Loved this place. Will be returning! The server was very kind.
Very nice restaurant, high quality ingredients, friendly staff. It is not authentic Mexican food, but given that real Mexican food is hard to come by in the Richmond area, this is a very good alternative.
Service was horrible. Contactless or not, I shouldn't have to beg for a refill! Portions were very small compared to prices, which were a bit extravagant. I mean, $4 for a tiny piece of street corn (which is better at Chili's). Food was mediocre. Nothing to write home about. But the restaurant is stylish and the food was served quickly. Don't think I'd go back though.
The service was very quick! I put my order and in less than 10 minutes my food was in front of me!

The food was unique, hot, and very good although it was sneaky expensive. With the Covid policies, it wasn’t a great experience. There was a 20% auto gratuity, which I don’t mind, but in this instance the servers are literally only bringing food and drinks over to the table. With every order on your phone you had to put in your payment information each time, which was every drink also. I was very disappointed they didn’t take Apple Pay. With two older ladies in our party, they struggled with the ordering and reordering online and our meals were almost 20 minutes apart coming out, which led to a less than desirable dinner. Servers and Bartenders were fast and the restaurant is lovely.
While I understand new processes and procedures have been put in place due to COVID, the online ordering process is horrible. For ease of use, it would be nice to add a feature that enables the customer to keep their tab open, from start to finish, as opposed to having to place another order and run another credit card transaction. I also believe this completely hands off experience reduces the server’s need to interact with your guests. After the food came out, no one checked back with us to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything else.
Service was deplorable - AGAIN! This is a DINE IN establishment but customers are treated like DRIVE THRU patrons. The included 20% service fee and tip shouldn't preclude getting even meager service.
Hello, We adopted contactless mobile service to encourage social distancing and participate in best practices listed in the state reopening guidelines. You should still be getting checked on, but you are correct that it allows for more distance by design. I apologize that the new system is not working for you. The service fee lets us guarantee a professional wage to our team regardless of which section or shift they work. But it is up to us to earn it. Sorry that didn't happen for your meal.
Pretty place, great vibes, and pleasantly surprised by the quality of the drinks and service. The environment and atmosphere is amazing and definitely not the typical Mexican restaurant. They have great Happy Hour deals and $2 tacos on Tuesdays. Ordering is very seamless and all mobile. Ordered two drinks: Blackberry Basil Margarita and Blood Orange Whiskey Sour. Good drinks and specials, definitely worth going for a friends’ get together or a family dinner.
Food was fair, waiter was great . But did not like the automatic add of 20% gratuity onto our bill.. at least they told us. We had to order and pay for our food and drinks prior thru their website. Biggest beef was being forced to pay a gratuity on service we had not even had yet. Won’t be returning.
Online menu that was difficult to use. Had to ask for beverage refills. Required to pay 20% gratuity for service that was may worth 10%.

Not the best value right now with a limited menu. We didn’t like the forced 20% grat on everything, not to mention you do all the work navigating the menu from your phone. They had two servers on that did what they were supposed to do, but the was nothing great about the visit. Limited wine, steep prices on food and so so outdoor seating. I might go back when their dining room opens up, might.....

This restaurant is way too expensive for what you get and while I appreciate the distancing, ordering and paying for each thing separately is tedious.
Server was very polite. He explained exactly how everything worked.
I had a really great server, the food was amazing and I got a birthday dessert. Let me not forget the bartender made my drink really great. I will be returning soon I always have a great time when I come keep up the good work.
Super disappointed in the menu change....specifically the tacos. Staff is wonderful as always.

Margarita was great, but food was only ok.
Additionally, there are “servers” to physically bring your food, but you need to order everything (even water and drink refills) and pay via your phone due to Covid. This means you need to pace your meal yourself (if you order apps and dinner at once, it’s all coming at the same time). A 20% tip is included- I don’t mind tipping well due to Covid, but don’t enjoy being forced into it (especially when service is only mediocre and food is expensive for the portion size and quality).
The ambiance was terrific. It was different navigating ordering during COVID so we ended up with double the food we thought we ordered but it was great for lunch the next day. The pork belly tacos were our favorites!!
Everything must be done online. Ordering ect. My husband did not have his phone and the waitress couldnt help us. WORST THING EVER. We left without ordering. I come to enjoy dinner, not spend the evening on my phone trying to figure out how to order. Will not return.
I liked the idea of the pay as you go through your phone. I had 8 in my party and it was very easy and fast. Order your food, drinks and add the tip. No rush to leave and our section captain was amazing.
While I like the concept of no contact ordering and payment, I don't like the fact that you have little to no contact with the staff. No one came by to check that our meals were okay and when we had a question, we had to hunt someone down. The food was very good.
In as much as the server explained things, I was taken back by the service charge not to mention the lack of interaction with the staff. I understand wanting to make sure the staff is taken care of but this was the first time we had been here and I thought that it was overpriced for what we received. My margarita was like pure alcohol and I ordered a blackberry margarita so it was not too potent... this was a fail. Ordering through the QR code seems to be the norm but requiring payment prior to food being delivered is ludicrous
I used to love eating here and would come often especially for Happy Hour! The app is over the top. A friend of mine that joined had a horrible day which included her phone being ruined. She also doesn’t use credit cards at the moment. Those 2 things mean she couldn’t order food. Another friend added what she wanted to our order but it’s just ridiculous. Also having the 20% automatic gratuity for service is ridiculous when there is no service. Yes they physically brought our food to the table but that’s it, no words were even said. It also took way longer than it should to receive our drinks especially with the fact that there were probably 10 people max inside the restaurant. Maybe think of having digital menus but having your staff actually do more than set our food at the table so their gratuity feels worth it. Also, since when did Happy Hour end before 6? I won’t be back until the process has changed.

Crazy bad. How is a Mexican restaurant out of chicken and jalapeños. 25 minutes to get drink and chips. Hour and half to get fajitas. The auto tip of 20% made it even better. Laughably bad
I would prefer to have an actual waitress or waiter. You have to do touch less ordering which is not smooth & they are including a 20% surcharge for serving staff. They are also suggesting a tip. I don't mind the surcharge & tip, if I am actually being waited on, but you are not. We had to flag down wait staff for refills, etc. It cost me @$75 for guacamole & chips plus 2 orders of the mixed 3 tacos. The two of us had one side plus a soft drink.
We will go back but after Covid is over & they are not doing touch less. The food was good!
Food and drinks all good except traditional lime margarita was just meh. I was looking forward to that so disappointing. Shrimp fajitas and sweet plantains were delicious!
Recently visited this restaurant with the new COVID restrictions put in place. Loved how you could scan the QR code on the table and order/pay from there, or you could work with your server to do this.
Food was excellent and the service was fantastic. Would definitely go back here again.
Awful service and so slow and not even crowded ! This location is only one where we did not get great service by wait staff and by food being prompt and it wasn’t even crowded.

Food quality has gone down hill. They have swapped out suppliers/ingredients for the worst. Steak used to be great, now is tough and fatty. Chips with salsa taste stale.

We had trouble from the start with the QR code system (which I've used at other restaurants with no issue) - certain items at the bar (that we could see) did not appear as options to order. Our server made special accommodations for us in order to get us taken care of with what we wanted to order. Overall good experience!
