   Very Disappointing. To start, im not sure why they opened at 630 if the show didnt start until 10pm. Then there were what appeared to be 3 employees seating customers working the bar, etc. But only 1 of them ever took an order, made drinks, and served customers. Its impossible for her to do it alone. Over the course of the few hours i was there the entire place turned over more than 50 customers who left to sit in the other bars due to lack of service at chico Lastly This is certainly not a cabaret, its a live music bar!

   Wonderful environment and vibe. The music was advertised as beginning at 7pm. When we checked in, they said it would be between 7:30-8. When we left at 8:45, the live music had not yet started. Very disappointing that we didn’t get to have the full experience.

   Service was terrible. Server was busy and didn’t approach us. We had to seek her out. When we finally got her attention she seemed put off. Then she brought us warm beers. Music was amazing. Hostess was lovely. Great ambiance. We would have liked to stay but felt it was better to find another location as service was so disappointing.

    I made reservations for this place to enjoy a nice fun and elegant night for a birthday dinner for my sister and when I got there they said there wasn’t any tables for some kind of event or rental they had without giving us a noticed before the reservation so they offered us the lobby with service but that wasn’t given the experience that I wanted. So we decided to go to meat market with better service and accommodation.

    Booked a table a few weeks out. We show up a little early to experience the hotel and restaurants. Asked by any chance is our table ready. They had a private party TV at night and said we can sit outside the venue and be served. Why wouldn't you just tell me ahead of time that it changed? We had many more options and were dissapointed that we weren't informed before spending money in a taxi.

    Great spot to listen to live music, band was exceptional. Our server was great too but the place is not for foodies...its to snack while you eat real quick. They serve you packets of soy with your sushi like ketchup and will jave to asl for gunger and wasabi on the side. So if your looking for elegance and an explosion of flavor with your food...dont look for it here. Great for cocktails and, dancing and music.

    This was a terrible experience. No one had prepared…the microphones didn’t work, the lights didn’t work, the waitress never checked on us! Terrible…we ended up leaving!

    Food Was great and tasty! We got to our reservation at 6:45pm. Website said music and dancers would start at 6pm. This was not the case. Everything started late, so don’t expect to go and everything be set up. We sat in the lobby with screen down and it was just weird. But Sushi was great.     La situación empezó con la host , de mala manera nos indicó no pasar con un bizcocho, se desconocía no se podía llevar. Lo segundo la mesera, no recuerdo su nombre pero es con asentó extrajera, le pedí vino y 2 órdenes de suchi para comenzar cuando llegaron las otros invitados no perderán de inmediato y ella se me acercó muy grosera a decirme que nos teníamos que Sallir de la mesa. Por qué ellos no pidieron . Luego uno de los invitados le pido una cerveza y de muy mala manera lo trato . También los trato mal y con actitud a los demás .Luego fui a pagar y NO debí dejar nada por que la propina se gana . Pero le dejé 13Me cuestiono sobre eso MAlA experiencia. Personas así no deberían estar con servicio al cliente. Horrible el trato. También deseo expresar que fui allí en noviembre con la mesera krystal y el trato no fue así. Pero esta mesera no tiene ni tacto ni empatía con los clientes. Todos somos personas profesionales y de verdad muy decepcionada. Jamás volveré a reservar. Que conste se iba a consumir , sabemos es un sitio VIP. Pero con la mesera , fue completamente decepcionante.

    The venue is intimate but the booths and stools to sit on are uncomfortable. The menu does not offer popular enough options. The comedy show was mediocre. Either improve the level of comedian or stick to music and dancing

    Every time we come to PR we come here. We love to dance and now there is no dance floor. Even though we showed our Covid Vaccine Card, I think it was too crowded. And the drinks were way too expensive. Normally we went there and spent all night there. We left around 11:30. The musicians were real professionals, but most of the music they played was not danceable . Too many people invading the reserved area. And again, it was so crowded that we could barely walk, a lot less we could dance.

    The place was beautiful, magnificent band and dancers. Food and drinks were more expensive than airport food. I was flat out ignored multiple times by one of the female waitstaff, I feel like that was incredibly unprofessional. She only paid attention to us to bring us the bill and food, after I waited 30 minutes for someone to acknowledge me waiting to order.
