                    Hats off to Chop’s — hosted our birthday dinner for 10 and it went off without a single glitch. Our server Sara was fantastic; she was always right where we needed her, attentive without ever hovering. The appetizers were delicious across the board, but the Mushroom and Goat Cheese dip was next level — easily the star of the table. Every single steak came out cooked exactly to order, perfect from the first cut to the last. Can’t say enough good things about this place — already looking forward to our next visit.

                    Chop was outstanding. The food was delicious, the meats perfectly prepared. The butcher board is a great value and will feed 3 people well and perhaps 4 people if you order an appetizer and salad. Our server Adan was excellent, making sure all our needs were met.

                    CHOP is the BEST! We wanted to do a surprise engagement dinner for a close friend and chop was extremely helpful and kind. They allowed us to come early to do minimal table decor and stored a cake for us. Everyone from the hostess, the manager, and waiters/kitchen staff was prepared for our arrival which was really appreciated. Def book with them!

                    Decided to dine here with the family as I had been there for an event. The hostess was friendly and sat us right away. Our waitress attended to us promptly, throughout the dinner her service became spotty as I think she had too many tables. Had to ask for water a couple times as our glasses were empty. I brought a nice Bordeaux bottle, and I would recommend to management if you don’t have a sommelier you should have one. The wine service was lacking, yes the wine was decanted but she served me right away even though I asked for it to breathe and ordered drinks during this time. I also served the wine to my wife and refill my own glass. As for the food, the meat was on point, but mushrooms and potatoes were salty. The Mac and cheese had no flavor. The chocolate cake was on point. Overall, not terrible but not great, would say average. I really believe attention to detail needs improvement and need a sommelier to deal with customers who are bringing fine wines.

                    Great atmosphere and beautiful decor. Service was excellent. But I went for steaks and the quality wasn’t good especially considering the steep price. My N.Y. Strip wasn’t tender and had no seasoning whatsoever; tasted bland. If I go back it will be for lunch to try out their steak sandwich.
