We take our inspiration from the world around us. From Casper and a simpler time when American craftsmanship insured quality, and most foods were fresh, and grown locally. At Casper Fry we’ve crafted each detail with thought and care. Designing a restaurant, and a menu that is reflective of the classic foods of comfort, which invoke nostalgia, yet inspire us to reinvent. We’re taking a modern approach in recreating authentic Southern dishes, relying on the beautiful foods of our region. We feel strongly about reinvesting in our local economy, supporting our local farmers and ranchers, and contributing to a sustainable environment. Lovin' the new chef at Casper Fry. Authentic Southern food prepared with lots of pride. At the top of our favorites. Bravo, Chef Mike!

Wife and I needed a night out together. We love Casper Fry, so grabbed a well aged Zin and headed there ( corkage just $10). Menu has been redone since last visit, but "low country shrimp and grits " the signature dish is still there and wife had it and loved it. A new item, "meatloaf with demiglaze" was my choice. This is one amazingly delicious meatloaf and served with brocolini and potatoe mash. This will be something I order again. As always great friendly and attentive service.

They were having some issues with my open table reservation, but it was cleared up quickly and we were seated. The service and food were terrific. My wife and I are still talking about the food and recommended it to other. Looking forward to going back again.....like next weekend. lol.

This place is awesome! The food was delicious and comforting. It definitely has a southern and American style menu. Sweet and spicy shrimp and Mac not cheese were amazing. Fun, cool vibe. Good for dates as well as larger groups.

Enjoyed the service and atmosphere very much. Southern food with a cuisine twist. Perfect portion size and excellent flavors. Pork belly wasn't our favorite but the Shrimp and Grits were phenomenal. Excellent experience overall.

Threw my niece's college graduation lunch here. It was a super big disappointment from not getting seated for about ten minutes, even though the restaurant was not full to waiting over an hour for our food. I thought that since the wait for the food was tremendous that surely the food would make up for it. The food was the worst part of the whole experience. Almost every single member in our group complained about the food. Six of us ordered the brisket and grits. The brisket was barely edible, as it was way over cooked and full of gristle. The frittata was bland. The only dish that was worth me thing was the shrimp po boy. I didn't want to make a big deal out of this whole experience because we were celebrating my niece's graduation, and I didn't want this experience to overshadow her celebration. I would not recommend this restaurant at all.

The menu is fresh, local, and very tasty. The cocktails are strong and have unique flavors. If we were passing through Spokane again we would definitely stop here for lunch.
