Our "Table Specialist," as I like to call the good ones, was Jason and we loved him. He was professional, knowledgeable and just very patient.

Amazing views and top notch service. Food was delicious and good size portion for value. Expect to spend some money but well worth it for a special occasion! Request window seat upon arrival and can get a drink at the bar while waiting.

For such an incredible and utterly priceless spot, the restaurant looks tired...there were dead insects lodged inside of the light fixtures. The bathroom was FREEZING, the carpet looked worn. Our waitress was AMAZING and very attentive. The streak was incredible but the sides were just eh. For that amount of money, I dint need to go back.

When I first got there we were met and greeted our coats were checked in and we were sat right at the table right away our server who was Jason he was amazing he was very attentive he was very informative he had such positive energy he recommended some red wine to my wife he also recommended the margarita for myself he was telling us about the chocolate cake every time Either myself or my wife took a sip or two of the water he came in replenish the glasses the restaurant was very cleanly everyone follow protocol for social distancing the view was great he took a few pictures of us it was just such a positive atmosphere I will definitely visit this restaurant again thank you so much Jason and happy new year to you.

I definitely expected much more for the price and the location.

We went to celebrate birthdays (my daughter’s & mine). We really miss their brunch service. However, we were pleasantly surprised with their lunch options. Food & service were great!

The reason to come here is for the view. The view of Manhattan across the water is truly amazing. The food is passable. Perhaps a couple steps below an upscale chain that actually prizes food quality. That said, the food looks good. It's presented well. People come here for special occasions and the food appearance matches. The service and room set up are quite good. The staff at this location are very attentive and friendly. And the room itself is spacious and comfortable.

New Year's 2021!

The young person at the reception area so efficient, attentive upon arrival. Our waitress Gabriella! We've been there many times and tonight was excellent. The food was delicious last night. Chefs get a hat off, had the salmon, and didn't have to add lemon juice as I usually do in other restaurants cause it's without taste. Mine was blackened, yummy, and juicy. Chart House we can't wait to go back.

We had gone to Ruth Chris on Christmas Eve the personal when you walk in need training and the manager too. The chef, the worst I’ve had there, my fries were cold, stale, and burnt. The tried to coat the burnt fries. My plates were distaste full . My Steak had no seasoning, cooked raw and cold My husband's steak well done not what he ordered. In reality, he wasn't asked how he wanted it cooked. Ultimately, he ate mine, and I had nothing. On a positive note, the waitress so very lovely. BTY we felt unwelcome and staked by the manager. I made reservations, and it didn't appear in the system, but this is not the first time the system has a cliche. We spend over $300, not adding a gift certificate of $150. Ruth Chris won't be seeing us any time soon!

What a great restaurant! My husband and 2 other couples had New Year's eve dinner here. There was no " special" menu - regular menu so no overblown prices. We were seated on time for our 7pm reservation. Our server was great. Food was delicious and there was plenty of it - no skimpy portions! We dine here often and love it!!

We sat in a booth. I’m a talker guy (6’2”) and I couldn’t fit as my knees stuck out further than the support bar under the table. Waitress was awesome and the view cannot be beat. Food was alright. Nothing to rave about.

My friend and I got together for a birthday dinner. We had an amazing time! Jason was very attentive and made sure we were never lacking anything (drinks, etc.). The food portions were great, you get a lot of food for the price points. It was all delicious. Chart House helped make a birthday celebration extra special. Thank you!!

The lobster carbonara lacked flavor and there was not enough sauce. Service was slow.

5 star service. Left totally full and satisfied. After digestion we mentioned how we would love to go back right now to eat again haha
