We have celebrated so many life events and just regular going out for a meal times. This food is incredible! We know we will be getting quality yummy food, that not many people know how to make so, let's go somewhere they do know how to make it! It's close to a recording studio I do a lot of work at too. It is a gathering place for after a recording session. On this day, I was celebrating my niece's belated Birthday. We loved it. This was one of her dad's favorite places to eat. John passed away one year ago. Thank you Christos!!!

I am Greek and have been going to Christos for 20 yrs. I must say this was one of the worst meals we have had for years. The waitress would not take any time with our, and they switched waitresses a bit after our drinks finally came. I had to leave the table and go up to the bar to order my drink and my sons apple juice. New waitress was really nice. Food quality was crap. the Octopus was fishy, the Musaka had what looked like American cheese on it rather than béchamel sauce, the lukaniko was not greek sausage but tasted like Italian sausage, and the gyros was burned and crispy. We ended up leaving most of it and left. I stopped at McDonalds and got a burger for my son and me after we left. Even that was much better and I don't particularly like fast food.

We love Christos! As much as we really miss the Minnetonka site, it’s fun to visit the Nicollet Avenue restaurant. Great to have a chance to chat with Gus last night as well. The food and service are always outstanding. *We make sure to order lots of food so we can take enough home for the next day.😀

We met family members we had not seen in a while at Christos for dinner. We were seated as soon as all members of our party arrived. Service was attentive and excellent, and our waitress was friendly and very helpful. The food - from soup to dessert - was very good and was served promptly. Christos is a favorite of ours. We love the comfortable space and the friendly welcome we always receive.

The food was wonderful as always. The service was very slow and then when the waiter finally came back he was surprised we wanted dessert and told us the oven was already off for the night and the coffee had been spilled out so there was none left to serve.

I had the best spanakopita I have ever had here. The crust was superb and the filling delicious. The avgolemono soup was tasty but a bit on the too sour/citrus side. Skordalia spread was nicely served. However, I have usually had it made with white beans and this was potatoes which could have used more garlic, but still delicious. You won't find a friendlier place. Gus and Mary the owners take exceptionally good care of every customer!

We had the Iliad, a sampler plate for two persons. Each dish was fantastic. The owner, Gus, stopped by our table and we were able to compliment him in person. We have been coming to Christo's for over twenty years and each and every meal has been special and wonderful. Our server was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable.

Christo's is a perfect spot to enjoy the flavors and soak in the ambience of a Greek isle! The food was fresh, tasty and there were selections to appeal to us non-meat eaters. The added bonus for us on the night we went was 1/2 price bottles of wine! So that was another treat. And having lemon slices to brighten up our dish was so welcome. I wish I could have eaten a dessert but was too full after our meal.

We've always loved Christos... been going to a Christos for close over thirty years. We still enjoy it, the management is wonderful, our service is good. However things have changed with the food itself. Seems they are using phyllo shells for dishes (similar to cannoli shells) instead of baked phyllo layers as in the past. Not as enjoyable, tasty or authentic as in the past. Will we be back? Yes, but looking for a more authentic Greek cuisine experience.

Always wonderful food with good and friendly service. Love the photos of Greece on the walls. Especially bright for the winter months.

There is a reason that Christos has maintained it's presence on Eat Street for years. Good solid food in a convivial environment with fair prices. I can usually count on taking half of my main course home for the next day. We recently dined with my parents and had a wonderful evening. Service was friendly but not intrusive. The daily specials made it hard to choose just one. We shared 3 appetizers, a bottle of wine and 4 main courses coming in just around $40 per person which felt right for the quantity and quality of the food/wine. We had a great evening and would recommend.

Very nice neighborhood Greek place with very good food. Reasonably priced. Service could have been a bit faster, but probably understaffed like so many places these days,
