Very nice service.

I had a hamburger as did my daughter. A bit mystified why Champps wouldn’t bring a higher quality beef patty to the game. Everything else about the hamburger was great. Wonderful bun and garnish, just a very average patty. However, the onion rings were tremendous!! Good and relaxing experience overall.

Staff is what makes this place great. Bartender was very friendly and did a great job.
Like the hightop tables by the windows to sit and watch it snow!

No printed menus. You must use a smartphone to access the menu

A great spot to meet my kids when traveling to the cities. We have had the same waitress on two consecutive Visits, s vernal weeks apart. She not only remembered us from our first visit but delivered awesome service, polite, welcoming and very attentive to our needs. My only regret is that I didn’t get her name!

Server was slow. There were down 1 server from someone call in sick. But there were plenty of times when our server was out of sight. I was a server before and making up the time by checking back often makes you better tips.

No waiting, good food, good service.

Excellent safety precautions shown by all staff members. I look forward to returning on a warmer day to enjoy the patio.

Service was extremely slow. 1/2 hr after we sat down we were asked what we wanted for lunch. We were served a French dip, salad, soup and chili 60 minutes after we were seated.

We are regulars here and the service & food is always great! One of the best outdoor patio areas around! Our server, Alex, was wonderful!

We waited around 5 min before a host would come to us. Then another 10 min to get a table. 15 min after been seating without menus or drinks or any waitress coming to us we left the restaurant.

Ate outside, very nice and had a great server.
Our server had to come from inside to cover because no one claimed our table originally.
So it took a bit, but once we got a server, she was great! Thank you

Went to hear a band play on the patio and have dinner. They were under staffed but servers did the best they could given the circumstances. Patio seating was lovely. Band was great. Food tasted good but made later that evening I got VERY sick! It must have been my burger because the other people in my party ordered other food and did not get sick.

The service was terrible and the food was equally as bad.

Great service. Nice lunch on patio. Music was a little loud but overall experience good.

They had good social distancing in the restaurant, I didn’t see them using spray to wipe down the tables just a rag and there was no social distancing at the bar in the patio or inside both were packed. It will be a while before we go back here again.

They didn't put in our appetizer order. It was eventually served after our dinner.

It was great having live music outside. The one problem with our visit was the service. It took 20 minutes to get a drink which came at about the same time as our food. And at the 45 minute mark our server came with our bill when we wanted another drink. It just felt like we were being rushed after waiting for so long to get served anything.

The reservation was not honored. We were told that they couldn’t “shut off” the outdoor seating option. When asked why they didn’t call and alert us that we our reservation would not be honored, they were “too busy.” If we had known, we would have been able get another reservation elsewhere. The manager was horrible. She had no answers. How about “we’re so sorry, please have a drink at the bar on us” or something! She was awful. We will NOT return.

Open table reservation did nothing for us as They put us on a waiting list when we got there.

Fish was good. Sirloin steak was awful

Very short- staffed - very little effort at adhering to Covid 19 requirements - tables were not sanitized, staff wearing masks with noses not covered. Our server gave as good of service as she could given the circumstances. Really poor management - general lack of concern for customer - won't be back.

Please change your hours on open table. We had a reservation for 1015 and the door said you opened at 10 but the employees said you didn’t open until 11. We had to find a new place to eat. Thanks.

Great patio seating and awesome live music. Very good service and attention to social distancing.

You have one of the best outdoor patios in the area.

This was our first outing since the COVID-19 crisis began. We were extremely nervous to go out, but Champps is taking health and safety very seriously. Hand sanitizer was readily available upon entering the building, all employees wore masks and gloves, and parties were seated well over 10 ft. apart. The servers were extremely friendly and attentive, and the food was piping hot. It was a great experience!

They were ready! Sanitized everyone that came in. I felt safe.

Not enough staff. Server was overworked. We waited 45 min to be sat and we had a reservation. Drinks were good but our meal was luke warm. It may have been sitting under heat lamps for awhile and server was too busy to run it out. It took a long time after we ordered to eat. Others sat after us and had their food before us.

Horrible experience. Understaffed - 40 minutes for a drink. Covid19 restrictions not being followed as staff wearing face masks under chin(!) and not sanitizing tables between guests. Do you think wiping crumbs off half the table with a cocktail napkin is all that’s needed? Don’t go here!

Terrible service. 30 minutes for our first drinks. Overdone chicken both made incorrectly came before drinks!

It was great to be back at a restaurant after so very long. The service was good and the place was clean any my fish and chips was good as always.

So nice to sit on the patio and have dinner with a couple friends! Very clean and safe. Fabulous.

Simply said “they didn’t care”... we took our 3 kids for dinner, and luckily our 4 and 8 year old were able to get warm food. My meal came at the same time and was ice cold. We told the server to take mine and cancel the rest, which he said “you didn’t get the other food yet?”. My wife and 18mo old received meals AFTER the other two finished theirs and we had cancelled the remaining. No offer to cover our bill, except what we had not received. We paid the over priced bill, and spoke to the manager, who only could offer an excuse for a kitchen staffing issue. We watched numerous tables receive the same type of service.

Looking for a time machine back to the 1990’s??? Then Champps is your ticket! Service was very slow and food was mediocre and prices were pretty high for the quality. Probably what we should expected for Eden Prairie suburbs in a strip mall next to a Dollar Store.

The live music on Wed 1/22 was horrible AND too loud. It gave me a headache. I would have left, but couldn't because I didn't drive there.
