The restaurant would not honor the reservation. Blamed Open Table. Not the kind of service i would recommend. Its now on my never go back to list .
Dining in during a pandemic - was quite interesting, they didn’t allow many customers to be in the restaurant, however, they did put us all in one row - instead of spread out in the restaurant.
I had ordered the steak & lobster and requested for a baked potato, instead of fries they said okay, but when my meal came - fries were the side.
I had requested for my steak to be cooked medium, but it came tough and didn’t feel very fresh.
Overall, the experience was a bit disappointing.
took the reservation (via Open Table) and then when we showed up told us they had no table available and nothing they could do about it - will not go back here
Lobster and steak for $20. You cannot beat it. Drink prices good as well.
Made a reservation but when we got there, they said they were full and we had to wait in our car for them to call us. We waited 15 minutes and then called the restaurant who finally told us to come in. Doesn't make sense to allow you to make reservations if they are not going to honour them.
We had to send back the 7oz top sirloin ($11.00) because it was well-done, not medium rare as ordered. The replacement was perfectly cooked. That being said the others at our table were almost finished their meals before the replacement steak arrived. The server was professional and apologetic. A visit by the manager would have been nice.
The $6 burger is outstanding value. Where else can I get a 6oz delicious burger, 12oz draft and caeser salad for $11... before tax and tip.
My husband s roast beef was dry and chewy. He loves roast so was disappointed
The food is great, service fabulous, and you can’t beat the price.
Overall experience was poor. I know in this time it's difficult for restaurants. I try to give leeway. My dates food was cold. Literally all of it. We sent it back and was remade and was hot for sure so the response was great. Room was very cold. We sat in a booth and could feel the outside wall and it was cold. Staffing is guesswork at best in these times but our server had far too many tables for one. Restaurant was at half capacity and I believe only two possibly three servers. Took over an hour to get our food, then it was cold. Overall, very poor experience and nothing was done with our bill at all. I didnt expect free, but I would have thought something then on top, that ridiculous 3% fee.
Food was nothing special and served almost warm. Ribs were tough, filet was served blue or blue rare not medium rare as requested. Wine list is extremely limited. We had the expensive red and it was passable. Overall I cannot think of a reason to return.
A very disappointing experience. We made a reservation for 6pm but the table wasn't ready when we arrived at 6pm. At 6:20 they offered to seat us at different tables which wasn't acceptable. We were finally seated about 10 mins later after they made a woman and her 2 kids move to a different table so the 6 of us could have the table. The appetizers and first round of drinks came out reasonably quickly, but it was well over an hour before our main courses were served and nothing was communicated to us. The waiter was very apologetic when asked about the delay and advised that she would talk to the manager. The manager did not talk to us and we were charged the full amount plus a 3% "Honest to Goodness Fee", which apparently is added to all bills in order to keep the prices low. To me, this is disingenuous and should have been explained when we sat down. Given all of the above, we will not be returning.
Glad I made the reservation our table was ready right on time. But it went downhill from there. Server was incredible but our food took 75 mins to come and we didn’t order anything special. The food was not very warm when it arrived and the was no lemons or ketchup to go with our food even after we asked. They were out! I know it’s a new restaurant so I’ll try again after the pandemic but the restaurant was packed and I didn’t feel comfortable until I found out our table was in the very corner away from everything.
Initial service was quick, including getting the appetizer tbe meal took over an hour to get and was nothing to talk about.

Great visit with Family and Waitress was great so still a good experience
Overall good value although we were quite surprised at how small the chicken sandwich was. Definitely not enough for a man if you have not had an appetizer.
Very good, not expensive food. My only complaint is, that I had mashed potatoes. Never once did I hear our waitress say it would cost extra. I do not like surprises on my bill, nor do I think there should be. Staff should be up front on what comes with a meal and what is extra.
