Friendly wait staff. Shannon is always outgoing and welcoming. Fast service, tasty food. Great date night!
The food quality was terrible. We first ordered chicken and they had no chicken on the menu. Then we went for grams in the ribs you could not even eat they were so tough.
Our waiter David was amazing. Very thorough dealing with my food allergy
Chuck's Roadhouse in Brantford was using Open Table in name only. We made our reservation over an hour before our table time, but when we arrived, the host had no evidence we'd made a reservation. We ended up having to wait in line and got a crappy table where we had to sit side-by-side and face the wall, instead of looking at a tv or anything stimulating.
Great! Definitely worth the money! Service was amazing and food was really good!
Brantford location: It was our first time at this restaurant for my husband’s birthday. The waiters were friendly and polite. The cost of the food is affordable. Good portion size. It was very loud so if you’re looking for a quiet atmosphere, this might not be the place for you. They follow social distancing guidelines. We will definitely go there again.
