Charlie Palmer Steak Las Vegas
Steak was a bit over cooked, tried to trick me into a $9 bottle of water, berry/cream desert was mediocre. Mushrooms were delicious. Just not worth the money
Steaks were average at best. Wine list very pricey.
Our Latino sommelier went above and nbeyond !!!
My out of town guest was very impressed. The “Cut of the Week” was perfect for both of us.
I love coming here to get the cut of the week. The service especially by Tommy the bartender is always excellent. The food was great and I just enjoy the experience here.
The restaurant deserves its $$$$ rating, ala carte pricing is usually that way. But it also deserves 5 stars. That wasn't a surprise, I've been here before and will come back. I would say for me its only for special nights.

I have been here four times. With small groups and large. The staff is agile and can handle it all. Amazing service. Delicious food. Worth the price.
We had filet minon ,they were cooked just right ,they had no problem doing a medium rare plus ,and it came out between medium and medium rare.
We had scallop potato as a side and ,the side car drink was great .
It was nice and they had a piano as well.

For some reason I was thinking this restaurant was up high above Mandalay Bay! Actually the restaurant is one floor below ! It is not a bright open space it is a rather lower light steak restaurant. Very good attentive service. We ordered a bttl of wine with the sommelier’s recommendation which was quite nice. The fries that come with each order were crisp and delicious! The lobster fried rice JD a nice amount of lobster! My filet mignon was perfectly medium cooked!

Loved my experience, the restaurant is nestled in the Four Seasons resort and hotel without a casino. It was a great place to retreat too amidst sin city. Service was great, my waiter recommended the bone in rib eye in medium, it was cooked perfectly. The spicy broccolini was delicious. The lighting was ambient and overall the space was welcoming.
Host staff and bartender were PHENOMENAL. Excellent service in both areas. Unfortunately our server was not on par, we saw him 4 times throughout our time-to take our order, deliver our wine, check on us after dinner, and deliver the check. Steaks were overcooked and extremely under seasoned. Lobster was OK, again not seasoned well. Potatoes au gratin - the potatoes were tender, but zero seasoning. Felt like we used all the salt and pepper on the table. For what we paid, it was just not worth it. And unfortunately, our server was not very attentive for us to even discuss the issues with. Hopefully, as it was a Thursday night, it was just an off night for the kitchen. But we won’t be coming back to try again.
There were eight of us and we all enjoyed the dining experience. Food and service was great. Enjoyed the live entertainment, however, it was a bit loud and we had a hard time hearing each other.
My favorite meal I’ve had in the past 6 months!! Delicious and the ambiance was fantastic. We will be back.
We always make sure to go to Charlie Palmer’s when in Vegas, there truly is no better deal! Get the cut of the week, always delicious with fantastic sides.
Our group of 8 had a marvelous time. Great food, excellent wait staff, and incredible ambiance. We will be back for a return visit.
Excellent as usual. My only "but" was the Bernaise sauce I ordered with my filet mignon. Somehow it was just "off".....didn't taste like it should. But I substituted Worchester sauce instead and everything was fine.

Best filet mignon I've ever had. Dessert was truly excellent also. I did not care for the appetizer options though.

We ordered 8 oz. Of wagyu beef expecting melt in your mouth tenderness. Instead we got a tough, New York strip style steak that was lean, tough, and chewy. What a disappointment.
On the plus side, two of the guests really enjoyed their branzinis.
Beautiful atmosphere and wonderful service with the absolute best short rib I’ve ever had.
Very noisy. Food was good served very quickly. Wine options were not discussed nor was dessert. Got us in and out very fast. Service was below expectations. With all the options in Vegas I would go somewhere else for the money spent.
Great place to enjoy a great meal without the busy strip crowd. Wonderful food and service!

We flew out to Vegas to celebrate my 50th birthday. On the recommendation of a friend, we made reservations at Charlie Palmer. It was perfect from beginning to end. There wasn’t a single thing we thought could be improved upon. From the food to the ambiance through to the service, we were so well taken care of. They surprised me with champagne and a slice of exquisite chocolate birthday cake. We ordered from the the cut of the week menu and the food was incredible. I don’t think we’ve had a more perfectly prepared filet. Our wine glasses were never empty. And the crème brûlée .... oh! my goodness. I consider myself a crème brûlée connoisseur and Charlie Palmer did not disappoint. The sugar topping was perfect as were the beautiful vanilla flecks in the custard. We highly recommend; it was the best part of our trip. We would gladly come back.
