The food was great. Customer service was excellent. We had dinner for two and a large party was sat near us. It was still okay but somewhat distracting. Overall I would definitely recommend this location for great food and great drinks!

Ashley our waitress was very nice, however it’s pricey for the venue and the quality of the food. I expected more from a Chop House. Sadly I am finding the more expensive restaurants do not equal great tasting food.

Our dinner was great! Service was just alright and it wasn't very busy, for a Friday night. There was a performer in the bar area, pretty good too, but the also had background music playing at the same time. A little distracting. We were seated at a booth close to the front door, not a good idea on a chilly night.

Overall I'd say my experience was good, however I was disappointed with the ribeye. Drinks from the bar were great and the service and staff were amazing! I'll probably go back but won't be ordering steak next time.

Food is always fantastic! What ever your doing keep doing it. Baked potatoes always taste great and freshly baked. Wait staff act like they really enjoy their job. Will recommend Chop House over other steak houses. You are the Best!!

Came here for the first time to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Casey was our server and she was great. We did have an issue with our card being used to pay someone else’s bill but she was very apologetic and corrected the issue as soon as she realized what had happened. I had the Oscar style filet and it was to die for. Cannot wait to come back and try the Chilean seabass!

Had an excellent time. I was a little let down with the Kansas strip steak, a little tough in spots which was disappointing for the price paid but the rest of the meal was excellent… GREAT martini, delicious appetizers and the mountain high chocolate cake for desert was off the charts!!

Took a guest there for their birthday who inquired of the manager in passing where the restroom was. The manager advised my guest that they were presently speaking to someone else so they would have to wait until he finished. Of course my guest was offended. I asked for the manager and when he arrived at our table his demeanor was offensive. When I asked about the encounter he confirmed that he had shunned the information request of my guest, however no Ill will was intended. I pointed out that perception of patrons is paramount in the service industry, regardless of intent. He responded that it is not the first time that someone has interpreted his actions and words in such a manner. There did not seem to be any genuine remorse or concern for my guests feelings. More so an indifference to the fact that the event had occurred. Needless to say, in spite of what seemed as a cursory apology, the evening for my guest ended on less than a high note. Therefore I am neither likely to return or recommend the establishment. Too bad because the wait service was excellent.

Chop House has lost some luster. The meat was not what I expected as it was quite dry and absent of flavor, even after being dry aged for 40 days+ (medium Rare Ribeye). The salad was sub par. The ambiance was off as well. It's advertised as an intimate setting, but all of the lights on made it too bright and it wasn't pleasant at all. They need to fix some things before we go back

The atmosphere was great for my friends and I. The service was awesome! The food was mediocre, I personally prefer some seasoning on my food and the salmon, shrimp, and spinach I got had little to none. My friend's burger was very good though. We will definitely return.

For the cost the food was substandard as was the service, I've had better meals for 1/3 the cost, my server was wooden and less that friendly.
