    We didn’t get the table we wanted over someone who didn’t have a reservation. Other than that the food was fine and we ended up enjoying the meal.

    An evening visit overlooking San Vicente almost makes you feel like you're in a Cosmopolitan setting! The outdoor seating is a nice plus! Service was excellent and the waiter, Mark had time to chat with us making us feel right at home! Chinese Chicken Salad was ok but we were disappointed with the lack of flavor in the Pork Dumplings and quality of the very pricey Honey Walnut Shrimp. This is not a $$ restaurant as the prices are now higher, much like many restaurants today. Step up the flavor profile and I'll be back!

    Went for lunch with a friend. Nothing was terrible, but nothing was really good, either. General Tsao Chicken and chicken wonton soup were pretty tangy and salty, respectively. Steamed dumplings were a bit cold inside. Server, Brett, was very nice and helpful.

    The restaurant has been refurbished and looks lovely. The food was super tasty and the service great and attentive. Loved the chicken wonton soup as part of the lunch special.

    I’ve been going to Chin Chin since 1986. In 2014, I took my daughter there every Friday night for eight months. I haven’t been for a year and bragged about the Chinese chicken salad to my girlfriend and took her there with a friend of hers. I should have known something had changed when on a Saturday night there was only one table filled. An employee sat us at a table with trash on floor right by the table. In two hours our waiter only came by four times including to deliver the check. The mango tea wasn’t the same. The Chinese chicken salad was not good - the quality of the chicken was inferior. The rest of the food wasn’t up to par either. Instead of a leather menu, we had ordered from a cheap single piece of paper menu. Instead of the premium fortune cookie you normally get at end of the meal, we received a cheap plastic wrapped “ super k” one. A manager came over while we were about to leave and said he hoped our meal was good. He actually stood on the trash on the floor which was still there despite staff walking by it for two hours. Chin chin is dead.

    Apparently Chin Chin on sunset is decent. The one in Brentwood is not. The food is a poor imitation of Chinese food. Stay away

    Seems to be under construction. When done, might be nice again. Food not as good as I remember but chinese chicken salad still terrific. will be back.

    Service was ok. Asked several times for to go back and finally had to ask on our way out. Chinese chicken salad dressing had way too much ginger than we used to get. Overall We wouldn’t hurry back.

    Love love the classic Chinese chicken salad they made famous! Still delicious! And nothing beats the cilantro marinade on noodles! Yum! Food great, service just fine but ambiance is tired! Needs a refresh badly! Probably why dine in is practically empty! Go for the food and enjoy!

    Chin Chin is a long time favorite for their interpretation of Chinese food. Not authentic but simple and light. Excellent chicken salad might be their most popular dish, but Anthony's Special Noodles is my favorite on their menu.

    Surprisingly , they do not have a vegan friendly menu. It was a big disappointment. Most of the sauces have oyster sauce. Most of it is premade so they can’t take out the oyster sauce or other ingredients. This is a smaller store and not as flexible. The server couldn’t have been nicer and tried to be helpful. The servings are generous. If you’re a vegan or vegetarian there are better options. It was disappointing for me but my friend really enjoyed her food.

    The menu online was big but they have small COVID menu so there are not a lot of options. As normal you have to add on rice for cost. There was not a lot of people but it did take a while for some of our orders and they forgot a soup but did not take it off the bill.

    This is a review for the customer service. I made a reservation a month in advance for a special occasion, and the restaurant was not open. No one during that whole month bothered to call me.

    Everything was great. Our server was very attentive. We had several questions about food ingredients, and he made sure to carefully double check w/ the kitchen for us on those. We specifically wanted outdoor patio dining, and they have a very nice set up, spacious patio with cozy heaters. Everyone enjoyed their food.

    They show Mein Mein on the website but don't offer it in the restaurant. DAMN, that's why I went there. Hot and Sour, Potstickers and Mein Mein. They should have it removed from the website if they don't offer it.

    Used to be a favorite. No where near enough servers. Very run down, about as much atmosphere as a high school cafeteria. Patio was dirty and poorly maintained. Inside was musty and they were vacuuming the ancient carpet tiles while people ate. Very badly need some some love
