Excellent as always and a nice treat before tier 3.

Very lovely ambience, lovely decor.. very attentive staff.. they were nice enough to accomadate 3 kids as well😅😅 they never complained with the noise my kids were making😁😁. Will visit them again for sure..

Disappointing and sadly not as good as I remembered! Food seemed basic, lacking flavour and reheated. The juice wasn't fresh, the vegan breakfast was like plane food and the pancakes were missing the sauce. The staff were helpful but the overall experience was not great and won't be going back.

Good food, good service. However, unhappy about compliance with Covid restrictions.

I asked for a table outside, and was told it was enclosed and heated. I did not expect it to be so tightly enclosed - roof and sides in plastic with no openings or ventilation except from the entrance area. There was no air movement which, surely, is the purpose of being outdoors.
The tables were crammed tight together, so it was impossible to be socially distant.
Frankly, it was safer indoors where there were hardly any people. Will not be visiting Carluccios again until better covid measures are taken.

I had both morning coffee and lunch with just one guest for coffee - nice window table and quick service
Lunch was was for four and in a quiet corner at the back which ensured discrete discussion
Food was excellent good value and quick service but no pressure to vacate the tablet

We had a very enjoyable lunch, the service was very friendly and the food was good.
We had the house white wine which was excellent value.

All good, the staff, the service, the wine, the coffee, the food, the atmosphere. Absolutely WONDERFUL in Richmond. We had an absolutely wonderful time 110% coming back ASAP!

We had the best time and the food was absolutely delicious! I’m definitely coming here again because the service was impeccable and the staff when they came up to us were always smiling

Nice evening on the heated patio! Because the restaurant was in tier 2, the external patio was fully booked. The patio heaters were not bad, and we didn't get too cold. The quality of the food was good, even if on the pricey side. I would recommend.

Totally is what it says on the tin. Great value fayre in a very pleasant setting and really attentive service. The restaurant made a lovely gesture with a birthday dessert. The kids love this restaurant. We’ll be back.

Friendly attentive staff, reassuring adherence to safety regulations, deliciously fresh food and cosy, chilled decor. The vegan brunch is a winner!

Very pleasant light lunch sitting outside. We appreciated the distance between tables and good service

I had booked a standard table but as the weather was good I asked to move outside. This was easily accommodated and a drink was offered whilst I waited for colleagues.
The service was Both friendly and conscientious

We had brunch outside as it was a lovely day. It IS on the main road in Richmond but the noise was dealable with! Carluccio's seemed very organised from the Covid point of view and we had delicious eggs florentines and coffee. The staff were very friendly and it was a good experience.

Additional measures all in place but not obtrusive & made it possible to have a relaxed and enjoyable evening. Good food & great service

We sat just inside the open door which was great as we were in the fresh air without being in direct sunlight!!

Your forks make eating spaghetti very difficult. Difficult to rotate fork as shaft very thin. Not a joke. Cabonara very good. CB
