十勝牛カルビがちぎれて、焼いたら小さくなって、値段の割に残念でした…
イチボは美味しかったです。

肉が冷凍のまま出されて美味しくない。

雰囲気はいいと思います。焼き物セットを注文しましたが、運ばれてきたものは一品不足していたので、指摘して持ってきてもらいました。焼き網は中心が盛り上がった形状で、アルミ皿に入った具材などは滑り落ちてしまい、とても焼きにくかったです。価格はリゾートプライスで高めです。トリビュートポートフォリオホテル滞在以外なら、あえて行く必要はないと思います。

What a wonderful experience! We went as 6 adults and 4 children ages 8-15 and everyone loved it. However, my 15 year old boy left hungry. If we were willing to spend more than $30 for his meal he would have left satisfied but he has a bottomless pit for food these days. :) The food is a bit pricey but it was worth it for the cool experience.

キロロホテに泊まりながら海鮮、お肉とガッツリ食べられます。
お酒の種類も豊富ですが、総じて高いです。
サービス料のほかにテーブルチャージも取られ、食事以外の料金がかかります。

Repeated here several time now and love the seafood. Everything is wonderful but it’s a lil bit hard to get the staff when we want to order something.

Below average quality of meat on above average price. Not worth to try.

Open table reservation didn’t work and restaurant couldn’t see our reservation. Portions are small, speacially seafood. Not value for money

コスパ的にはとてもよかったです。ただ2人だったので席がよくなかった。ビールを頼んだのですがすぐに出てきたのはよかったけれども、それから頼んだものがなかなか出てこずつまみなしで半分以上は飲んでしまいました。

５年ほど前から毎年行ってますが年々料理が悪くて残念です。予約も取りにくい割に肉料理も悪いし魚介はもっと残念でしたねー💦

Meat quality and taste just average.

3人で早めに予約入れたのに、入り口近くの狭い2人席に3人で座らされた。2人席というより1人席くらいのスペース。注文した料理を置くスペースもない。言ってサイドテーブルをもってきてくれたが、これが単なる丸いパイプ椅子・・・。最低だと思います。料理を楽しむどころか、場所を確保しながら、肉を焼いて両手ふさがるし、最低、最悪。2度と予約したくないし、仮に開いてても気分悪いからもう入りたくない。正月早々気分悪い。普通2人席ですがよろしいでしょうか？とか確認すると思いまうすが、それもなし。これまでで最低のお店です。

元旦の夕食で利用しました。宿泊していたので、ホテル内でなんとか食事をしたくて、30日の夜に予約。すでにほとんどの時間帯いっぱいでした。
我が家は子どもが魚介を食べないので、炭火焼肉という感じでしたが、とても美味しく、3人にもかかわらず2人前のセットで十分でした。
他の方の口コミにもありましたが、ホテル内のレストランなら、こちらが1番コスパも良いかと思いました。

Probably one of the better food options in Kiroro itself. Also the only option for bbq in the area. Beef quality was quite decent but was quite disappointed with the seafood.

Seafood is not fresh. Meat is below average . But overall price is expensive compared with similar restaurants in anywhere in Hokkaido.

Good to make reservations before you go as the restaurant is not big. Food was great. Kids meal and standard set menus were value for money. Enjoyed it

近所にお店が少ないなかでは、まずまずの味でした。もう一度行くかと聞かれたら行きます。ラム肉がもう少し柔らかかったらとは思います。

まず最初に、ホテル敷地内なので、勿論街中の店とはお値段は違います。
その点不満を持たれるような方は車で街に出られた方が良いかと思います。
子供と二人連れなので、アラカルトで食べたいものを頼みました。どちらも満足いくレベルで十分に楽しめました。
ほっけが皆さん美味しいと書かれてたので頼みましたが、二人では大きすぎて食べきれず、出来れば半身があると良いなと思いました。味はとても良かったです。
野菜もりに＋料金で塩辛付け、じゃがバター塩辛を久しぶりにいただけました♪
何より店員の皆さんが明るくて感じが良いです。
キロロに訪れた際にはまた利用したいと思います。

キロロのレストランの中では一番のお薦めです。
１人前の量が多くて、小学生の息子と２人で１人前のセットと単品少しで十分おなかが一杯になり、比較的良心的値段で食べることができました。

他の口コミの通り、キロロでリゾート価格の中でもコストパフォーマンスがまともです。

他のレストランのコスパが悪すぎるのでまともに感じます。街中だとまず流行らないでしょう。

The waiters took away too early/fast our plates, we didn’t have any plate to put the grilled snow crabe...

Too smoky- even the staff acknowledged that the vents don’t actually work. Quality of the meat went down from last year. Maybe the seafood is better but we went there for meat!

Mediocre food with poor selection of meats. Whole scallop had sand in it. Time limited to 90 minutes but my party wasn't informed. Air ventilation is atrocious, and all clothes smell of charcoal. Service is mediocre at best, and continued to ask us to speed up process while telling us to not cool too much due to smoke.

キロロの中でここだけはSPGの経営ではないようで、その他の数々のコスパの良くない店と比べると内容と価格のバランスは取れていると思います。決して特別美味しいわけではなく、街中であればあまり流行っていない居酒屋というところですが、メニューを見て上手に注文すれば、まあ大きな不満はありません。

Nice food but very bad ventilation system. Cummulate a lot of smoke & oil in the restaurant from BBQ. All our clothes & bags are become smelly after the dinning from there.

That’s very very smoky and food are so so. Please do not wear anything you gotta wear day after, because the smell will stay for a week.

It's all drab inside...cold, no smiles on the waiting service...and worst of all, the exhaust is'nt working, something that's unthinkable in Japan. The whole restaurant was full of grilled smoke, no conscious change of grills even though it's blackened. We left with all smelling grilled meat. Sake selection was "either this or that"

Like all restaurants at a 5 star hotel, Yanshu is not particularly cheap. Having said that, though, the quality of the food was very good. If you like high end ‘yaki niku’ This is a place to go. I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone.
