meal and so happy to be out dining again in my sons favourite restaurant. Food fab and staff very friendly

Lovely meal and it brought back memories of years gone by. I first went to Captain America’s over 30 years ago. Still as good as ever.
Only issue was ketchup came in the glass bottle. I would have thought in these Covid times it should be individual sachets
